My name is rohit m suvarna, my kbl account number [protected] urea market branch. My problem is when i transferred money through tez app bank will charge 5.90 every time.. And i transferred from other bank example corporation, union bank they will not charging any amount.. So plz understand my problem.. Every day debited my account approx 25rs... This problem is continue sorry to say i close my account from ur bank.. So plz co-operate

Iam the holder of Karnataka Bank saving bank account my account balance was deducting what was the reason it's was happening even in last month so this is the situation I will not continue your bank as coustmer so pleas suggest it solve it back
I have transferred INR 4000/- yesterday through mobile banking from karnataka bank to bank of india. Money got deducted but money has not been credited in my bank of india account. I did not understand where the money has gone. Please give a solution to this asap. Plus why INR 5.90/- is deducting everytime when i transfer money?
Atm card is block from 1 month i was called on u r toll free number but no one is respoding there

    On 5th August 2018 I went to withdraw 10, 000rs from Karnataka bank ATM using my ICICI debit card. The Amount got debited from ICICI account but I did not receive the cash from ATM. I asked the security he said something wrong with the ATM machine. As it was Sunday I could not call icici customer care and inform. So I called icici customer care on Monday and informed about that issue. They said it will take 7 working days to complete, later they said 30 days to process. After 30 days I got a message saying
    SR[protected]: Dear Customer, We are unable to reverse the ATM trxn of INR 10000 in Account XX3707 as it was a sucessful transaction. For details, call Customer Care.

      My current account has been charged 4838 rs for what purpose I don't know kbl is too much expensive, I talk to customer care but they are told we are not responsible kindly visit kbl for that, I don't leave them I want my money back other wise I'll go to consumer court and put a case about this issue

        unblock my blocked atm card

        Respected sir/madam

        My debit card was blocked in atm with 3 wrong pin attempts.. Please help me to unblock my debit card & i know my correct debit card pin number now.. Since from 2 days i am trying to call help line number but not responding customer care people & always telling please wait our customer care people will contact soon... I called to this help line number ([protected])

        Hi Team,

        I have a bank account at Koratagere Branch. (KARB0000411)
        I asked for a Basic Savings Account to create at the time of account opening. Bank officials created General Savings Account without my knowledge.

        Because of that I was unaware of MAB Charges on my account.

        Now that they have debited Rs. 944 as MAB Charges.

        I request you to Refund the charge levied on my account as it was not my mistake.

            I have withdrawn an amount of Rs.[protected] + 10000) in two transactions on 03.07.18 at 11.36 am and 11.37 am respectively. In which i got 2 notes damaged i.e. one is soiled and another is a cut at the corner. I have taken the same to the attached branch and gave a complaint. Till today my complaint has not settled and didn't changed the currency.

              I have my OD account in Shalimar bagh Delhi branch, OD 158.
              Although branch manager is cooperative but we are very much harressed at overseas branch.
              We are sanctioned with flat 750 inr on our foreign remittance but despite hundreds of reminders we are charged 3000 to 4000 per transaction for last 3 years, this makes over one lacs which is charged forcefully.
              Every time we have to ask many many times for Swift copy but we kept waiting for 2 to 3 days every time.
              Everytime we have to cross a hard test while collecting documents.
              Your inexperienced staff always demand unnecessary documents as hard copy which is now a past thing in these days.
              We feel that we have committed a crime by opening account in your bank.
              We have stopped our foreign trade from your bank and soon we will close our account because of this mental harressment. Kindly refund our all unnecessary charges which you have charged for last 3 years.

                I should receive a refund amount of 310/- from amazon which when followed with them came to know that it is been credited to my account on 19th june.
                Than i checked my bank statement and also spoke with bank customer care and found out that the amount is not received.

                Amazon has informed that it is been credited from their side and bank is responsible for it.

                The refund reference number for the transaction is hsbcn[protected].

                  I have issue with my account in karnataka bank. I had available balance of minimum 2000. But now if i check balance, it's displaying the available balance is below 500. How is that possible? Without doing transaction how can the amount be deducted? I want to know my transaction details. Please help me to know my transaction details and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          ಮೇಲಿನ ವಿಳಾಸವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ನಾನು, ತಮ್ಮ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆದ ೨೪ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕನಾಗಿರುವೆನು. ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದ.ಕ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಶಾಖೆಯ ಗ್ರಾಹಕನಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬಳಿಕ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಂಗಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಖೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾದ ಕಾರಣ ನನ್ನ ವ್ಯವಹಾರವನ್ನು ಉಪ್ಪಿನಂಗಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಿರುವೆನು. ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದ ನನ್ನ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಖಾತೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ( ೧೦೨೭೩) ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ [protected] ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿರಿಸುವ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ರೂ ೧೦೦=೦೦ ನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಈ ದಿನ ದಿನಾಂಕ ೨೪/೫/೨೦೧೮ ರಂದು ಉಪ್ಪಿನಂಗಡಿ ಶಾಖೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಿರುವೆನು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಕ್ಯಾಶಿಯರ್ ಹಣ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರಾದರೂ, ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಖಾತೆ ನಿರ್ಜೀವಗೊಂಡಿದೆ ಹಣ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀವು ಪುತ್ತೂರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ಜೀವಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಬನ್ನಿ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ( ಸದ್ರಿ ಖಾತೆಯ ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ೨/೬/೨೦೧೫ ) ನನ್ನ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಂಗಡಿ ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಉಳೀತಾಯ ಖಾತೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ [protected] ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
                          ಆದರೆ ಕಳೆದ ಬಾರಿಯೂ ಈ ಖಾತೆ ನಿರ್ಜೀವಗೊಂಡಾಗ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೇ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಯನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪಡೆದು ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ಜೀವ ಗೊಳೀಸಿದ್ದರೆಂದೂ ಅದರಂತೆ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ಜೀವಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದಲ್ಲವೆ ? ಎಂದು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಯಾರಿಗೋ ಪೋನಾಯಿಸಿದ ಆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೇಳಿ ಬೇರೆ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನರ್ಜೀವಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಮೇನೇಜರ್ ರವರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿ, ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇಲ್ಲೇ ಪುನರ್ಜೀವಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಈಗ ಯಾಕಿಲ್ಲ ? ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕವರು ನೀವು ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಯನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತೀಕರಿಸಿ ಒಂದು ಮನವಿ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ನಾವು ಅದನ್ನು ಪುತ್ತೂರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಬಳಿಕ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ಜೀವಗೊಳಿಸಲು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ . ನೀವು ಬರಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
                          ಬೇರಾವುದೇ ದಾರಿ ಕಾಣದೆ ನಾನು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಬೇಕೆ ಎಂದು ಮತ್ತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯ ಬಳೀಗೆ ಹೋದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕವರು ಹೌದು ನಿರ್ಜೀವ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಹಣ ಜಮಾಯಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ . ನೀವು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ನಿಮಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಕೌಂಟರ್ ಪೈಲ್ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿಸಿ ಹಣ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಿರಿ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅದರಂತೆ ನಾನು ಕ್ಯಾಶಿಯರ್ ಕೈಗೆ ಕೌಂಟರ್ ಪೈಲ್ ನೀಡಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕ್ಯಾಶಿಯರ್ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಜೀವಂತ ಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿಸಬಹುದೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಬೇಡ ಬೇಡ ಖಾತೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಖೆಯದ್ದಲ್ಲ. ಅದು ಬೇರೆ ಶಾಖೆಯದ್ದು ನೀವು ಹಣ ವಾಪಾಸು ಮಾಡಿ. ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ಜೀವ ಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಬೇಡ ಎಂದು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದರು.
                          ಒಟ್ಟು ಈ ವಿದ್ಯಾಮಾನದಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಇಷ್ಠವಾಗದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವಂತೆ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಪೂರಕವೆಂಬಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಪತ್ನಿಯ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಠೇವಣಿಯ ಇಂಟರೆಸ್ಟ್ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ಮೆಂಟ್ ಕೇಳಲು ಹೋದಾಗಲೂ ಆಕೆಯ ಕಸ್ಟಮರ್ ಐಡಿ ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಶಾಖೆಯದ್ದೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದಲೇ ಪಡೆಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅದರೆ ಠೇವಣಿ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಂಗಡಿ ಶಾಖೆಯದ್ದೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಮೆಂಟ್ ಒದಗಿಸಿದರು.
                          ಈ ಮೇಲೆ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖೀಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನಿಂದು ಅಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಶಾಖಾ ಕಚೇರಿಂದ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಒರ್ವ ಪರಿಚಿತ ಗ್ರಾಹಕನಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿರುವ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಡದೆ ಇರುವ ಕೃತ್ಯ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ನನನ್ನು ಆವರಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯ ಮನೋಭಾವ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರನ್ನು ಸೆಳೆಯುವ ಬದಲು ಸತಾಯಿಸುವಂತೆ ಇದೆಯೇನೋ ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಿದೆ . ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತಂದಿರುವೆನು.
                          ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಬೇರೆ ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಖಾತೆಯು ನಿರ್ಜೀವಗೊಂಡದ್ದೇ ಆದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಸಮೀಪದ ಶಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನರ್ಜೀವಗೊಳೀಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವೆ ? ಅಪರಿಚಿತ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಠಿಣ ನಿಲುವು ತಾಳಬಹುದು., ಆದರೆ ಪರಿಚಿತವಾಗಿರುವ, ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಠೇವಣಾತಿ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ನಡೆಸುವ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಈ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ನಿಯಾಮಾವಳಿ ಇದೆಯೇ ? ಇದ್ದರೆ ನನ್ನ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಸತಾಯಿಸುವ ನಡೆಯೇ ಇದೆನಿಸಿದರೆ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿ . ಯಾಕೆಂದರೆ ೨೦೧೫ ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಈ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನು ಉಪ್ಪಿನಂಗಡಿ ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪುನರ್ಜೀವಗೊಳೀಸಿ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕಾರಣರಾದವರು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳೇ. ಅಂದು ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ ಸೇವಾ ಗುಣದಿಂದಲೇ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನಗೆ ಅತೀವ ಗೌರವದ ಭಾವ ಬಂದಿತ್ತು. ಇಂದು ವ್ಯತಿರಿಕ್ತ ಸೇವೆ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಾಗ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಭಾರವಾಯಿತು. ಎಲ್ಲೋ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ನಡೆದಿದೆಯೋ ಎಂಬ ಅನಿಸಿಕೆ ಮನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಿತ್ತು. ಮನಸ್ಸು ತಿಳಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಈ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿದ್ದರೆ ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳ ನಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪು ನಡೆದಿದ್ದರೆ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿ .

                              I had gone to atm for withdrawal of money before the money coming out there was a power cut. That amount was deducted from my account and when the power came back i had to withdraw it again. So total amount deducted is 12000 in which i got only 6000. The withdrawal timings was around 2:30 pm near jain college atm jayanagar 9th block on may 3rd 2018.. Still the amount is not been refunded back to my account.. Kindly refund my amount asap..

                                We are the customers of karnataka bank since a long time. We have joint account with karnataka bank, gopalpura branch, dharwad. (Sb a/c no.[protected]). On[protected] in view o[censored]rgent need of money i requested one of my relative mr nagaraj of madakaripura to credit rs.49, 000/- to my account through your chitradurga bank branch. When he arrived at the cash counter, the cashier working on that day at chitradurga branch rejected to accept the cash, stating that, it will cause delay in service to to your chitradurga branch customers and thereby cause inconveniance to them. Even, i requested him over cell of my relative i am in urgent need of money, please accept the cash and credit it to my account. For that he replied "if you are in so urgency ask your relative to deposit the cash at the cash recieving machine located below the branch". My relative was illiterate who is unable to use the machine. Hence, i once again requested your cashier. For that he replied that "under any circumstances i am not going to accept the cash, if you want you go and complain it to the branch manager". Accordingly, when my relative approached the branch manager, at first he also replied in the same way as your cashier replied and rejected to speak to me over cell phone of my relative. On knowing the same from my relative over cell phone, i searched and got the land line number of the branch and asked what is the problem in accepting the deposit of customer of another karnataka bank branch in chitradurga branch. After a lot of exchange of words over phone itself, finally, he agreed to accept the cash and disconnected the phone. But, surprisingly he asked my relative to show id proof which he did not carried. On intimation of the same by my relative, once again i called your branch manager over land line what for id proof of depositor is necessary to deposit rs.49, 000/- to my account. Again, he agreed to accept the cash and dis connected the phone. Subsequently, it informed by my relative that, branch manager asked him to wait for half a hour or one hour, so that he will get clarifications from head office and then he will decide whether to accept the deposit or not. Though, my relative waited there for half an hour he did not cared to get clarrifications and accept the deposit. Frustrated by this my relativr went back without depositing the money to my account. The said act of your cashier and branch manager of your chitradurga branch caused so much inconvenience to me when i was in urgent need of money. It also caused so much mental agony both to me and to my relative. All these facts you can get it from land line conversations bearing no.[protected] and cc tv footages of yor chitradurga branch.

                                Here i want clarifications for the following:
                                1) how can you post such a inefficient person as branch manager, who even do not know the basic day - to - day working affairs of the bank?
                                2) we are the customers of your bank since a long time. We never experienced such rude behaviour ever in your branches like shimoga, dvanagere, dharwad etc.,. But, i am experiencing little bad experiences now a days.
                                3) are you head office people do not give time to time training to your staff how to behave with the customers and update changes in policy etc.,.?
                                4) whether, customers of one karnataka bank branch are not the customers of karnataka bank to another karnataka branch?

                                Seeking the above clarifications, i request your authorities to take suitable deciplinary action against your chitradurga branch cashier & branch manager.

                                  I have my account in karnataka bank chandra layout branch, but presently working in goa. My atm was stolen on 21st of april 2018. Want to apply for a new atm card but the karnataka margao-goa branch people are not helping, its very urgent coz i cant go to bangalore & apply there.
