Puttur to Statebank bus at 4.57 reached Bendoorwell.
He knew I'll be waiting for passengers to come down nd then I'll lift up to the bus but he moved the bus. What will he do? Orelse ksrtc dept if anything happens??
This is not first time he's doing lyk this same driver have done this behaviour with some other lady too
Plzz do consider my complaint and take immediate actions!!

M traveling today tru bus number KA 31 F 1532 local bus from bhatkal to kumata my destinatio
n is kasrkod but the driver of bus stop the bus far from local bus stand also neglect to the condectar vissel I asked him smoothly why are u doing this he shouted on with bad words my be drunk...

Regarding the above subject, one of the ksrtc bus left from TUMKUR at 9.15am everyday to HAGALAVADI.But the board of the bus shows MANCHALADORE.Due to the wrong route board the passengers get confused as well as missing the bus everyday.So I kindly requested to give directions to the concerned to put the proper route board.

While driving on the Mysore Bangalore expressway yesterday, March 24th 2023, a Karnataka state bus rammed into our XUV from the back, when we stopped because of a lorry overtaking us from the left side.

I'm a student in St Aloysius College Mangalore. The government busses won't give stops near our college even if the bus is empty.And sometimes they make us run to some distance and then when students are about to get in the bus they start moving the bus.
We wait for nearly an hour or more for bus and after waiting soo much we go in private bus because of which we cannot make use of buspass.
And...

Bus frequency are very less during school hours and other time also. Due to which people from these places (Shimoga to Sagar to Jog falls and Sidhapur) are depending on private bus service.
Private bus services are more compared to government bus, government bus service are hardly countable, and private bus stand is very good compared to government bus stand, it's a shame to tell this, we need government bus service frequently....

I, Dr. Muzammil Nawaz would like to bring to your attention that I have waited from 6:00 am to 7:57 am in a Volvo bus just to that the seats weren’t filled. There were other busses going on and on. This is utter nonsense. Please give this some serious thought and get back....

Today I took a bus (KA 42 F 1999) from bus stand to Jayashree Circle in Bhadravathi. The conducter charged a fare of ₹5 but didn't provide even after asking him. This is not the first time I'm facing it. It's second or third time. I request concerned authorities to look over this and resolve the issue asap and provide ticket for every journey....

Bangalore to shimoga KSRTC Airavat bus getting delayed by 2 hrs and braking down in the mid frequently and this is an issue for single lady passengers. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible...

The Driver cum conducter told me to shift to the seat in the Rear.
If i had to shift to the rear then getting the reservation done is a waste.

My relatives (Female) was traveling from Basavakalyan to Bidar at 6:30pm in bus (KA 38 F 1044) on 13/03/2023. After reaching humnabad bus station the Driver/conducter of bus asked to look for other bus as there were no much passengers in the bus.

It is very ridiculous. How can you ask passenger to look for other bus at the night time. That too, she is a female passenger.

Due to Conductor Irresponsibility We missed the Bus from Gudalur Starting point, Whenever i'm calling to Conductor i am not correct response, he only saying the bus tier reason, after that disconnect the call, he will not say correct timing for Starting the point in gudalur Stop and he not answering the call also.

Hi, I am a passenger in f 1072 from somwarpet to bangalore.
My complaint is that we book rajahamsa for comfort level travel but the last seat like37, 38, 39 are not seat adjusted and i have back issue which is troubling me. Which might cause my health upset also. I am writing this complaint as traveling in the bus itself. Because it's something KSRTC should take care of...
