Karbonn Mobiles — Mobile Issue | |||
Hello Sir/Mam I have purchased a Karbonn A12+ Phone in January 2014 online from Flipkart Shopping. After 7 Months Mobile Battery was Damaged (Swallow). I thought the issue may be wrong charging or some battery problem and I purchase a new Battery online from Banglore because the Mobile Battery was not available in my City or nearest about. After 2 Months new purchased Battery is also Damaged (Swallow). Now I do not have enough money to purchase one more battery or take any risk. Sir I Call to Customer Care and told the entire problem. They gave me address of Karbonn Service Centre in my City (Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh). The people of repairing centre are not interested to look into the matter as they told that this is mumbai based Handset and we look only delhi based Handset. I again call to customer care and they told me call back within 48 hrs. but 3 days have spent and there is no call from customer care. Please tell me why you didn't tell me about this factor while I was purchasing Mobile Phone of Karbonn. I have visited Karbonn service Centre many Times and now Iam tired from all this.
