I was transferred 10, 000 rs on 15th december 2018, time 11:14, to my uncle's account number [protected], ifsc code sbin0007013, through bhim app.
Transaction id[protected].
This amount not credited to my uncle's account number. Also still this amount not refunded to my account.
I called to karnataka bank customer care, she said there is no updates from us. Please drop a mail to you.
I want to know the status and why it was happened. Please contact me as soon as possible. It is urgent please.

Updated by Naveen27mech Sir, still there is no proper response from bank.
this trasaction is sucessful but amount not credted in my account
and also whenever we transfer amount via paytm services charges will charge any rule is there ?
