Dear sir or Madam, I am Vidyasagar B S, I have a Ancestral property in My village Boovanahally, Kergodu Grama panchayath Holenarsipura Taluk, Hassan District, It's a My Grands father's property at the year 2018 The Panchayath PDO name as Santosh Kumar registered that property in Eswathu to my Father Brothers with out give any information or notice to me or take any signature from me.and at registering time iam a 25 Years old and have a major. I Complaint to EO Taluk panchayath Holenarsipura, and CEO ZP and DC and complaint to Principle Secretary RDPR Banglore that officers not take any action to PDO or EO please solve the problem and give rights to me for my Ancestral property and I have a full corrected documents. thank you

We purchased site in 2017 so khata was not transfered so we made payment to our land developers to make khata they paid tax and khata charges etc but about we don't have any details about tax paying we told them only for khata transfer but they have paid. So even i paid propery tax in online bapuji seva kendra website https://bsk.Karnataka.Gov.In/home so the payment as made twice so please help in this matter.

My grandmother passed away so i have submitted all the documents to transfer the khata to my father name in the panchayat but PDO is arasing and not transfering the khata it's been 4months i have submitted the request in the month of march on 24th it's a Tharalu panchayat bangalore 560082 don't know what to do kindly take action.

It's not clear where We need to pay tax either BDA or grama panchayat, bcoz of these 2 department people are facing problems, recently I have paid taxes through online for BDA & after a long struggle for 6 months I got e katha from grama panchayat (after contacting EO, CEO, RDPR etc) now grama panchayat is saying to pay tax to their department, my question is why we need to pay tax for both department. If so they need to collect from the date of issue of e katha

I got my plot document registered in basavanagudi sub registrar annekal taluk Bangalore dated[protected] till date my registered document not uploaded to e Swathu portal due to this I'm unable to get e katha done in my name
Lot of people facing same problem reason to this problem should be rectified at the earliest and resolved
No one is able to answer properly they are giving different versions like server down, software not uploaded and not updated

I need to raise a complaint on providing e katha, we have a site in kannakashree layout, kannur, Bangalore, We have purchased in the year 2010, recently we have given request for e katha in February 3rd 2021, they asked us to provide all documents for providing e katha. Then they provided draft copy of e katha, now for issuing original e katha they are saying EO has to approve to provide e katha, even I spoke to EO over the call, in initially he was picking the call now not even that.
After all this progress secretary and PDO says, BDA is creating problem in providing e katha.
My question: Since it is approved from BDA, why we need to provide all approved plans, ec, etc.
Even though we collected all documents and provided for them to provide e katha, now they are saying that this layout builders are not provided any documents, so there are issues and provide once the problems are resolved.( Since from 2009, was this Grama panchayat was blind folded)
My question is only our site is having the issue, if so I have provided each and every documents required for e katha.
In the same layout there are many building are under construction & even a complex too, how come they are building dis without permission, if they got permission then all this documents
including e katha is necessary for taking permission. Who gave e katha to all those.
Please take necessary action and please help us in providing e katha.

ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖದನ್ವಯ ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ರಾಣೆಬೆನ್ನೂರು ತಾಲೂಕು ತುಮ್ಮಿನಕಟ್ಟಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಶಶಿಕಲಾ ರಾ ಉಳಸಾಂದ್ರ ಬಡ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಮಹಿಳೆಯಾದ ನಾನು ದಯಾಪರರಿಗೆ ವಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರೀ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇತರ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಅನಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಸಿರುವ ತೆಂಗಿನ ಮರಗಳಿಂದ ಬೀಳುವ ತೆಂಗಿನ ಕಾಯಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ತೆಂಗಿನ ಗರಿಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯ ಕೆಂಪು ಹೆಂಚುಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಒಡೆದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿವೆ, ಅಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ತೆಂಗಿನಕಾಯಿಗಳು ಬಿದ್ದು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪದರಲ್ಲಿ ಆಪತ್ತಿನಿಂದ ಪಾರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ, ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರತಿದಿನವೂ ಹೀಗೆ ಜೀವಭಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾವು ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯಿಂದ ಬದುಕುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ?. ಒಡೆದ ಹೆಂಚುಗಳನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಹಣ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲರ ಪಿಂಚಣಿಯ ಅರ್ಧದಷ್ಟು ಹಣವೇ ಕೈಗೆ ಸಿಗದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ತೆಂಗಿನ ಗರಿಗಳು, ಕೊಂಬೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಯಿಗಳು ಬೀಳುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲೆಯಾದ ನನಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರೂ ಈಗ ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಆಗ ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಬೇಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ತುಮ್ಮಿನಕಟ್ಟಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಠರಾವು ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡಿ ಸುಮಾರು 10 ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರದೇ ಮೂಲೆಗೆ ತಳ್ಳಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಯ 19 ಜನ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರವುಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಮ್ಮತಿಸಿ ಸಹಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಠರಾವು ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ PDO ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಠರಾವನ್ನು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರದೇ ಮೂಲೆಗೆ ತಳ್ಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಕಳೆದ ಸತತವಾಗಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಗೆ ಅಲೆದರೂ, ನನ್ನ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸದ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿ ನಾನು ರಾಣೆಬೆನ್ನೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ರಾಣೆಬೆನ್ನೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ರವರು, ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ, ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಾವೇರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಲಿಖಿತ ಮನವಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಅವರಿಂದಲೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಹಾಯವಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ದಯಾಪರರಾದ ತಾವಾದರೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಈ ಬಡ ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಮಹಿಳೆಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

There is a delay in generation of 9, 11 document applied in the month of May 2021. This is the problem all over karnataka those who applied in the month of May. As the document has to be generated within 45 days but it has taken a long way of 3 months now. When asked about the reason of delay the officials state that there is a problem of the software update. I request the people incharge to solve the matter as soon as possible since without the document no proceedings can be taken.

Terakanambi grama panchayathi control, Though so many complaints raised in panchayath office no one is looking into road repair and drainage.People who leave around leaving their sewage water on to the road since there is no drainage present. With this people are getting deseases. The PDO office is corrupt and ward member is not listening us to provide solution.
The place of incident is,
Lingayath street, Near Upadyayara kere Ganapathi temple, Terakanambi, Gundlupet Taluk, Chamarajanagar District. 571123.
Please look into this issue and resolve it. We cannot go out because of this problem. Its very difficult in rainy season to go out. Daily 100 of vehicles travelling around here. no body bothering and complained in gram panchayth but no action taken from them. Attaching evidence/photos below.

ಇಂತಹ ಏಜೆಂಟ್ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಜರಗಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಮ್ಮಲಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತೇನೆ.

We residential ppl of 5th cross and 6th cross complaining that the Public road to our houses is been occupied and blocked by the heritage upcoming hotel Prathana heritage. Prathana Heritage A hotel built under residential license illegal with support of Most corrupted Gram panchayt member Mr Shantharam Shetty of 80 Badagubettu. As a proof we have attached screen shot taken of google advertisement. Prathana Heritage hotel (Bed and Breakfast) doesn't have parking facility. So They have occupied infront road for their personal house putting speed breakers humps and plants on the middle of public road. from the hotel a turn to comes to our residential area that road they have spoiled it by putting scrap items of their construction left overs on road by making worst to walk. We are not able to drive car or even scooty. Our kids are facing problem.

We kindly request you to interfere in this matter by asking Prathana heritage hotel ppl to leave the road for public use and wat ever mess they have created on road to clear it up and remove the plants planted in the middle of road on turns which is making as obstacle for walking.

Even though Shatharam Shetty residing next to the road he is not supporting ppl even after requests as he has taken loads of money as bribe to shut his mouth.

In this regard i have informed to our PDO so many times, and also I have given written complaint to gram panchayat office on 7th April 2021 to look into this matter and take necesaary action as applicable to resolve the inconvenience.

PDO Mr. Sudarshan visited to place where blockage was made. He did talk to our neighbour, but they did objection to to clear the blockage, PDO did not not ready to take necessary action against them. They listening to gram panchayath members suggestion who work favor of them.

I informed to DS, CEO also but no proper respond from PDO and no progress at all.

Since it is rainy season we must maintain our surroundings clean especially the drainage water which gets stuck at the east corner of my house. If this is not addressed soon it might give ways to other diseases during this deadly pendamic. I

I humbly request the concerned authorities to kindly look into this and do the needful.

I have been attempting to register my new apartment at the Sub-registrar office in Vidyanagar, Hubli, Karnataka for more than 10 days but I am being told that e-swathu is not working and the property cannot be registered. This is causing tremendous hardship since I have taken a home loan and the Bank needs the property papers for motgage. Also I have already paid stamp duty and all of that money is stuck. There is no one who is able to tell me when this would be resolved.

ward meeting s happened at Henagara panchayat from 2nd july - 9th July.

here i am complaining about the way our panchayat officers does ward meetings are purely eyewash purpose.

panchayat officers not advertised to public...in meeting panchayat water mans, secretary and VPMs only attended some few peoples are countable public 3 - 8 members.

as i am aware as per the panchayat raj act minimum 10%of the village population to be attend and all the communities together.

here nothing happening ...also officers don't have any previous ward meeting and points which is done not done...if the public asks they doesn't have answers

in gram swaraj app they have uploading falls information instead of what happened in ward meeting.

when ward meetings are there our PDO will be in tour...last meeting happened at 2019 by the time also he was not there and this time also he was in Dharmastahala...he is not fit for PDO...he is doing nothing in our panchayat.

kindly take the action against panchayat officers and PDO.

This is to inform that the Panchayat development officer Benchincholi taluk humnabad District Bidar 585414 karnataka is asking 500 rupees to certify the employment certificate o[censored]norganised class covid 19 second wave relief from the village people and issuing a receipt in the name of licence from the village people without any proper spot verification PDO is giving the signature without any proper validation want to bring into your notice that other than this many other activities that he don't feel responsible for the village development when people ask for the development or cleanliness of village he don't care as i have personally complained so many times regarding cleanliness of streets please take a immediate action such that in future this kind of problems should not be faced by the villagers.

Ppl from rajeev area comes 80 badagubettu, Manipal, Udupi have sharing their tragic stories. There are two money greedy monsters are in panchayat who are spoiling the panchayt names. Corrupted Grama Panchayt Member Mr Shantharam Shetty who supports all illegal constructions by taking money. The rules is only for educated and illiterate ppl. Rich ppl dont have any rules example. In Rajeev nagar near 6th cross building called Zainab Tower is 3 floor building with the commercial shops but registered under residential license with ground floor only. They have also occupied road area both back and front to build commercial supporting activities with help of PDO MR Ashok and Mr Shantharam shetty.
One more building Prathana Heritage near Rajeev nagar 5h Cross opposite is heritage hotel with 7 rooms lodge and restaurant is also built under residential license. They have also blocked the road and bullying ppl not to walk around and planted some plants. So much land encroachment they haven't followed any rules. Because of support of Panchayt member Mr Shantharam Shetty and Mr Ashok sold their souls and humanity for the money.

They have also dont consider poor ppl. corporation water is still a problem in many places of rajeev nagar after complaining so much they dont even acknowledge that we have a water problem. They supply these water to illegal forms and construction places where we are suffering each day for drop of water.
