Sir,
On[protected] I have visited the Kannur panchayath and submitted the application for E-Katha (11-B) for the site no- 592 in block-2 of Karnataka D group employees society. But, till today Katha is not issued. I have visited several times to panchayath and enquired over phone, But Katha is not yet issued.
It is very vehemently submitted that, adjacent sites carved in same layout same survey number, Katha has been issued that is,
1. Site no- 576, Katha no- 507/B2/576 property no[protected]
2. Site no- 628, Katha no-581/B2/628 property no[protected]
sale deed registered by society is very specifically mentioned that its residentially converted land and Kannur panchayath already issued Katha the conversion order no- ALN/SR/29/1972-73 dated[protected] is referred for the katha issued in survey no-118. The site no- 592 also carved in same survey number. But, Kannur panchayath PDO/secretary refused to issue the Katha on baseless ground, when already e-katha issued for similar sites, rejection of issuance of e-katha for site no- 592 is unfair and injustice.
Hence, it is requested that, this hon’ble authority/PDO kindly direct to issue/issue the E-katha for site no- 592, in the interest justice.
