Karbonn Mobiles — wat kind of warranty they give

i just buy a karbonn a52 plus from flipkart on aug 1st.But in mid november mobile's battery become swelled.so i go to the nearest service center they told me that battery swell is not under the warranty .i dont know what condition require for warranty for the battery.so again i this time i contacted other service center nd tell about the mobile battery problem they said they can replace but when i come to the center they didnt replace.
