Karbonn Mobiles — Servicing demanding money | |||
Sir, My name is Susanta Kumar jena. I had bought a Karbonn Titanium Black Android phone from Snapdeal and the invoice date is 14th jan 2015 and the invoice number is D4D896/14-15/195935 . I have attached the invoice with this complain. Sir, now the problem is, my was working good and fine but couple of weeks before my phone didn't switch on and hanged on karbonn logo at start up. Then i waited for 3-4 days without using my phone . But when i tried to switch it back on, then same problem arised which is the phones starting problem . So i took my mobile to one of the Karbonn Mobile authorized service centre in cuttack. But i was shocked to hear their reply . They said it has got a very serious problem in mother board and will cost me around 60% of the actual cost to repair it. But sir, neither i had misused my phone in any way, nor i have damaged its part. I also didn't do any thing to my mobile . It all has happened on its own. So instead of repairing my mobile which is with in its warranty, they are demanding money from me? Why would be I charged? It's nonsense absolutely . I have all the right to get my phone back in well conditioned from the service center without paying a single penny. please consider my request and try to resolve my issue.
