Karbonn Mobiles — Very Poor after sales service of Karbonn Mobiles | |||
Dear All, I have bought online - Karbonn Mobile Phone KC620 on 18th Oct 2014 through online website with bill and one year warranty. The phone got switched off automatically after few days o[censored]sage and I gave it to company's mentioned service center at Bhubaneswar - Smart Service - on 7th January 2015 vide Job no - KJASPORO38115K181, local serial no - 1341, mobile no[protected] Since then I have been doing follow up with them. Its about to 3 months and I am yet to receive my cell phone back or any status on the same. It is matter of shame for the company like Karbonn to cheat customers with poor service quality. I will take up this matter to consumer court against the company soon. Please see the attachement and help me to resolve the issue.
