Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I'm trying to send money online and on merchant sites using both UPI and ATM card since last 20-25 days but every time the transaction is failing. Neither I am able to transact with ATM card nor with any UPI app. However, other account holders of the same branch are not facing any such problem as I have verified it myself during that time.

I am able to register my account on (UPI) Apps. The problem is all the transactions are getting failed on sending money.
And all the transactions are getting failed even in making purchases on the e-commerce website with debit card.

"I called and mailed the bank many times and explained my problem but they did nothing except making excuses for server error and ATM is active."

Kindly look into it and have the problem resolved.
We are facing much inconvenience because of it. Looking forward to immediate fixing of the problem ASAP!.

        I had done hospital payment of amt 175000/- on 7/7/2021 aftrnoon 1:11 pm through IMPS on Karnataka mobile plus app

        The money has been deducted from account but transaction status has been showing failed amt is not even credited to hospital account PLZZ refund it soon it's an medical emergency

            I'm having Savings account in State Bank of India. I tried to withdraw 5000 ₹ from Karnataka Bank ATM in my city Harihar. Money didn't come out but heard that withdrawal sound and money was deducted from my account. Later it displayed " Out of service". I didn't even get the message of transaction. It has made me panic but I don't know what to do now.

              I have made transaction Rs.1599 with ECOM AMAZON on 20thJune 2021, but my order was cancelled by amazon. Amazon team told us that transaction was declained by bank. Kindly initate the refund process ASAP.

                I paid my loan that transaction was successful but purchase didn't confirm. They initiative there refund process . Still I didn't get that money.
                And I get another loan but told your bank didn't respond?

                  28/6/2021, around 11:15 am, I was trying to withdraw amount from ATM. But it showed a error as last transaction was cancelled. But at 11:29 am I got mail saying Your Account x282809xhas been DEBITED for Rs.10, 000.00 NFS-CWDR/HOSPET BELLARY KAIN even though I didn't withdrawal any amount from ATM

                    Two days back. I transferred Rs. 8050/- to my friend's account through Google pay.
                    Money has been debited from my account but not transferred to my friend's account.
                    This is really disappointing. We can't wait for three working days. If we have emergency. Please look into this. N refund as soon as possible. My account number is [protected]

                      Dear sir/madam I am having a savings account in Karnataka Bank, it was created 3 years ago due to location change I was not using the account on regular basis, our mobile number is registered with your bank and till the time we were unable to receive any updates of our account and the app was also not usable so I this scenario on 23/02/2021 when I got some of my lumpsum amount from LIC OF INDIA and the amount was for my medical treatment...

                        Sir I am credit 500rs today through machine deposit and I have use the kbl app and I have my old balance of 372rs before deposit 500 but the kbl app shows only 127rs and I also check the balance in toll-free number in that also it shows 127rs please check sir...please that amount was very precious to me...

                                I am Gagana, I had ordered a dress on one of the Instagram pages dress_seller01. Since they told they accept only online payments I sent them rs.2500 on Google pay to the no. They provided. After 2 days they have blocked me on Instagram and no sign of contact too. I am unable to reach out to that merchant. So please help me get back my money from that fraud merchant please.! My contact no. Is [protected]. Please help me with this. 🙏🏼

                                  Y.day evening I have maid payment for my HP-GAS cylinder delivered to me,
                                  through HP-GAS scan&pay PayPhi.
                                  It got scanned, amount was also deducted from my account.
                                  It showed "Address verification failed". I didnot get a payment-success symbol+message .
                                  Amount is Rs.812/-, transaction under UPI:[protected]:PayPhi.[protected]@icici()UP dated 07/04/2021
                                  (my amount is deducted from mobile no.[protected], bank App- KBL Mobile Plus, Karnataka Bank, Karnataka State)

                                  In the HP-GAS payment status (in payPhi screen) - it was showing "payment not yet received, to be paid".

                                  We had to make payment again through GooglePay, it was success & payment was done.

                                  Hence the payment done thro' PayPhi of Rs.812/- has to be returned back to me.
                                  I spoke to Karnataka Bank Customer Care y.day, asked them to cancel/hold/return this amount, but in-vein.

                                  Kindly get back this amount for me.
