Karbonn Mobiles — mobile display problem not fixed.....

Hello, sir/mam i'm having karbon mobile, that was in warranty period, so i have submitted that to "pune Akurdi Branch(karbon service center)" for repairing. after few days service center guys informed me that they have repaired properly but when visit over there they said that they have to resend for fixing display problem. and this activity was repeated 3-4 time until mobile "warranty date" get over. after completion of mobile warranty date (after 1 month) they informed me that unfortunately there is still some problem in your mobile . Now you have to pay...for service .. Now my question is that "is it preplaned to make customer fools." guys now i'm really realizing that i did a big mistake to buy "karbonn mobile" . becoz u make us fool on name of "Service". its my humble request to u guys please don't do such type of activity that can really hurt to any customer.
