Karbonn Mobiles — Non replacement of faulty battery till date | |||
I purchased Titanium S2Plus mobile on[protected] from reliance digital, subzi mandi, delhi vide receipt no. 7547. the battery was faulty and i had to deposit the battery with M/s Vinayak Enterprises, shivaji street, karol bagh, new delhi on[protected] vide Job Sheet No.KJASPDL086615KR34114. they said that it will take 10-15 days to replace the faulty battery. Now, it is almost a month they have not replaced the faulty battery. the staff is rude and arrogant when we visited the service centre and do not receive phone when called nor do they inform on phone when it will be replaced. this is the worst after sales service i have experienced for any mobile company and regret buying Karbonn mobile. I advise every one - You can buy any indian made mobile but Do Not Buy Karbonn Mobile. you will regret their after sale service if you are unlucky like me. Was this information helpful? | |||
