[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — refund money | |||
Respected sir, i purchased carbon A11+ set in February. But after 3 months i got problem in this set. so i submitted set in service centre for repair. they repaired set and return me after 20 days. but after 3 hours i got same problem in set that is 'auto on off''. so i request to company to replace set or refund my money but they told me we will repaire this and next time you will not face same problem . so i submit set again in service centre and they sent my set in company to repair and return me after 3 months. but problem not solved. problem was same. so i call in customer care and say to refund money because i have lost 5 months in repair but company are not able to repair.. i am also loosing warranty period so refund money. i am not satisfied with your service. and i submitted 3rd time my set in company. but company says we will only repair the set. we will not refund money. you can go any where either consumer court or do fir against company.if you get more and more same problem we repair it till warranty period but will not refund money. my jobsheet no- kjaspmh2961014k12094 Emi no- [protected] it is request to you please help me to refund my money because this problem of set is the basic problem and company is not able to provide service. i have already lost my 5 months in this complaint. i have been mentally, physically, financially harassed by company for the last five months. abdul shaikh-[protected] satendra.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
