Karbonn Mobiles — Karbonn Titanium Octane - Not working since first day | |||
We have recently bought a Karbonn Titanium Octane Mobile for my mother in law and it was non-functional since first day. As she was not aware of operating she took some time in putting the battery and switching it on, and meanwhile Snapdeal said the return policy is of 7 days only. We tried contacting the below numbers but they are always engaged and call was not going, request you to kindly help us in getting this issue fixed or replace the mobile set as it is not even getting switched on. We tried to approach your Karbonn Authorized center at Ongole where they say this mobile is manufactured outside Andhra Pradesh so they are not able to log the complaint in the Karbonn Portal. Not sure on how the mobiles are dependent on the state. Mobile related information and the communication is provided below for your reference in your communication. Sent mail to - [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com, [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com which I got from websites but no response yet. Not sure on how can they deliver a product which is totally non-functional, atleast there should be a proper response to the customer when the product is defective. The service centers say they dont have any other contact apart from the Karbonn portal which is wierd. Not sure on how come an IMEI number specific to state, so if the product is manufactured in Delhi, do the customer need to go to Delhi and get it repaired? I am totally frustrated in roaming around to multiple service centers atleast to see if anyone can take the complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
