I have applied car loan in Karnataka udupi ambagilu branch, i have told to the manager about loan so he told that to open a savings account, finally i ve opened.after i have given Income tax return file also i ve told him to upload IT file in loan but that executive not uploaded so thats why lan been rejected... I had proper income statement on IT as well bank statement 1 year... I want to knw why he is not uploaded... Their is no proper answer...One of the worst bank i ve ever seen their is no proper information on executive also i ve told to branch manager he is also not given answer... As a public or customer i need proper answer on this its very bad attitude...

    Debited for 590rs dirdb chrg in 18 times in My Account

    Dear Sir,
    I am Kopparthi Pullaiah in My account Karnataka Bank has 590rs debited in my account so, i called customer care they are not responing currently they even not ready why amount has been debited in 18times 590rs in total 10620rs kindly help me to refund my amount sir .pls help me sir my dad suffering from peralsis sir pls refund my amount sir

                    Hi Sir/Mam

                    I am Ragini C D, Yesterday I have tried to deposite 3000rs amount to my bank account by using karnataka bank atm machine Channapatana, 500 note 2 and 2000rs note one, but two 500rs notes got rejected and it takes 2000rs note inside of the machine.and then it shows server error message and amount not credited to my account also.and then i just go to the bank and raised the comaplint he told me that, you will get back your money within 24 hours but its already 2 days over and today is a third day still i am not getting any amount.please rectify my problem.

                      This bank is one of the most lethargic bank and wonder how they are given the approval as a bank. They do not provide loans even for Rs. 1 - especially the Reddy Street branch in Chennai Virugambakkam. The manager is so knowledgeable that he cannot even sanction Rs. 1 as loan to traders and MSME registered units. The Govt clearly says to provide support to MSME's - this branch manager feels that the Govt policy is flawed and they cannot give loans without security or collateral. What a great bank and customer service.

                            I made 2 IMPS transactions by loggining in to Karnataka bank internet banking site on 29th SEP 2020 both transactions failed but amount debited and not not refunded so far, send mail to customer care mail ids no use. Contancted through phone assured it will be forwarded but no use again. These guys even to not bother to ack for the complaint raised. no system to raise complaint and folloup and escalation.
