I transfered my cash (1020 rupees) via paytm by karnatak bank account. Same day paytm deducted my cash in my bank account, and refund the amount with ref. No. Icicipay 30001272647264201966423. I called karnatak bank customer care no. They told me, paytm did not refund my cash. I gave this ref. No but they shout me and cut the call. Today i contacted with my branch of karnatak bank (Indirapuram, ghaziabad) and they told me the same thing.

Karnatak bank is a wrost bank. I deactivate my account with this bank. Services are too wrost. I suggest my colleagues and my friend not to use karnatak bank.

    My brother had credited 1k to my account through mobile banking buy mistake he has entered wrong bank account instead of 540701 he has sent amount to 570401. Account in the name of vimal s kalagi. Karnataka bank bijapur district. Indi branch kale plot. Kindly help me regarding this.. Please guide me what has to be done. Thank you

    Hi Karnataka Bank,

    i have transfer the funds but my account has not yet Dedited and beneficiary account also not credited, showing transaction is in suspect status.
    I have done already 3 trans. called Customer care also called got answer very rudely.
    Please help me out

      Hi,

      I called customer care on 4th september 2017 around 857 am to see whether my mother's adhaar card number updated on a/c or not. I called as mother was in feeling well. Instead of helping me taking into consideration abt adhaar card new rulings and my mom condition; instead i was baffled to see reply from customer rep. She said that i called debit card section and she can't share info with me. I told her that same route to check my adhaar card status; she changed her stance. She said she can't share information as im not the account holder. I informed her abt my mother condition but she reacted in derogatory way by stating that if "your mother wants to check her adhaar account status; then she should visit bank and update it herself." is this the way to treat senior citizen account holder. First your customer rep say that i wrongly routed to debit card section i know that didnt.

        Sir,
        I lost my karnataka bank atm card on tuesday[protected] at 11:30 am on mudalapalya circle bangalore. I want to block it so that it cant be miss used, i dont have atm card number.

          I withdrawed an amount of rs 2000 on sbi atm on 09/06/2017 but instead of 2000 i got only rs 1400 (500*2 + 100*4), i have lodged a complaint with claim id 299032 on 14/06/2017 and got an assurance of resolving in 7w days, after 7 days as the amount hasnt refunded, and this is the second time am facing the problem in last 6 months that to with sbi atm
          So requesting you to take an action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

          I transferred rs.6000 to an SBI account through BHIM app. The amount was deducted from Account but was not credited to the other account. It's been 3 days since this happened.
          In chickballapur Karnataka bank amt center withdrawn that time just got message withdrawn amount but not coming any amount in machine. automatically minus balance showing. amt machine slip showing Sorry for in convenience Transaction time out . Response code 008

              I have sb a/c with your west patel nagar new delhi branch. Manager and staff are very careless and do not offer any services to senior citizens. I have asked them for tds certs and am being harassed whenever i approach thme. Even interest certs are being issued wrong with no explanation. I am fed up with them and would like to close my account. This is a useless branch of your bank. Please instruct your branch manager or mr tarun the guy issuing tds certs to talk to me on [protected]. I have sent then 4 or 5 mails, more than 10 calls and couple of letters but all guys are sleeping and earning their salories just sitting and gossiping.                 Greetings,
                ive been experiencing bad customer service from this establishment, firstly they have ridiculous balance inquiry which does not work after three inquiries, i cant know my balance after three tries, secondly you call the customer care they say i cant help you with your account details, so if ive deposited money and have not recieved it, i cant contact customer service for it. It makes me feel that the bank is doing me a favour by saving my money and they claim to be unlike other banks which are far more better than them, there have been instances where ive waited for three months for my card because their efficient customer service always fails to answer calls, or im put on an ivr which says sorry the executives are busy, busy doing what swindling money? i think the bank needs a new start in a digital work they're interfaces are not reliable and now i dont know if my money is credited into the account or not because my bank is not personally connected with me, they have some really annoying policies and im sure the bank is incapable of handling their consumers well. customer centricity is not a fashion but a real need gear up before your customers begin to leave you. Their website is a disaster

                  I am confused to use internet banking but when i called first time in 10:45 pm to customer care. They said please call in the morning because problem in fund tranferring.                       Basically the failed online transactions were reversed back within a week. Because they need some more time to settle problem with that. Wait for a week and check and revert back.

                        Failed online transaction but amount debited from the account

                        I, Prajwal Thapa, did 4 online transactions on 27/2/2017 of Rs. 1500 each to ICAI out of which 1 transaction of Rs.1500 failed due to poor internet connection but amount of Rs.1500 was debited from my account whereas amount was not credited in the account of ICAI.

                          Sir, I am gnanamurthy and My Karnataka Bank A/c No [protected] today i withdraw Rs 5000 from SBI ATM Hulimavu but transaction shows Timed out but 5000 debited in my SB A/c No [protected] request to reverse the same.Please confirm the complaint registration and request you to kindly do the needful.                                   As i have visted the branch for the enquery on my dads debit card .and some miss trancation took place and i askd her for the details of miss transaction she was like its has been alredy debited and and she did not respond properly and she wanted to put blame on me wen my father askd for the reasone she replyed (go and ask your son what he has done with yo money )what do she think about her self is that the way she talks to a customer when he is in a trouble .

                                    I Bharath A n, This is to inform you that my brother Chandas A N having an account in Karnataka Bank, kengeri branch. As when he went for open locker facility they told to deposit 30 thousand with hard cash only.
                                    My question is
                                    1. As per rbi guidelines it is deposit of 3 years charge and locker breaking charge. Why they demanded for 30k?
                                    2. When I am having amount in sb account to transfer towards fd, why they are not accepting?
                                    What exactly Karnataka Bank hav guidelines for this?
                                    Please resolve the issue about this matters.
