[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — Returning my fully repaired original phone or else paying back the cost thereof. | |||
I purchased a Karbonn Titanium S5 phone on 10 Dec. 2013. Soon it started giving me trouble. I visited the Nirman Vihar, Delhi Service Center with d complaint on 16 Aug. 2014 where I was told that d handset had to be sent to d factory for replacing its mother board and it will take a month to get it repaired. After receiving d call from the factory, I went to d said service centre on 18 Sept. 2014 where I was given an old and more defective swapped handset that bore totally different IMEI Nos. My repeated complaints at [protected]@karbonnmobiles.com fell on deaf ears and every time I was assured of redressal and asked to visit d service center to collect d phone, another swapped phone was offered as a substitute to my original phone. I fail to understand why I am not given back my original phone. I suspect that the company might have sold that phone to yet another buyer. That is why they are offering me swapped old repaired and yet defective phones. This is a fraud played with d customers. I want my original fully repaired phone bearing IMEI 1No.[protected] and IMEI 2No.[protected] back or else I be paid the cost thereof, i.e. Rs. 11500.
