Hi Sir,

Uttar Kannada district ankola taluk and babale hobli pin 581344 POD is demanding money to clear the eswattu files giving reason no drainage system and so on .. already once had discussion infront of taluk office and informed PDO to clear the file but still not clearing and demanding more money .. please solve the issue earliest

Dear sir,
Your pdo and eo official are failed in delivery the e swathu within 45 days.
You people simply put pose in web site.
We are digitalization the system.
But the real problem is you system need corruption and your pdo eo are ready to be naked for money.

1) form 9 and 12 in demand register.
2) village pakka book
3) award register

3rd class public servant

These people unfit to be govt servant.

The VA and PDO of my village has given the permission to construct the building on Panchayat road aligned with government allocated residential site.

The resident has constructed the buildings(2) on adjacent panchayat road and blocking whole road and thereby no way to go to my house which is beside his house. One building is rented out and other building is a shed. He has also completely closed the road by installing pillars and gates.

Multiple complaints and requests to Village accountants and PDO including revenue officer. No action taken till date.

I am requesting immediate actions aginst the officials and removal of illegally constructed buildings.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I, Yadavendra Rao N .V have purchased/registered the plot bearing No 121, Panchayath Khata No 241/121, RDPR Property No,[protected] in Aagara Grama Panchayath on 23-Nov-2021 and have submitted the documents to Aagara Grama Panchayath on 21-Dec-2021 to transfer the Panchayat Raj Form 9 Khata in my name (Yadavendra Rao N. V ) and collected the acknowledgment from Aagara Grama Panchayath, KaryaDarshi (Yashaswini) and received the message to my registered mobile number about the RDPR mutation status on 5-Jan-2022.

BUT, concerned people in Aagara Grama Panchayath are not issuing the digitally signed copy of KHATHA to me even after visiting the office multiple times from last SIX months.

They have been giving silly reasons and I spoke to concerned PDO (BHASKAR RAO - Ph: +91 [protected]) as well to issue the KHATJA but no response from his side as well and its very difficult to find him in office or any official person.

Could you please take look at this as earliest as possible as I need to submit original copy of KHATHA to bank and need to pay property tax for this financial year ?

I am 66 Years and trying to get Khatha from Bidaraguppe Panchayat Office .
They say Mutation has not been done and to go to Sub Registrar Office in Sarjapura .
In Sarjapura they say technical error is comming in System and they cannot do it without help of Technician who comes only once in a Month.

Sir I am a Senior Citizen with multiple heath issues and also to take care of my 92 year old bedridden Mother and very difficult to run around.

I have paid Property Tax for[protected] also.

​The area in which we live does not ahve a proper waste disposal system. People randomly throw garbage anywhere they want or to any empty site. From last 34 years there is no remedy for this.Hathur panchyat is a useless panchayat where president comes and goes but there is no improvemet, ony president takes nice advantage of their position. Goverment has to take this issue very seriously and take strict action on Hathur panchayat.please put Kaikeri under gonikoppa grama panchayat.

I am a resident of Moodagodu village under Hosabale Grama Panchayath, Soraba Tq, Shivamogga Distt.Panchayath Water supply not available for last 20days.Acute problem of drinking water.This grievance is further to my earlier complaint dt 30/4/2022, ID No -3181662.No Action is taken so far at Panchayath level.Complaint be addressed at the earliest and drinking water be made available.

Sir, its been 3 months all our layout people were suffering as cannot be abel to walk through the road even 4 wheelers are skidding.. its at C cross, RKM Layout, Margondanahalli, Bangalore East, comes under bidarahalli panchayat.. no one is responding even we beg for help.. if something happens even ambulance cannot move in that road .. please help us..attached images for ur understanding of how horrible it is public movement. we can say that we can grow paddy on that road thats how it is.

About Road from Sadenahalli to Halehalli via Kadachikkanahalli of Manchenahalli Hobli, Gowribidanur Tq. Chikkaballapur Dist, Karnataka:
length of 3.6 km, under the head of account[protected] Actually, before improvement only this road has been deviated from its original path and made this road pass on our lands, bearing Sy.nos. 62/5, 62/6, 62/9B & 62/13 of Halehalli village. Without solving their mistake on 20.01.21 Road contractor, PMGSY officials along with surrounding village people along with Gundas forcefully destroyed our land fencing for road construction without issuing notice and without measuring the width of the existing road. Given the requisition letters to DC of Chikkaballapur Tahashildar of Gowribidanur for Land acquisition, no action has been taken from their side. Given online complaints on PMGSY website, but no use. When I demanded legalization with PMGSY officials their reply was this road was approved by Govt. so legalization is not required. They encroached our lands. Justice is going to sleep. I have enclosed one certified copy of one document taken through RTI, file named -Transist.jpeg. Simply empty format document given, I have to fill those particular. The missing names in that format are r destroyed our land without amended the fault is the existing road. I request you to solve this problem.

Layout has been formed 12 years back, there are 22 house constructed. There is no drainage system and no road, people are using mud road and it is being very difficult for garbage disposal as well.

All gram panchayat members say they do not want to interfere and are not available at all.

By spending own amount we (people who constructed houses) started to construct road and drainage, but gram panchayat members bought goons and stopped the work, they are openly saying they wont be getting funds if we construct road and drainage.

Hi Sir,

I have registered property in Sringeri, Chickmagalur district in December 2021, My khatha is not transferred to my name yet.
When I asked panchayat PDO they said a Photo is not available without a photo they will not approve it.
The SRO have uploaded it again, but the same issue at PDO office.
The technicians at both SRO and PDO are not aware of this issue and dont know how to resolve.

I would like to know who can solve this issue.
After paying all the taxes that government demands, not understanding what the government is doing for local people.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

This is gangaraju here i am living at thadashighatta village, Doddabele panchayath, thyamagondlu hobli, nelamangala taluk, Bangalore rural district.
We and my area village pepole have faceing road problems since from my child hood, there is no development for the particular roads, we have only one mud roads to access to village main roads, but now its not good condition its very bad in rainy season and we did't possible to walk in rainy season from that particular road to village main road, So we and My area village people raised complaint to panchayath in 23/08/2018 with all records, photos and road maps, and also met PDO so many time but they are given silly reason for some body is objected and quit the matter, what is this sir ? we have rights for 'NAMMA DARI NAMMA HAKKU' and we are realy disapointed sir, here with attached complaint acknowladgement receipt and my area mud road pictures, we are kindly request you to look in to the matter is very serious and complaint copy forwarded to my favorite Prime minister sri narendra modiji.

Hello Sir,

I have recently purchased a land in Kotikall which comes under Gram Panchayat Office Kotikall. We need Land Utara for house construction and we are visiting Gram panchayat office from last 1 year BUT there is no update. Everytime we go there we receive come next week and sometimes we hear that the sale deed is in English language so we cant issue Land Utara.

I dont know where else to go for the solution as I have already visited and spoke to everyone in the office, most of the time PDO is not there, if he is there he says come next week and now we are frustated with the way work is going on in that office.

If these offices doesnt work at all, what is the use of paying property tax and other taxes to Govt.

The residential area in ecity phase 1 has not being constructed

Talking in front of all the guys rudely to women for asking to change the date of the application that we have provided

This amount has not been adjusted in my Property tax dues.
Please either refund this payment or adjust it against my property ID.
