Jhana Bharathi Bangalore one customer service is pathetic. Student pass services are not provided even the appointment is fixed. BESCOM/BWSSB SERVICES are prioritised than Student pass. Please take necessary action

      Wrong Fine:- Defective number plate

      KA41Y9653 Mahindra Centuro Bike Red

      In digi tab information I can see someone scooter picture captured and put fine on my bike number which is a digit number mistakenly taken from traffic police team.
      In 09 July 2021 01:25 PM my bike isn't in Bangalore and I'm doing WFH job from Native Ramanagara.

      Address: 204, 100 Fort Ring Rd, 2nd Block, Stage 3 Kathriguppe, Banashankari, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560085, India. Photo taken in someone scooter.

      Kindly remove my bike online wrongly registered complaint and do the needful.

        There is a guy called Prathap in Bangalore one Malleshwaram 5th Cross near Malleshwaram circle who charges extra money. Like if mobile number update its is 50. He charged us 200. And we had to phone pay to his personal number. This is disgusting. Once u went through adhar website I realised it was 50 and we unnecessarily paid him.

          I have multicple complaints about one grama one center
          1. I would bring to ur notice that Grama one center which is located in Masur[protected]A K Patil Complex) was is in a place which is not there not in the suitable place ( 1st Floor) and it is not possible to reach for elderly people and physically challenged people.             Hello,

            I lived outside the country and returned to India recently. Wanted to get my aadhar done so i visited Bangalore One office in JP Nagar 1st Phase on 14th cross. There are multiple complaints regarding this center

            1. There is only one staff member doing aadhar enrollment and update. So, the wait time is atleast 2 hours.

            2. The staff member (female lady) who does the enrollment is very rude. She ask way too many questions just to give an application form! I visited 4 consecutive days. First two times i visited she was on vacation, there was no staff to fill in her work. I went after 3 days and she said she cant give me the application form because the document for address proof is not fine. Fourth time, she said 'there are too many people today and i cant give you the form'. I told her, it's okay i will not come today, instead i will come tomorrow. But she didn't want to even give me the application form.

            3. There is no manager onsite to raise complaints about the staff. The staff is just too irresponsible and worst at service.

                    The Gottigere Bangalore One is charging 150 for address change and 200 for phone number change. Where it has to be charged at 50 .

                      We had to deal with the most unpleasant employee at the Bangalore One old airport road office. Her name was Mani Meggani (or something to that effect). After picking up an address change form, filling it up, getting it signed by a gazetted officer, this woman refuses to accept the form stating that the handwriting is not okay. This even though I filled up both forms. She then instructs us to fill up some other fields, and then says the handwriting in that is different too.
                      Mallya and other tycoons can rob our country blind but to get a damn address changed, we have to deal with the likes of a cranky Mani and a useless Bangalore One organization.

                          I have visited the Bangalore 1 KAMMANAHALLI branch kiosk to enroll the a new adhar card fir my 3 years kid yesterday and it was full rush and waited for almost 2 hours and then kis chould stand for long time and planed for the next by early opening Time and reached the office by 9.28am and they told me wait has the enrollment madam has gone to temple and she came to office by 10.30 am and she is bzee with her phone speaking and almost most of PPL were waiting and still then no response for anyone and when asd about this delay she is not responding to anyone and she is very arogantly replying to fill the foam and when asd for pen she refused to help and she aging bzee with her personal calls ..
                          Kindly manage to keep some good manner PPL for work in govt sector office to grow India better and i really don't know what kindly govt officers running this kind of good office . if this continues no one will do the adhar in future and strongly suggest not to go to Bangalore one for any assistance and if you govt not taking care of your sector office then what is point of paying the tax pl explain and thanks atleast you have a complaint form to help the PPL to complaint.

                              Its been over 2 months now after enrollment at BangaloreOne Domlur centre. I have (parent) has presented all documents with the aadhar registration centre (includes aadhar numbers of both parents, school letter). HOwever Bangaloreone has not processed the form till date. Due to this the kid will not be able to write the 10th exams (sslc). Bangaloreone servives are School has inisted to preset aadhar card for my kid.
                              The aadhar site does status still says in process.,
                              The terrible print attached here to this complaint is due to the bad printer at Bangaloreone Domlur outlet.
                              Pathetic services till now.

                                I had recently applied for BMTC student pass and these are the problems I faced. Firstly the number of BMTC counters are very less and I have to travel to the JP Nagar branch even though I live in talaghattapura. Secondly I have not been able to collect my BMTC pass from the past 2 days. On the first day i was told by the staff there that the BMTC pass service was not available even though I had already schedule an appointment at that branch. The reason given by then was the person in charge of issuing the pass was not available and I was I sure that the past will be available the next day. On the next day when I walked into the branch I observe that all the staff there were busy with chit chat and watching movies on the mobile phones. They were not even willing to respond when I was asking them about the status of my pass. Finally after I was heard I was told again that there was a technical glitch and I should come again tomorrow. When I asked what the problem was the staff they would not clarify further and just ignore me. I hope that the consumer complaint department is not as incompetent as the staff there and look into this matter thank you.

                                  Hi, I recently enquired about the job in Banglore one, near Sir M Visveswaraya Aalada Marada Udyanavana (also called Monkey Park). The manager briefed details and asked me to submit the markscard and join fr today i.e 29th. I followed as said but now this manager illtreated me very rude and even asked me to not to join. He don have openings not only manager along with the morning shift employees made me to sit near gate didn't even allow me inside. The manager MANJUNATH manipulated things do much and degraded me alot. No girls should be treated like this. When I enquired about complaining. They said go and complain anywhere u want no one can do anything.

                                      I needed my address to be certified gfor my aadhar card. I downloaded the certification form and looked for possible authorities that could certify my address. In the list which included gazetted officers, A and B as well as the head of a reputed educational institution. I got the form signed by the director of the Indian Institute of management Bangalore. The guy at the counter refused to accept my form, insisting it must be a gazetted officer or a principal. I tried explaining to him that the director of an institute is equivalent to a principal, he just refused to take my form. This incident occurred at the bangalore one office in whitefield. The name of the concerned person is Jagadeesh and the incident occurred around 12 pm on the 24 th of march
