Karbonn Mobiles — Mobile handset repair | |||
I had given my Karbonn A12* Mobile handset (IMEI No. [protected]) at JMV office (authorised Service centre of Karbonn) at New Delhi on 15/01/2015 for the problem that " touch was not working ". More than a month has been passed but i still don't know when i will get my handset back...???. A few days ago i had spoken to JMV front desk lady who informed that they also don't know when my phone will be received at their office as this has gone to 'Bangalore' for repair purpose (As i had purchased my phone from "Flipkart" and the parts are not available in delhi). It is of great surprise that a prominent brand who holds a large market for selling of their mobile handset and sponsoring TV serials for sale etc... is not working on the strategy o[censored]ser satisfaction after purchase. The touch problem is a very common and this should repaired within few days but more than a month has been passed i didn't get my handset back. Further, it is o[censored]tmost surprise that i had written to concerned authorities but no information has been provided to undersigned either through mail or telephone neither by JMV staff nor by KARBONN customer care division ...????.
