On 4/04/2018 someone has stolen my a t m card and drawn 20000rs in kappanahalli canara bank branch shikaripura taluka shivamogga district. My account is in honnali branch davanagere district at karnataka bank so i request both banks please provide c c t v footage of a t m of kappanahalli branch. To find out culprit but kappanahalli canara bank and local karnataka bank honnali branch hesitate to to provide c c t v footage dated on 4/04/18 timings 7.19 p m. Kindly provide c c t v footage of that person who drawn my money from kappanahalli canara bank branch. I already submitted f i r copy to honnali branch.

    Money of amount rs 6500/- did not dispense from karnataka bank atm, kempegowda bus stand. But the money was debited from my account. Kindly return my money asap. I have a debit card of sbi. When i inserted debit card in karnataka bank atm. It showed unable to dispense amount of rs 6500/-. Thereafter i again inserted atm and consecutively dispensed rs 6500/-. But overall rs 13000/-was debited from my account instead of rs 6500/-. That means extra rs 6500/- was debited from my account. Kindly return my money asap. I am attaching the receipt of karnataka bank atm where money was unable to dispense.

      विषय – बैंक मेनेजर तथा उनके सहयोगी द्वारा उत्पीड़न करने हेतु शिकायत पत्र

      निवेदन इस प्रकार से है की प्रार्थीनी का मुद्रा लोन के अंतर्गत २ लाख रु० की o d limit अकाउंट (खाता सं० [protected]) कर्नाटका बैंक में की देहरादून केंट रोड उत्तराखंड शाखा में है i
      प्रार्थीनी लगभग २ वर्ष से बैंक के साथ जुडा है परन्तु पिछले साल से प्रार्थीनी को बैंक मेनेजर सोनम व् उनके सहयोगी अरुण द्वारा प्रताडीत किया जा रहा है जिनसे परेशान हो कर प्रार्थीनी आपसे शिकायत करने को मजबूर हो गयी है जोकी निम्नलिखित है –

      1. बैंक मेनेजर सोनम व् सहयोगी अरुण द्वारा एक ही लिमिट रिनुय करने के लिए प्रार्थीनी से 4 बार दस्तावेज मंगवाए गए प्रार्थीनी ने मई 2017 में दस्तावेज दिए उस समय कहा गया की ये सब ठीक है उसके बाद सितम्बर 2017 में फिर से कुछ कागजात लाने को कहा जाता है प्रार्थीनी वो भी देती है उसके बाद नवम्बर 2017 में प्रार्थी को कहा जाता है की उसके कुछ और कागजात चाहिए और बेलेनशीट में कमी है फिर से बनवानी पड़ेगी प्रार्थीनी ने वो भी फिर से करवा के दी उसके बाद फरवरी 2018 में फिर से कुछ कागज मंगवाए जो प्रार्थी ने फिर से मुहैया करवाए i प्रार्थीनी ये जानना चाहती है की एक लिमिट के लिए कितनी बार कागज देने पड़ते है i

      2. बैंक मेनेजर सोनम व् सहयोगी अरुण बार बार फोन करके प्रार्थीनी को परेशान करते है क्या बैंक कर्मचारी को इतना हक़ है की वो रात के समय या जिस दिन बैंक का अवकाश हो उस दिन भी प्रार्थीनी को फोन करे तथा परेशान करे कई बार फोन रात को काफी देर से किया जाता है जिससे मुझे काफी असुविधा होती है तथा इसका असर मेरी शादीशुदा जिन्दगी पर भी पड़ने लगा है मेरे घरवाले पूछते है की इस समय किसका फोन आता है और अगर उनका फोन न उठाया जाये या फोन ना करने को कहा जाता है तो बैंक मनेजर सोनम व् सहयोगी अरुण धमकी देते है कि लिमिट बंद करवादो और सारी राशी जमा करवाओ या बैंक मनेजर सोनम व् सहयोगी अरुण प्रार्थी की दुकान पर आ जाते है तथा ऊँची आवाज में बात करते है तथा धमकी देते है की तुम्हारी सिविल ख़राब करवा देंगे फिर कही से लोन तो क्या अकाउंट भी नही खुलेगा i

      3. बैंक मनेजर सोनम व् सहयोगी अरुण मेरे पति को एक बार बहार किसी सार्वजानिक स्थान पर मिले वो उनसे अभद्र भाषा में उनसे बात की व् उनकी बेज्जती करी जाबकी मेरे पति का मेरे द्वारा लिए गए लोन से कुछ लेना देना नहीं है तो बैंक मेनेजर व् उनके सहयोगी को किसने उनसे इस तरह का व्यवहार करने की अनुमति दी i

      4. बैंक मनेजर सोनम व् सहयोगी अरुण मेरे पति से उन्होंने लिमिट ओवरडीयू के नाम पर एक बार 9000 रु० लिए तथा एक बार प्रोसेसिंग फी के नाम पर 7000 रु० मेरी दुकान पर आ के लिए जिसकी पर्ची या कोई स्लीप नहीं दी गयी है क्या बैंक मेनेजर को ये भी अधिकार है की वो इस तरह प्रार्थीनी की दुकान पर आ कर धनराशी ले जाये और वो भी तब जब बैंक का अवकाश चल रहा हो i

      5. प्रार्थनी के खाता सं० [protected] में 19/03/2018 को 5400 रु० मेरे पति के नाम से जमा हुए है जबकि वो इस दिन देहरादून से बहार थे तथा बैंक गए भी नही थे तो उनके नाम से कैसे मेरे खाते में पैसे डाले गए कही ये प्रार्थनी को फ़साने के लिए कोई षड्यंत्र तो नहीं है जिसके बारे में प्रार्थनी को पता भी नहीं i

      6. प्रार्थनी को बैंक मनेजर सोनम व् सहयोगी अरुण द्वारा एक 5000 रु० प्रति माह की rd खोलने के लिए भी मजबूर किया जा रहा है जो की प्रार्थनी की आर्थिक स्थिति के चलते संभव नहीं है i इसके लिए मना करने पर भी मेनेजर की तरफ से सिविल ख़राब करने की धमकी दी गयी है i


      7. प्रार्थीनी इस बात से भी परेशान है की उसे बार बार बैंक क्यों बुलाया जाता है जबकि प्रार्थीनी सारे कागजात जमा करा चूकी है i बार बार बैंक जाने के लिए प्रार्थीनी को अपनी दुकान को बंद करना पड़ता है जिसका असर उसके व्यवसाय पर पड़ता है i जब प्रार्थी बैंक मेनेजर से प्रार्थना करती है की आप जो भी कागजात चाहते है मेरे पति को दे दीजिये मै हस्ताक्षर करके अपने फर्म की मोहर लगा के दे दूंगी तो बैंक मेनेजर द्वारा मना कर दिया जाता है कहा जाता है नहीं आ सकते तो लिमिट बंद करवाओ और अभी सारा पैसा जमा करवाओ i

      8. प्रार्थीनी जब बैंक मेनेजर के इस तरह से व्यवहार से व् रोज नये नये कागज मंगवाए जाते है से परेशान हो गयी तो प्रार्थीनी ने मेनेजर से प्रार्थना की कि वो प्रार्थी की o d limit को टर्म लोन में बदल दे जिसकी मासिक क़िस्त 4000 रु० तक प्रार्थीनी भरने में सक्षम है तो मेनेजर ने साफ़ मना कर दिया तथा कहा की सारी धनराशी जमा करवा के इसे बंद करवाओ i अब जब प्रार्थीनी अपने लोन की धनराशी अपने व्यवसाय में लगा चुकी है तो वो एक साथ धनराशी जमा करने में असमर्थ है i

      अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि इस विषय में प्रार्थनी को न्याय दिलाने तथा उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करे i अन्यथा प्रार्थीनी को अन्य कानून कायवाही करने के लिए विवश होना पड़ेगा i

        Gaurd has taken bribe for keeping goods in sector 3 atm near gopal chole bhature wala and i was scared going in atm room.
        As big big boxes were kept there in atm itself so please as ur atm is located in prime location and u r paying so much rent for ur services and then also we cant use it.
        So its high time to post this mail and pic for ur information that what is happening to ur atm and what guard is doing with money of public
        Is this security for money or for earning money
        I think ur gaurd is not payed well thats why he is doing such risk bearing activitied with atm

          need of new lost atm card from other branch

          I am at bangalore and my atm card is stolen. I have my karnataka bank account in my home town. I am working in bangalore. I want money and when i go to apply for new atm card the branch peopl said they cant issue new atm card.. It is emergency to get a new atm card what can i do?
          I need an atm card from other branch
          Please suggest me how can i apply for lost atm card...

          My debit card was blocked in ATM with 3 wrong pin attempts.. Please help me to unblock my debit card & i know my correct debit card pin number now .. Since from 2 days i am trying to call help line number but not responding customer care people & always telling please wait our customer care people will contact soon... I called to this help line number ([protected])
          Karnataka Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I called them to enquire about cheque book request, no greetings, no proper response and said 2 words- "contact branch" then disconnected.
          I waited for more than 10mins to talk to them, but sadly they didn't speak even for 10secs..

              not getting otp on email

              From past few days i am not receiving any otp from bank for my online transactions. Even m not able login through netbanking as well. I shuttling between whitefield bank branch and customer care to get this resolved and this is not yet resolved.
              Because of your irresponsibility i am facing lot of troubles transferring money to people and i have missed certain payment due...

                    I have gone almost two or three times, for applying net banking, i have also given the phone two times, but i have not got it yet, so far, if i call the facility of net banking in customer care, then i would like to visit the bank. If you go to the bank then your already id has been done. Please log in. Now what is the password id what is the address do not know the name of the mobile banking which is the same thing after pouring the same nothing is happening like this, i have been eating a few days from a few days, we have been around for a year

                        I am a savings account holder of the karnataka bank, beliaghata branch, kolkata. There is a lady clerk, naming "sweata" in the bank whose behaviour with the customers is extremely rude, she is impolite & doesnt know how to deal with the public. Ms. Sweata treats every one with disrespect. I feel extremely humilated by her behaviour when ever i visit the bank. Moreover her full name is not being disclosed by the bank staff which i needed for lodging a complaint.

                          My debit card was blocked in atm with 3 wrong pin attempts.. Please help me to unblock my debit card & i know my correct debit card pin number now.. Since from 2 days i am trying to call help line number but not responding customer care people & always telling please wait our customer care people will contact soon...                               I ALREADY SHARED SCREENSHOT FOR SAME, AS PAYMENT DONE ON PAYTM FOR HOME CREDIT WITH DEBIT CARD DETAILS BUT AFTER ENTERRING OTP PAYMENT GET DENAIED BUT AMOUNT DEDUCTION DONE FROM ACCOUNT, PLEASE CHECK I HAVE GET REPLY FROM PAYTM THEY SAID THAT WE DID NOT GET PAYMENT FROM BANK SO THEY CANT UPDATE THE PAYMENT, ATTACEHMENT IS THE PROOF OF PAYMENT NOT DONE BUT DEDUCTED FROM AC, PLEASE CHECK THE SCREENSHOTS ATTACEHD

                                Card swiped on[protected] through mid no.[protected] for rs.544.50 stands debited to sb a/c [protected] of
                                Prasad kumar with karnataka bank ltd nagori kankanady mangalore but no credit is received by us till date. Party's complaint no.343412 in this regard not readdressed till date. Please take immediate step to credit the amount to our a/c under advise to us....

                                Sir i have a saving account on your raigarh branch. For simple tasks like creating a fixed deposit in branch employees are wasting my huge time. They asked me to come next day for simply providing me the receipt, and at the next morning when i reach bank they asked me to come at evening. Giving me excuse of poor link. It's very sad to get such response from karnataka bank. Even. Other government banks are providing better and fast service.
