Dear Sir, This to bring in your notice that I am following up with KARBONN Mobile Customer care and the Service ceenter since JULY-2014 but till now my hanset is not with me. I do not know why KARBONN Company is not taking this as serious matter. Now I am getting frustrated to follow-up wit KARBONN Mobile Customer care and the Service ceenter. Even after so much follow-up these people are not telling escalation hierarchy so that I can take it up with your higher management?
