I went to this branch just enquire address change in the Adhar and Voter ID card on 3rd Feb 2023 at 7.30pm, one lady was there in the office she was watching mobile, told me not to enter into the office as timing is closed, atleast she was not ready to listen my query and said, timing is closed, why so much of rudeness on the citizens, are they working for Govt sector or private ? If timing is closed then why was sitting in office and wasting Govt. Facilities for personal work ? Are we not responsible to question this being a Indian citizen and tax payer ????,

Not responding properly delaying work unnecessarily..

Neighboring Shop deals with Xerox & Multiple Other Works whk is been Hired by Bangalore One Office for Unnecessary Money Looting Ex. Last Month Visited to Apply Police Verification but the Operator told Server Down & to Visit Neighbouring Shop as Diverted by them Visited to the Shop He Collected 850 & Done with the job within 5 Mins.

Question is Why Bangalore One Server Always Down & Neighbouring Server is Accessible 24/7, Today Shop Person collected 500 for Gazzetted Signature. Registration Deedz are Certified Government Based Papers Allotted to Property Owners of Bangalore.

But Papers was Rejected & Was Forced to Spend Money. 99% Employees of the Said Bangalore One are Doing Time Pass Work I Doubt Camera works or not.

Need Strict Action

They don't no how behave with customer, they don't give respect with customer

I moved to bangalore from Andhra pradesh and residing in bangalore from past 10 years. I have to change my language to kannada in my aadhar card.

I visited Bangalore One and also Axis bank, Marathalli branch for updating the language in my aadhar card. In both the places result is negative without any reason.

I contacted aadhar customer care at 1947 number. They suggesting to go back to the same centers where im not getting the res[ponse.

Kindly do needful.

We haven been charged for an adhaar phone number update and the Bangalore one lady charged me for it, but the update failed. Now she is not responding.

The undersigned went to bangalore one center at Janatha bazzar signal, Banshakari 3rd stage, Bangalore 560085. There the Bangalore one operators has permitted a private person for taking up aadhar card updation and charging Rs 160/-. On questioning them that the charge us only Rs 50/-, they admitted that the person is from janaseva Kendra means he is operating unauthorized under Bangalore one center . The operators are colluding with him and making money. This needs to be investigated immediately.

This is to inform that banglore one btm branch near BDA office branch opposite metro is lacking basic information

The people work in Bangalore one (kamanahalli branch), they come there own time, as for bus pass slot the timings starts from 8AM. But the worker (server for public) takes his/her own time like 10AM 11AM! It isn't good, because we also got college to attend, we miss classes for these problems. I request you to keep a faithful and loyal employees for Bangalore one and also any other government sectors.

BESCOM BILL PAID THROUGH CHEQUE No.56018 bank of india amount Rs 37031 to bangalore one dated20 july 2022 diducted from bank but till today not credited in BESCOM account.

I had been to yelahanka RTO complex Bangalore one for my children's buspass. Employees arround there misguided. One lady I don't know her name she said children's presense was not required just their photos do. After scheduling the appointment when I went another lady said children's needed as they take live photos. When I pointed about the previous communication she arrogant ly Said nobody has said like that.

Afterall this hassele I got my kids pas finaly with the dark image reflection.

How poor attitude people arround here.

In Kasturinagar Bangalore one there are external vendors who come and do not follow queue and token system. This happened on 20th Aug at 11am. Despite requests they do not follow queue system

Bangalore one varthur denied to make bus pass on 06.08.2022 which I booked slot through BMTC online ...time slot was 4:30 to 5 pm ..such a bad and horrible experience.

I had applied for the bus pass, it got approved also, we had also scheduled an appointment at RBI Layout Branch. But after we went to that branch, they said that the pass cannot be made here, "BMTC has not given us the authority to create the pass, please go to Arekere or JP Nagar Sarakki Branch."

I went to Bangalore One office near Amaravani Public School in Vrishabhavatinagar yesterday (26 July) for aadhaar address updation. This Bangalore one lady who was doing the aadhaar updates was extremely rude to even elderly people who came seeking her help. My request for address updation was turned down as the lady said rental agreement is not acceptable proof and even bank statement without sign and seal of the bank is not acceptable either, I can see in aadhaar portal that clearly these are acceptable. Bangalore One was designed to help citizens and looks like the purpose is slowly getting diluted and this is becoming one more government office with its own set of rules and red tape.
