Karbonn Mobiles — Service problem not resolved even after 2 months. | |
I have purchased a karbonn mobile at poorvika, mobile store, madurai of tamil nadu state in the month of august 2014. The front panel has been not working within the period of 9 months. I approached your service point at madurai m/s united telelinks ltd, saradha shopping centre, 39/40, work shop road, madurai - 625001.

The hand set is not yet repaired. Whenever i am approaching your service point they require another one week. This is the repeated reply from your service point. Kindly arrange to repair and hand it over to me immediately. Was this information helpful? | |
