Hi sir/madam,
Our village comes under 563121 pin code area.
We have submitted all the required documents to issue the Ekatha for my home first time they have provide the Katha and again they have invalidated.after long struggle we requested PDO to come and do the spot measure and provide Ekatha, PDO, GP secratery and Bill collector came and spot visited and measured the home and noted all the details two times but not providing the Katha.
So requesting you to please involve in this and solve the issue.

Murdeshwara is a holy place, but it is filled with plastic wastes everywhere. There are no dustbin facilities available. No garbage collection process is done. It is very difficult for the people of the Murdeshwara to manage garbage. Local people burn the plastic because they have no other option. Hence, kindly request placement of dustbins and proper collection of the garbage

In that Hiremugadur village, roads are not clear, difficult to travel that road because of some houses made illegal, and wastage dumping on the road, trees are Has been raised at both side of road.

Dear sir, Ripponpet gram panchayat, hosanagara Tq, shimoga dist. 577426, PDO chandrashekar refuse to sign any documents without no reason. I haven't electricity supply in my house from several years.now one scheme is available now. Anyone get electricity supply. I was go to sign for no electricity house application he was said I am busy right now come after time. I went 2, 3 time he said same. Today I go to there he said that scheme already close. But that scheme not close. I said that but he refuse to sign not for this one. He refuse take any application water supply, demanm for house, kandaya. If i didnt get sign this year also we are in dark.

I have submitted a request to transfer khata from builder name to my name. But it's been almost 6 months they haven't responded on the application and they are asking 5000 rupees bribe directly. Because of this they are holding my application unattended. Multiple time visited panchayat office to get it resolved but no luck.

In Rayasandra, huskur Post, Bangalore 560099. There are no dustbin facilities available. Only two dustbins which was available was also removed and no garbage collection process is done. It is very difficult for the people of the rayasandra village to manage garbage. Hence, kindly request placement of dustbins and proper collection of the garbage.

Dear Team,

I have observed miss usage of Govt Funds like 14th Finanace, 15th Finanace and MGNREGA in our gram panchayat on the name of development. but we dont get to see basic amenities like drinking water supply, public toilets, cleaning ... etc in our village.

Still in last 9 months fund utilized is approximately 1.3 crore. which indicates that there is big scam happening. we have informed same to EO of Athani and also couple of applications to Panchayat for the transfferent information. but nothing is working out.

All the works under MGNREGA are being done through Excavator and money is being taken out of people job cards. which is against rules and regulations of MGNREGA. when people are tying to get information in panchayat. they are being treated rude by president of Panchayat.

All the works being showed on paper are of very low quality in practical. I hope deep investigation will bring the scam out.

So i request you to start and investigation on the work done in last one year in our gram panchayat.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have given one application in the month of August 2021, in Gram Panchayat, Hulagabali for getting my land paper from Survey office, it's been 2 months, still my application havn't signed by Panchayat Development Officer (PDO), I called him many times, h e always used to tell, I will come today, tomorrow.. but he never visited Gram Panchayat. I don't know in what work they are busy with, just need his one sign on the application.
Please move this complaint to higher authority who will take action against this.
