Karbonn Mobiles — not charging and heating of board. | |||
We have purchased a Karbonn mobile A99 on 27.9.14 at Poorvika Mobiles, Valasaravakkam, Chennai. IMEI No. [protected] & [protected]. Due to non-charging of battery it was given for repair to PMW Cares, T. Nagar, Chennai -17 on 18/07/2015. It was learnt that in addition to the above problem there was heating of board also. The service is being carried out under warranty period. After one month have lapsed the phone is yet to be repaired and handed over to us. In addition it is being said that the phone is sent to Bangalore and Hyderabad for testing. No concrete reply is received and the status of the phone is unknown.
