We have 3 complaints.
First thing bus driver did given a stop in Goraguntepalya . He is not in the service road and he stoped in next signal that is near in middle of the road we get in the bus. How ladies will ran and catch the bus in the middle of signal that to in heavy traffic jone.
2) Speed limit for KSRTC is 60KM per hour but when we start at the boarding point 6.15 PM date 12-apr-2023 when we reach Gubbi bus terminal around about 81 Kilometres driver took the time is 3 hours and 30 Minutes as usually traffic is normal but driver is not ready keep up the time value.
3) Even bus condition also not good when the applying for break is very hard break to much noise and we are getting a scare to travel also am requesting the KSRTC team to look into this serious issues mainly bus drivers are not ready to stop the bus in main passengers boarding terminals. They want fallow some rules also they are breaking the rules and making us trouble in such big traffic jone how ladies and kids will ran and catch the buses basic common sense has to be there for drivers. As soon as possible please take it's as a serious issue and resolve and give a best service to passangers.

      Hi KSRTC team we trying to get boarding to bus in Goraguntepalya around about 6.30 we got a bus but driver did stop the bus in bus stop even driver is not in service road lane. He moved the bus to next signal till there is a jam so in middle driver don't have a option so he stoped the bus and we ran and come take the bus in middle of full traffic jam road next Goraguntepalya signal. There is a stop but driver missed and he moved how ladies will catch the bus in middle of the road can't they understand driver first of all they want to stop in Busstand but there are not doing. And about speed Per Hour government rules for KSRTC 60KM Per hour but driver was full slow and always applying unnecessary breaks. From Goraguntepalya to till Gubbi bus stand driver taken 3 hours 30 minutes driver took as usually traffic also we can consider but when there is a free traffic lane also driver is not ready to drive more over time is important please take this issues and resolve this asp and provide the good service for comman people's. This is the Bus Details - KA 17 F 1503. Date - 12th- Apr - 2023.

        I was travelling in a bus from maddir to mandya KA 57 F 1702 the lady conductor was argueing for change and misbehaved with me i told that if you don't have change you should take it from depot or write it on the ticket but she is not giving very rash lady unfit for this job she is fit to pick garbage in slums...

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          I was travelling in the Rajahamsa Executive Special bus (Bus Number - KA.21.F.0279) seat number 18, on 9th April from Kukkesubramanya to Bangalore (Majestic). It didn't have foot rest and hence I slipped down from the seat many times injuring me while I was sleeping throughout the journey. It is high fare seat and it didn't even have bottle holder. I was frustrated and mentally upset. Please register this complaint and take action.

            Bus from GOA to Bengaluru being Non A/C sleeper (bus number - F3005) had mud on the seats. Further the screens were mis aligned making it unable to close. The seats are torn and very uncomfortable.

            The conductor acted rudely and we had to ask multiple times to keep the luggages in the luggage compartment.

            All in all a worst experience

              The conductor refused to give me student compensation, as he didn't hear my words properly he placed out a per person ticket and when i said him that i was a student he refused my words and said it is the same for everyone.
              How is it possible, there is a student compensation on every ride. I had to pay ₹40 in kstrc bus instead of ₹15 in a normal bus.
              Is this the kind of service that the government provides?Its not about the money but the responsibility of an individual.

                I booked bus from Shimoga to Bangalore for 8th April 2023.
                Boarding time: 11.45 pm
                And bus hasn't arrived yet. It is 1.10am

                This delay isn't expected.

                  Buss number KA 19 F 3167 start kukke subramanya to Dharmasthala on 08/04/2023 time 4:06pm conductor collected 70rs ticket fee and gave 34rs ticket. He is very rash

                    On the day 07/04/2023 we travel from Dharmasthala to MALEBENNUR, they started the bus on evening 5PM but, he reached MALEBENNUR at 1:30 AM (midnight) he takes around 8.5 hrs to reach 220KM, driver and conductor was irresponsible to passengers and they driving the bus joyally like their family trip, very very slow and irritating driving they did their jobs worstly and they didn’t stopped the bus for night dinner and they are stopping bus in Dhabas after 10PM it’s very bad and shame to both driver and conductor sir really it’s very very worst please take action please sir it’s very horrible journey in my life sir please my humble request please take actions to both conductor and driver also

                      On the day 07/04/2023 we travel from Dharmasthala to MALEBENNUR, they started the bus on evening 5PM but, after 9:10PM also he is not reached the saraswathipuram, driver and conductor was irresponsible to passengers and they driving the bus joyally like their family trip, very very slow and irritating driving they did their jobs worstly and they didn’t stopped the bus for night dinner and they are stopping bus in Dhabas after 10PM it’s very bad and shame to both driver and conductor sir really it’s very very worst please take action please sir it’s very horrible journey in my life

                        I have boarded the Mahadeshwara hill bus at 6.15am. conductor issued the tickets also. But at 7.20am she told me to sit other seat as that was reserved.I told her ok but I want window seat as my kid wants window seat, But that lady driver is very rude attitude you must sit and adjust. Is this the way to treat passengers?? Why should I come early to catch the bus she could have informed me early this was not happened. The way of talking with passengers is worst.

                          KA21F0096 this is the bus number in the bus the conductor misbehave with all passangers. This is not we expect form ksrtc. So please some action other wise we complaint on consumer court.

                            Blanket is not provided in Kolhapur - Bangalore Volvo Airavat bus. Upon asking the conductor and driver, they denied saying there are no blankets.

                              I am the passenger who travelled in the above mentioned bus, the above mentioned bus did not stop in the two prescribed bus stops on magadi road, Bengaluru. There were about 5-6 people in Housing board bus stop and there were about 10 people in kamakshipalya bus stop, but the bus driver didn't even care to stop. We were all waiting for a government bus as it is safe and sound to travel in KSRTC busses. After which i had to take auto to go catch the bus. And the conductor didn't even give me ticket screaming at me in filthy language. He abused me in very bad words and later as it is my duty to take a ticket to travel in the bus, i requested him to give me ticket and did take my ticket. So i kindly request you to take action against them. Thank you.

                                    Puttur to Statebank bus at 4.57 reached Bendoorwell.
                                    He knew I'll be waiting for passengers to come down nd then I'll lift up to the bus but he moved the bus. What will he do? Orelse ksrtc dept if anything happens??
                                    This is not first time he's doing lyk this same driver have done this behaviour with some other lady too
                                    Plzz do consider my complaint and take immediate actions!!
                                    Plzz train these things to drivers nd conductors
