I' m Nagaraj Y s/o yallappa living in Raghupathi Hosahalli village Kyalanur post channasandra panchayath, KOLAR taluk KOLAR district
I here by complain you about the irresponsibility of the Mrs. Vinoda S PDO of our panchayath who is involved in the mal construction of the drainage, and poor sanitation.
Even though I complained (complaint date 20.2.2020) about the dirty drainages, across the village that is causing mosquitoe born diseases.she did not take any action so I'm hereby complain about her irresponsible and corruption

I request you immediate action against her.

For domenstic usage.

As concerned to above subject i here to inform you that there is no adequate supply of water for daily usage viz: for drinking for cows and baffaloes and for domenstic use at our village since 8 to 10 days. So many people go to public borewell and gather without the fear of covid-19 virus. I think i will respond to us in certain period of time.

Even though i have contacted panchayath many times, they are not ready to accept and give original tax receipt for my property. I have e khata digital copy for my property. Also when i check with panchayath portal for doddathoguru, my property number 7077/b107 is not reflected in the portal. Please accept this complaint and enable me to pay my tax and get a digital tax paid receipt copy.

Request concerned authority to establish proper facility and control on street dogs. As night time cannot walk on the street due fear of street dogs and no able to sleep due to street dogs screaming.

ನೀರಿನ ಬೋರ್ ಮೋಟಾರ್ ಕೆಟ್ಟು ಹೋದರೆ ಹತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳು ನೀರಿಲ್ಲ.ನಾವೆಲ್ಲಾ ತುಂಬಾ ಬೊಬ್ಬೆ ಹೊಡೆದರೇ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮೆಲ್ಲಗೆ ರಿಪೇರಿ ಶುರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೊಂದು ಸಲ ಕೆಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುವುದು ಗೇರಂಟಿ.

ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಬೋರ್ ಬಾವಿ ತೆಗೆಸುವಷ್ಟು ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ವಿಲ್ಲದವರು.ತುಂಬಾ ವರ್ಷ ದಿಂದ ನೀರಿನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ರಾದ ತಾವುಗಳು ಇದನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು.ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಕಷ್ಟ ವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿ ಏನೂ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ಸಾರ್.
ಕೊನೆಯದಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೇವೆ. ತಾವುಗಳು ನಮಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕೊಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಸಾರ್.ನಮ್ಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಬೋರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರು ದೇವರು ಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ಇವರು ಮಾತ್ರ ನಮಿಗೆ ಕೊಡ್ತಾ ಇಲ್ಲ.
ಈ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಯನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಾರ್ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು ಹೇಳಿ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಿಂದ ಜೀವಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಸಾರ್.

ಸಾರ್ ನಮ್ಮ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು.
1.ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನೀರು ಬಿಡುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸಂಬಳ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡಿಸಬೇಕು.ಯಾವುದೇ ಮನೆಯವರಿಗೆ ವಹಿಸಬಾರದು.
2.ಅಟೋ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟರ್ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಸಬೇಕು.ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಸಲ ಕರೆಂಟ್ ಹೋಯ್ತೋ ಅಷ್ಟು ಸಲ ಆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಿಚ್ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.ಕರೆಂಟ್ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಹಾಕಿ ಅಷ್ಟು ಹೊತ್ತು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ನೀರು ಬಿಡಬೇಕು.

3.ಹಳೆ ಕಾಲದ ಮೋಟಾರ್ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ ನವೀನ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಬೋರ್ ಮೋಟಾರ್ ಹಾಕಬೇಕು.
4.ಮೋಟಾರ್ ಕೆಟ್ಟು ಹೋದರೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ರಿಪೇರಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
5.ನೀರು ಬಿಡವವರು ರಜೆ ಆದರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಜನರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

ಇಷ್ಟು ಜನರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ತಮ್ಮ ಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಸಾರ್.

Street lights in complete stretch of neeladri nagar road and all streets inside are not working. Please understand the difficulties of people living here, its not possible to walk only with the lights offered by the huge apartments or showrooms on the road. They are switched off after certain time or they are not enough to light up the entire road, also streets inside are horribly pitch dark and scary. It is really difficult to walk in nights and early mornings. There is high chance of crimes because the whole area, main road and inside the streets are completely dark. Considering the safety of all citizens living in this area, please make sure immediate actions are taken to fix the street lights. Kindly take this request and complaint as a priority request and do necessary steps to resolve them.

With the reference to the above mentioned subject i lakshmipathi. N, here need assistance to resolve this issue as iam not able to pay the taxes for my property as the aforesaid vacant property is situated at ganakallu, cholanayakana halli, tavarekere hobli, bangalore south taluk, area measuring 2934 sq. Ft (272.6 sq. Mtrs) as i have spoken with the consent pdo, rajaram as my taxes for ay was 2345.00 yearly but now he is asking to pay 34753.00...

I the undersigned have received a letter by p. D. O. Officer sannur grama pancghayat, stating that d. C. B registration books are not available from[protected] at their office.

My contention is that how come only three years registers are missing and how rest years registers are available as well as it is very surprised that how come government d. C. B. Registration books are lost.

Moreover, i gave written complaint to chief executive officer and executive officer but no resolution till date therefor i am completely fed up with government officers.

Indeed, government officers, fundamental prime duty is that they must preserve all register books and same must be accessible to the public, therefor, it is crystal clear that p. D. O. Officer directly involved in irresponsible and illegal activities.

Hence, i request you to instruct or give direction to p. D. O. Officer/executive officer taluka panchayat kalaburagi to make the availability of d. C. B. Registers and ask pdo officer to collect our property tax for survey number 16/2/a of plot number 8 kalnoor village taluka and district: kalaburagi

Survey department, a small group of villagers of gantiganapalya were deliberately misguided by the present grama panchayath member (Dayananda s/o. Huchappa) started harassing me using his supporters by destroying boundary fencing, breaking supporting stones and cutting off fencing wires, needlessly trespassing my land etc. This was being done with crooked and malicious intentions.

4) in the above circumstances, i appealed in chikkanayakanahalli court against the trouble makers and obtain a permanent injunction order and declaration of the title suit property in my favour there by permanently restraining the trouble makers [viz.in the court of sr. Civil judge and jmfc c. N. Halli, tumkur, vide ref. No. O. S./19/2017 suit was filed on 08.06.2017 the case was disposed off on 08.03.2018. ].

5) after the court order declaration, the above mentioned grama panchayat member along with others (Dayananda s/o huchappa, vardaiah s/o kenchappa, shivanna s/o lingappa etc.) with criminal intent, provoked other villagers to build temporary sheds
(In sy. No 89 which his govt land) just abutting to my land (Which is sy. No.88) in the vacant space left for roads, walking path etc. The sole intent of vacant land left by the government is for common use of myself and the villagers.

Please refer to village (Nakshe) map of chunganahalli. As per the map, there was marginal land left between sy. No 89 and sy. No.88/3 which is now being encroached.

Ideally there should be a minimum distance of 15 to 20 ft. For common use by the public. They also restricted entry to my land by constructing thippegundi right in front of entry point to my land.

6) name of the villagers who has constructed the sheds are as below:
A) g. L. Mahesh s/o. Lakshmaiah
B) lakshmaiah s/o. Late. Giriyappa
C) nataraja s/o. Moodalagiriyappa.
D) thimmaiah s/o. Late giriyappa and others.

It is to be noted that, all the above mentioned villagers already have their own houses in govt. Land sy. No.89 and also having agricultural lands in chunganahalli grama under various sy. Nos.

7) the above act of constructing temporary sheds by them directly indicates deliberate act of harassing and troubling me with malicious intentions since i am single person with family under minority community in this village. This is a pure land grabbing activity with long range plans of converting the temporary constructions of sheds to permanent structure.

In view of the above issues and with best interest of the villagers and myself, i hereby with this letter, request you kindly take action by removing the unauthorized temporary constructions, save the govt. Land, make way for entering my land in unobtrusive manner and oblige.

I have applied for 9/11 form long back and she is not responding to our calls and if we go there she asking us come on particular dates so many times and our work is not done still.
