Hello,

I have raised a public grievance PmOPG/E/2016/02242222.
Currently the request is pending for the action from Majali Gram Panchayat

The request has been received by concern Panchayat body in September 2016, but still failed to give me any single update.
After numerous phone calls, emails nothing has changed.

Please provide your help in addressing the issue asap

I had purchased a NA plot in residentially converted land in Uchagao village in Belgaum dist, now I want to transfer the Form 9 and form 11 from previous owner on to my name, but when I approached to Grampanchyat the PDO told that it will charge 5% of sale deed amount, i.e. Rs.43400/- ; (I had already paid 5% ).5% and 1% in registrar office)is the officer asking right amount. Please sir tell me what it would cost? I have all doc like sale deed and previous property details they are very much clear. Then why should I pay that much big amount simply for transfering the name. Kindly guide me please.

I am Amithkumar from Madhu saree centre near KSRTC bus stand kottur. My dad have a cloth shop near busstand .Someone came and kept sugarcane juice machine infront of the shop, which is too noisy.if we go and say to make noiseless they are coming to beat us in a group. Because of them we can't talk to customer and cant listen what coustomer is saying to us. by paying rent also they are dominating on us.if we go to muncipal to give complaint regarding this, those people come to shop and warn us i[censored] give complaint something will happen seriously. We can't put sample's outside.its creating serious problem to us.
Even muncipal complaint is also given but they not taking any action regarding this. Complaint is given on 1st feb 2017. till now we didnt got any response.
Please solve this problem as early as possible.

Few hour back I order some product the order no[protected]. The product cost is Rs.293 but extra charges Rs.219 it very cost me. This is my first time online purchase at your company. I already payed on debit card. Iam so interested in your's materials . The extra charges heavy. Please, if possible pay my money back and cancel the order.

Complaint against Koorgalli PDO

I have a house at Mydanahalli village which falls under Koorgalli panchayat Mysuru. The house is in 1200 sq.ft plot. I wanted to construct a room on top with loan, for which I wanted to furnish E khata. So applied for E khata on 17-8-16 furnishing all the necessary documents (File no 405/2016-17).
It takes only 45 days to get a E khata according to sakaala, but till now I have not received the khata.
I have been to Koorgalli Panchayat office for more than 10 times and have made numerous calls to PDO regarding my application but he has not performed his duty to give my khata in time. Is this the way the panchayat officers work in Karnataka?
Since I did not pay any bribe (and why should I pay bribe if I have all the documents correctly?) the PDO is not granting me the E khata, whereas my neighbor is granted khata within 4 days of applying because he paid bribe of Rs20000/-
Please take action against these corrupt PDO’s and give me E kahta ASAP.

The Gram panchayat at mantapa village at jigani, is asking for 15000/- for issuing form 9 and 11b.

Also the Sub registrar office at bannerghatta has quoted 10, 000 rs bribe for document registration in addition to 2000 rs as scanning charges.

This is completely illegal and should be checked immediately.
the government rate itself is 5.65% of the property rate which is a killer, and this bribe on top of this is hardly making the clean image of the government.

I request you to please help in curbing this bribe for land registration and certificate and make the process hassle free for the citizens.

He can not work and doing no of mistakes so kindly request you to that please transfer him to any place The PDO name as I D badiger
Members and pdo including to make duplicate receipts for home tax, water tax, property tax etc
Kindly request him to change our panchayath and give some fine to him then he will work better

I registered plot in the month of august 2014 at mayasandra, Muttusandra village (certificate no-459689) anekal taluka Bangalore My property id is[protected] if searched with this id in website of RDPR karnataka, i am seeing 2 pdf files one distributed in the month of march and another one in august 2014. I am seeing different owner name and my same photo in the month of march form...

Respected Sir, Ref: Document No.: 825357 Issued on 01/01/2015 My query lies with respect to the above said Form 11B issued to me towards my land in the village of Kukkehalli, under gram panchayat of Kukkehalli in Udupi District. I tried presenting this document at the SRO Office, Brahmavar towards sale registration. They deemed this document to be incomplete. The reason cited being the sub-column 'Niveshana' under the column 'Visteerna'...

Sir/Madam,

I like to appreciate RDPR department for computerising non-agricultural immovable properties (sites, buildings..etc) in Grama Panchayats limits. PDO's in Grama Panchayats already issuing form 9, 11A & 11B as per your recent RDPR department orders.

Most of the property owners in Grama Panchayats are already having handwritten forms 9 & 11. It means their names already appearing in 9 and 11 register books in respect of their properties.

Our request is.. please computerise already existing properties in 9 and 11 register books to E-Swathu software (9, 11A & 11B depending on nature of properties). Only new properties or new mutations for existing properties to be under taken as per request form property owners.

Again applying for computerised forms (9, 11A & 11B) for already existing properties cause hardship to poor families in the village. Please look into the issue and do needful to the poor families. Grama Panchayat officials collecting bribe of Rs. 3000/- for issuing E-forms 9, 11A & 11B instead of government fixed Rs. 50/-.

Please computerise all existing properties in 9 and 11 register books as how BHOOMI software works for Agriculture properties. Thank you
