Karbonn Mobiles — phone dead - board to be replaced

Hi I had purchased the karbon mobile s5i titanium model in the month of April 2014, from Poorvika Mobiles, Chennai - 600 092. Mr. Moorthy Manager. IMEI NO. [protected] from the day one there had been one issue or the other. after two -three months, i had hell of lot of issues reg. charging, , Finally one day the phone became dead, it did'nt go any further after the initial home screen. On submitting the same to Poorvika authorised karbonn service centre on 11th Nov at 4.00pm Vide job sheet 111114P96440, was told that the replacement of board will be done and it would take 10 days to be returned back. After one week when enquired i was infomred by the same PMW care that its not 10 days and it would take nearly 30 days for it to be rectified and returned. Subsequently i informed the manager of the retail showroom, he had also promised to look into follow up and revert, and promised to get it before end of Nov. i.e last week of nov. Till date i have neither got the mobile or any proper update. When contacted Karbonn customer care, ref.the above imei no., Vide complaint no.31568, the customer service executive is totally helpless, states that there is no update w.r.t the above imei no.and he wants me to contact the local service station. you people are really making us run from pillar to post, to get back the mobile after duly serviced. in this high tech and his speed world, you need 30 days to replace the board, its horrible and pathetic customer service. i made a humongous mistake by opting for your brand, never ever will i go in for your brand nor recommend to any one in future your brand. its really terrifically horrible and pathetic, pathetic, poor service from your people hope this mail ensures that the follow up is done for the above imei no. and its sent back promptly within a day or two to the original owner.
