Please note that there is an issue with RDPR server as even after registering the documents 2 months back, still the khata transfer is not done.
The is error is "owner photo not available" while trying to transfer in a document in panchayat.
They said XML data was not uploaded properly, even after updating 2nfd time in sub-registrar office, the same problem is arising once again.


The same problem is arising for many people who have done registration for the past 2 months.

Is there any responsible person who can take care of this?

After paying so many taxes, we have registered our documents, now we facing issues.

Do we need to follow up on these things? Is it our job?

    On 7th August 2021 - I used the website https://bsk.karnataka.gov.in/ to pay my property tax online - INR 4254.16 ( Including service charge ).

    Payment was done from my HDFC Netbanking, money taken from my account but I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT RECEIPT & still showing tax balance.

    After i make payment, the PAGE was fully blank. Kindly give my money back, Transaction Details:

      Dear SIr/Madam,

      As i want to give complait against to The PDO of Muktenahalli Gram panchayat, honnali(T) Davanagere(D).

      as i have requested her for road repair of our area(kengalahalli) just about 100 to 150 meter, as advised to put it in a paper document and signed by the people, as i have done this part before covid situation but still after several follow up also she always say we dont have funds in the panchayat, also if we asked for the ledger of the gram panchayat they will act like no such ledger we follow its makes seriously surprised for me, as a common man we have a right to ask and see the ledger, but here its not the case, also for jala mission yojana forcefully they are asking 1400 for me even after my refuse,

      and since i have been in the village there is no good sign of development activities going on everywhere we have give bribe here, its like commission basis we have live here ( also please do some sting operation on VA of kengalahalli as really he is taking bribe for single sign on death certificate)

      I hope the issue addressed soon, and change will leads to peaceful life of villagers.

        ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ, ಹಿರಿಯೂರು ತಾಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಹೊಸಯಳನಾಡು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಆಲೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮ.
        2002-03ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಮಂಜೂರಾದ 30*40 ಅಳತೆಯ ನಿವೇಶನಕ್ಕೆ (ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಖಾತೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 570 ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ[protected] 2017 ನೇ ಇಸವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 50*80 ಅಳತೆಯ ಇ ಸ್ವತ್ತು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ...ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚಕ್ಕುಬಂದಿಯವರಾದ ನಮಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯಿಲ್ಲ...2020 ಜೂನ್ ಮಾಹೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಕರಾರು ಆದಾಗ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿದೆ...
        ಆಮೇಲೆ ಜೂನ್ ತಿಂಗಳು 2021 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅದೇ ನಿವೇಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯಿಂದ ವಿತರಿಸಿದ ಖಾತಾ ನಕಲನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇದು 2014-15ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನದ್ದು ಅಂತ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ...
        ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ PDO ಮತ್ತು EO ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ಏನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ...

        ಈಗ ನನ್ನ ದೂರು ಏನಂದರೆ :-
        1)ಒಂದು ಬಾರಿ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಮಂಜೂರಾದ ನಿವೇಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯಿಂದ D.C.B REGISTER ಖಾತಾ ನಕಲು ವಿತರಿಸಿರುವುದು ಎಷ್ಟು ಸರಿ??
        2) 2002 ರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ಹಕ್ಕುಪತ್ರ (30*40)ಅಥವಾ 2014-15 ರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿತರಿಸಿದ D.C.B REGISTER(50*80)ನಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣನೆಗೆ ತಗೊಬೇಕು??
        3) ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ 2014ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇ ಸ್ವತ್ತು ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ, ಖಾತಾ ನಕಲು ವಿತರಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಇ ಸ್ವತ್ತು ಯಾಕೆ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ??
        2017ರಲ್ಲಿ ಇ ಸ್ವತ್ತನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
        4) ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೂ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ...
        ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಇ ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿ..
        ನಮ್ಮದು 2007-08 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾತೆ ಆಗಿದೆ..
        ನಮ್ಮ ಚಕ್ಕುಬಂದಿಯವರ ನಿವೇಶನ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ತಪ್ಪುಗಳಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ನಮ್ಮಮೇಲೆ ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ...
        ಅವರ ಮನೆಯಿಂದ 4 ಅಡಿಯಷ್ಟು ಜಾಗ ಬಿಟ್ಟು 2014 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಡಿಸಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಆದರೂ 50*80 ಅಳತೆಯ ದಾಖಲೆ ತೋರಿಸಿ ಗುಡಿಸಲನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಿ ನನ್ನದು ಜಾಗ ಎಂದು ತಕರಾರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ..ನಮ್ಮ ಗುಡಿಸಲ 2010ರಲ್ಲಿ NBA ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾದ ಶೌಚಲಯದ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಸದ ರಾಶಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗುಡಿಸಲ ಮಂದೆ ಕಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ತೆಗೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ನನ್ನದೆ ಜಾಗ ಎಂದು ದಬ್ಬಾಳಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ...

          I have submitted application for mutation of the property situated at Mutaga village, Belagavi. In February month of 2021. And I see still there is no status on the mutation. I have been to gram panchayat office of Mutaga, and queried about the status. But there is no proper response from the office staff. So I wanted to file complaint on the gram panchayat Mutaga, Belagavi. For not providing the proper response....

                Dear sir/madam,

                It's been more than 4 months my documents registered within sub registry office avalahalli Bangalore is yet to reflect within E-swathu, daily I am following up on this with sub-registrar and pdo and they give some or the other excuses like software update issue, will do in next 2 to 4 days like this I have paid the extra amount demanded by them still they are not doing the work and its creating harrassment how can anyone trust on your word of digitisation when the people you have appointed are not doing their jobs properly

                Please see if the issue can be resolved at the earliest

I Complaint to EO Taluk panchayath Holenarsipura, and CEO ZP and DC and complaint to Principle Secretary RDPR Banglore that officers not take any action to PDO or EO please solve the problem and give rights to me for my Ancestral property and I have a full corrected documents. thank you

                        Twice payment done for property tax

                        We purchased site in 2017 so khata was not transfered so we made payment to our land developers to make khata they paid tax and khata charges etc but about we don't have any details about tax paying we told them only for khata transfer but they have paid. So even i paid propery tax in online bapuji seva kendra website https://bsk.Karnataka.Gov.In/home so the payment as made twice so please help in this matter.

                        My grandmother passed away so i have submitted all the documents to transfer the khata to my father name in the panchayat but PDO is arasing and not transfering the khata it's been 4months i have submitted the request in the month of march on 24th it's a Tharalu panchayat bangalore 560082 don't know what to do kindly take action.

                          It's not clear where We need to pay tax either BDA or grama panchayat, bcoz of these 2 department people are facing problems, recently I have paid taxes through online for BDA & after a long struggle for 6 months I got e katha from grama panchayat (after contacting EO, CEO, RDPR etc) now grama panchayat is saying to pay tax to their department, my question is why we need to pay tax for both department. If so they need to collect from the date of issue of e katha

                            I got my plot document registered in basavanagudi sub registrar annekal taluk Bangalore dated[protected] till date my registered document not uploaded to e Swathu portal due to this I'm unable to get e katha done in my name
                            Lot of people facing same problem reason to this problem should be rectified at the earliest and resolved
                            No one is able to answer properly they are giving different versions like server down, software not uploaded and not updated

                              Illegal Encroachment of roads by the farmers

                              Being a farmer unable to connect to hospitals or any emergency or any work as the roads have been illegally encroached by the farmers... The roads connecting from Byrenahalli Aadi Lakshmi Temple to Kurudi Cross Road (Madhugiri Koratagere boarder)... We are facing many problems with this issue... And we need proper roads as the roads are kacchaa roads during night times we are facing many problems without good road facilities...we are looking...

                              Dear sir,
                              I need to raise a complaint on providing e katha, we have a site in kannakashree layout, kannur, Bangalore, We have purchased in the year 2010, recently we have given request for e katha in February 3rd 2021, they asked us to provide all documents for providing e katha. Then they provided draft copy of e katha, now for issuing original e katha they are saying EO has to approve to provide e katha, even I spoke to EO over the call, in initially he was picking the call now not even that.
                              After all this progress secretary and PDO says, BDA is creating problem in providing e katha.
                              My question: Since it is approved from BDA, why we need to provide all approved plans, ec, etc.
                              Even though we collected all documents and provided for them to provide e katha, now they are saying that this layout builders are not provided any documents, so there are issues and provide once the problems are resolved.( Since from 2009, was this Grama panchayat was blind folded)
                              My question is only our site is having the issue, if so I have provided each and every documents required for e katha.
                              In the same layout there are many building are under construction & even a complex too, how come they are building dis without permission, if they got permission then all this documents
                              including e katha is necessary for taking permission. Who gave e katha to all those.
                              Please take necessary action and please help us in providing e katha.

                              After a long struggle, I went for 19 times to get it approved, I have contacted EO, CEO office, RDPR department etc. I last it was approved. I was waiting since from 6 months, on February 3rd I gave the details and I received draft copy on April 17 and at last it was approved on July 28, I was totally disappointed by the department they are treating and resolution. Now kannur Grama panchayat is in race to collect the taxes which I have paid for BDA few days before getting my e katha.
                              Last time also I have done the complainant but no response

                                ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖದನ್ವಯ ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ರಾಣೆಬೆನ್ನೂರು ತಾಲೂಕು ತುಮ್ಮಿನಕಟ್ಟಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಶಶಿಕಲಾ ರಾ ಉಳಸಾಂದ್ರ ಬಡ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಮಹಿಳೆಯಾದ ನಾನು ದಯಾಪರರಿಗೆ ವಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರೀ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇತರ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಅನಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಸಿರುವ ತೆಂಗಿನ ಮರಗಳಿಂದ ಬೀಳುವ ತೆಂಗಿನ ಕಾಯಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ತೆಂಗಿನ ಗರಿಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಕೆಂಪು ಹೆಂಚುಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಒಡೆದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿವೆ, ಅಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿಗಳು ಬಿದ್ದು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪದರಲ್ಲಿ ಆಪತ್ತಿನಿಂದ ಪಾರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ, ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನವೂ ಹೀಗೆ ಜೀವಭಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾವು ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಿಂದ ಬದುಕುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ?. ಒಡೆದ ಹೆಂಚುಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಹಣ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯ ಅರ್ಧದಷ್ಟು ಹಣವೇ ಕೈಗೆ ಸಿಗದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ತೆಂಗಿನ ಗರಿಗಳು, ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಯಿಗಳು ಬೀಳುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲೆಯಾದ ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರೂ ಈಗ ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಆಗ ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಬೇಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ತುಮ್ಮಿನಕಟ್ಟಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಠರಾವು ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡಿ ಸುಮಾರು 10 ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರದೇ ಮೂಲೆಗೆ ತಳ್ಳಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಯ 19 ಜನ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಮ್ಮತಿಸಿ ಸಹಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಠರಾವು ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ PDO ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಠರಾವನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರದೇ ಮೂಲೆಗೆ ತಳ್ಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಕಳೆದ ಸತತವಾಗಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗೆ ಅಲೆದರೂ, ನನ್ನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸದ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ರಾಣೆಬೆನ್ನೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ರಾಣೆಬೆನ್ನೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ರವರು, ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ, ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಲಿಖಿತ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಅವರಿಂದಲೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಹಾಯವಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
                                ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ದಯಾಪರರಾದ ತಾವಾದರೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಈ ಬಡ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಮಹಿಳೆಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

                                  There is a delay in generation of 9, 11 document applied in the month of May 2021. This is the problem all over karnataka those who applied in the month of May. As the document has to be generated within 45 days but it has taken a long way of 3 months now. When asked about the reason of delay the officials state that there is a problem of the software update. I request the people incharge to solve the matter as soon as possible since without the document no proceedings can be taken.
