Karbonn Mobiles — No Response from Karbonn Mobiles from last 60 days. I completely dislike the service

My Name is Gurpreet Singh I have buyed Karbonn A6 on 3/12/2013 from HIMANSHU TELECOM, SAMANA (DISTT.PATIALA) PUNJAB- 147101 He taken from me rs.5600 when the price is 4500. Now the handset doesn't work and. It doesnt starts. I have deposted the phone to Karbonn care centre on 24 May, 2014. The customer care centre called the problem "Dead Set". Sir From starting this phone doesnt works perfectly. The Job No. Of the phone is K-1036 . From last two months my phone was at Karbonn Delhi Service Centre but Nothing Happended. I am already waited too. I am waiting for complete replacement of the phone with all accessories because battery is dead without the handset.
