Dear Sir, I purchased the above said Model of Mobile on 24/05/2015. Since I purchased, I have number of problems: 1. Battery is very quickly empty as soon as I keep the mobile data on. 2. Contacts are frequently deleted automatically. 3. Occasionally mobile is heated while talking or while charging. 4. Inward voice is not clear. 5. Download speed is very slow even in WiFi.6. Dialer stops occasionally. 6. and Many More... I am of the strong view that the Handset is defected right from the begining, Please arrange to: a) Replace the hand set with a perfect one or b) Refund the amount spend on the Handset.
