I deposited ₹8000 (16 notes of ₹500) in the cash deposit machine in Karnataka bank branch of Patna . The machine showed that 1 note is detained by the machine and the branch was closed in 01/04/2022 (Friday) .

    On 14/03/2022 debited 590 ruppess without any intimation and without any message my amount is debited I want the reason.
    I don't have any emi due nothing why did they deduct my 590 rupees without any information .refund my money back soon as possible
    Today I checked my balance I got to know about this issue.
    Karnataka Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      On 27/02/2022 my friend 6000 rs from his karnataka bank account to my paytm bank account, money is deducted from his account and it shows transaction succesfull, but not recieved in my paytm account, i talked with paytm customer care and they told that the transaction was cancelled...

        On 20/02/2022 Karnataka Bank debited 2000/- Rs from my account for timed out transaction. From that day till now they gave no resolution regarding that, from their customer care team to Branch employees noone it is more than 5days they didn't refund my money. I am feeling very helpless, I don't know whether they will reverse my money back or not, worst banking service

            Karnataka bank has deducted 590rs for 3 times from 2/2/2022 to 3/2/2022 & I called to our branch bank directly & they are not responding correctly they even not ready why is this amount has been debited. Kindly help me to refund my amount.

              I had ordered a product on Amazon on 25th December 2021, the product was damage so I returned it on 30th December 2021, the refund was received on 1st January 2022 and the refund reference number is[protected], and the price of the item was 1499rs but till the date now I have not received any refund in my Karnataka bank account, please solve my refund problem.

                  Whenever i try to make a transaction through upi, It always says "your bank server got down"!!!

                  This is so irritating!! Please resolve this server down issue as soon as possible..

                  Rest of services are actually quite good :)

                      Today I paid my electricity bill through upi (Google pay) and it says server is down . Why always only Karnataka Bank has server down and not any other bank. Unfortunately I had deposited only the amount money for the electricity bill today 14/12cuz tomorrow is dead time for payment and now it shows payment failed and Money deducted from my account.plz it's an request do something to correct ur servers.

                            Hello myself Ravithej YR,
                            I've ordered for "Original H12348 Battery compatible with reliance Jio Wifi 4G router Jiofi2(2300mAh)" product through amazon on date 1st October 2021. Then, after 7 days I got a call from delivery boy for a product delivery i.e on 7th October. As I was not in the house, I was unable to collect the product on that particular day. Further, I rescheduled my order through the Amazon for the Date:-10th Oct 2021. Even after rescheduling my order, I didn't get my product. Later, I called the delivery person, who initially came for the delivery on the date:- 10th Oct 2021. So, I claimed to refund my amount of Rs799/- through Amazon. But my amount was not refunded in my account. Afterwards, I got a refund reference ID through E-mail by Amazon which I've attached below.
