      Hi team,
      Karbonn handset cell phone - imei : [protected] & [protected]

      I had an issue with mobile, it’s continuation deduction from main bal. Amount problem from sept. 2019 & oct 2019 to till the date.

      Many time deduction without any permission or intimation.
      I never given any permission for deduction from main bal. Account (Idea network).

      Day by day deduction without dialog box.

      Why deduction is happened continues?
      Who is given authority?


      Please refund me from bal. Deduction m [protected] (Model k7 power - karbonn handset).

      Not getting any response from your customer care, i am getting only one answer that “i will get my refund amount.

      I am just fed up with this continuous follow up & frustrated a lot.

      Let me know, that i will get my refund or not?
      Or should i go for consumer court?

        I purchased karbonn model no - a1 indian, product code - mobai-indian-4gbran[protected]fd on 28th dec 2018, through paytm by marketing company kiaan marketing.
        From last 3months it got heated up much more thn previous tym and while using it for 30 min atleast, it heated up frequently and its battery swollen up. It frequently got switched off on its own. I don't know whats the matter but i think it has some internal default. Its under warrenty period. I am living in a village and here is no mobile certer service.

          I purchased a mobile, karbonn sleek plus in feb 2019

          Mobile handset not working

          1) incoming ring usually get off from when, i purchased it.

          2) from 2 months handset not working, due to 'touch' function not working

          3) when i reached to your service center in my city, amravati,,. Their are no one ready to even discuss about my problem.
          They continues said that, put your mobile number to themselves, we will ring you... But they doesn't call me any more.

          4) i respectively went 3/4 times, personally but all efforts i vain

          5) when i call to them, which number given to me, from your service center "[protected]",, they can't even receive the call...

          6) my handset steel in warranty period..

          7) i purchased this mobile online..

          So please register my complaint, and make my handset on..

We are not able to get it repaired due to non abailability of the related spare locally. Can we get the same repaired at any local service station. If so provide address.model no.[protected]

              Submitted the handset to service center due to very low battery backup, phone very very slow.

              While submitting the phone i had informed support team about phone battery is having some issues but they denied and didn't give replacement of battery!!
              When i submitted again the phone they said phone and battery both are having issues and only phone can be take for repair with warrnaty but not the battery.
              I wanted my phone and battery both should be repair properly.

              I am unable to coordinate with the others and due to that i am making loss in my work.

                I have purchased karbonn a9 indian mobile from amazon at 26.10.2018, now the phone screen is not working. So i went to the service centre near me (Durgapur, west bengal pin-713212) but they refused to repair it, though it is on warranty period.
                So, please suggest me what to do now..
                If this is the condition then i will say that karbonn service is very poor..

                  I have a very bad experience about the karbonn service center in the indira nagar bangalore,

                  I visited the service center on 10th dec to address the mobile charging issue and they directly told there is a problem in phone battery without checking the handset properly and i purchased it on their suggestion.

                  I tried to charge the new battery entire day, but it was unsuccessful so i went to service center again and explain the issue and also sat for more than 1 hours, again they didn’t diagnose the issue properly.

                  They told there is the charging ic issue and ask me to replace it and pay 600/- rupee, i agreed and luckily ask if this issue will not resolve post this ic replace then what's next, so they informed we need to change the motherboard of the mobile and pay 3500/-

                  Within 15 min they again informed they can’t change the charging ic without a motherboard.

                  It means they cheated me to sell the mobile battery without diagnosing the issue properly, but the problem is with the charging ic, also they refused to return the battery.

                  Please let us know how to stop this kind of issue in the future.

                    I have purchases a carbonn mobile on 15/07/2018 thorough online from flipkart but above is not working. I have visited carbonn mobile service center in patna but whereas said to me for change some parts which has to be paid by me but i am not agree for any amount of paid. I said to them send it for company for repair but said to me company will charged the penalty. My mistake was i have given to some where for repair but they are could not do so. I think there will be little problem.

                    Kindly suggest me how to avail to services

                      Since its purchase i am unable to use the mobile, often while attending the calls it is getting disconnected and karbon screen appears and i have to restart the mobile. Sent to authorised service centre twice but still the problem persists. Dealer wants letter from service centre for replacement. Please instruct the service centre for replacement.                           Its to inform you that my name is Akash Tiwari, purchased my new Karbonn Aura Sleek Plus phone on 7th July 2018 with a hope that, let's trust on Indian brand like Karbonn .But, its very disgracefull to say this that again indian phone let down their customer expectation . Within 4 month of purchase, my phone got some vertical or horizontal ### lines on the screen automatically.

                          I was wonder to see, its just a span of 4 months and my phone got suffering from this problem . I do complaint the same with CUSTOMER CARE and they told me that you go to service center, then they told me its a physical damage and you need to pay Rs 1800 for screen replacement . I have asked them, i had words with CUSTOMER CARE and you will not being charged but when i called again CUSTOMER CARE then they told me its physical damage and you need to pay.
                          I don't understand why i am being charged as phone is under 1 year of warranty and my screen is in perferct condition without any scratches . why karbonn team cheats their loyal customer.
                          I have purchased Karbonn mobile first time with a home let's try out Made in India Product but its hard to say that, don't go with Indian Product . Better go with MI, vivo phones . I have bought this product just because its Indian Product but totally again its disappointed to say, never go with Indian Prouct. Its waste of your hard money.

                          Please help me to resolve my issue and repair my phone . I have trusted karbonn phone with a hope . Please don't let my trust break down toward karbonn.

                              Please be informed that i have a aura power mobile which i bought around 2 years back. This mobile has been giving me continuous terrible since i bought it.

                              I recently took this to a karbonn mobile service centre in patna, to my shock the customer care told me that since it's a utl make they cannot service it and i'll have to find another service centre where it can be repaired.

                              I took this phone to the service center in patna and they asked me to pay some 350 rs to update the software, i paid the amount and they updated the software.

                              Again after 15 days i could see the same issue is persisting, there's no mobile data connection while roaming even when i have enabled the required options, this was working fine till today noon but the net connection stopped working all of a sudden.

                              Around the same time, i realised that the service centre technician had even changed the battery of the phone and placed a battery that was very low on life and wasn't giving any backup, mind you that the original battery that was there in the phone was relatively new and was giving very good battery backup. I felt cheated but couldn't do anything as now i am in jaipur.

                              Now i'm sick and tired and disgusted by this phone.
                              And very strongly urge people never to buy any karbonn phone as it'll make their life hell.

                              Extremely extremely bad experience with karbonn mobile.

                                I regret taking this phone as it is not even a month old and already giving problems. Network comes as goes, a huge black x appears on the phone an then the wifi just switch off for no reason. The phone freeze from time to time an i have to keep reboot the phone. I would like to know how to fix the phone or get a new phone as i can't handle this phone any more, if possible a complete different brand of phone as i will inform people not to take this phone. It is the worst phone ever

                                  I bought a new karbon a40 indian smart phone. Within 1 mounth its touch screen got complaint. I gave it to karbon sirves center (Name:first hand service center, mob:[protected], bellard road, kannur). They told me that they will give it after 10 days. Its been 45 days there is no responds from their side. I am willing to give a case against you people. As a last step i am informing your company. I expect a better result from you. Now i think that the only problum i did is i bought karbonn phone, is that a great mistake. So pleas dont let your trust leave me.

                                      I ordered karbonn aura1 mob.from snapdel, but before using 3 weeks my mobile get switched off it cannot be start after charge plug in ...the sanpdel provide list of customer care but these centers cannot receive call and max of them no. are not available or wrong no.
                                      They give the centers names but in that center I had call but they says system for repair mob. is not available
                                      So suggest me what can I do for switch on my device.

                                      May phone is not working good
                                      Mere phone ka internet connection nahi chal raha haii
                                      Waha pe server timed out aisa dikha raha haiii
                                      Mene service centre ko phone kiya lekin bahotse no. Galat haii
                                      Mere pas ke service centre bhi band haii
                                      Orr unke no bhi galat haii
                                      Ab aap muze batao mai kya karuu

                                        Sir i have karbon jambo 2 mobile purchase by flipcart in last may 2018. I have facing a battery problem in 1 month.. Mobile is automatically switched of 100% to 0%..
                                        Under only few minutes... Today i went to laxmi associate service center in bharatpur. But they told me that we don't change battery with out changing folder.. My mobile is normaly screched in touch screen. If my mobile is facing battery problem.. So why they don't change my mobile battery... Worst service is this service center... Plz action this service center...

                                        Service center name is laxmi associate near jhagina gate in front of petroleum bharatpur rajasthan...
