Dear Sir, I had purchased S5 PLUS from amazon.com online on 17/06/ 2014.. This phone did not work properly even for one month. I found this phone was not detecting sim card & the display was flickering. I handed over this phone for repairing to Anuragni Electronics in Noida on 12/07/2014. More than 1 months has passed but phone is not repaired. I have made numerous visits & multiple phone calls but in vain.
