I am travelling in a bus from kolar to bamgalore. The conductor had to issie me a ticket fkr 52 rupees till k r puram, but told me he has already printed 7 tickets instead of 5 for someone from narasapura. I did not k ow narasapura is yet to come. He assured that the charges are 52 rupees. He later gave me a ticket from narasapura to k r puram for 42 rupees and took a 52 rupees from me. Means to say he took rs 10 which had to belong to ksrtc.

    I am a regular traveller and ksrtc has been my first choice always i take bus to shimoga during my recent journey the buses stopped in a new hotel (Name?? Jai maaruthi) instead of the regular mayura
    I thought it may be a better one but found it really lacking in hygienic factors especially the poorly maintained toilets and foul smelling drains even in such a green area
    I raised complaint with the owner too
    When i spoke to bus crew they said this place has been approved by tender process
    On return journey also the same place and same story food also not good also
    Kindly have a fresh survey and relook

        Traveling from kolar to bangalore. Ka-07-f1738 (2:30pm) we took the ticket and paid the cash.. And then the ticket flew in front of the conductor.. After that he told us that we didn't take the ticket and demanded to take another one.. When we told no... He started shouting and screaming and telling that he'll stop the bus and make us get down... He was very rude... Upon telling that if checking happens we'll talk to the people.. He started shouting again and stopped the bus in the middle of the highway and told us to get down.. The other passengers tried to tell him the same thing but he started shouting at them also... This behaviour is not at all acceptable and is abuse of authority and you should take action against the conductor as soon as possible

          We have very less number of buses from bangalore to chikballapur now a days, compared to previous years it's reduced all of a sudden after introduction o[censored]nauthorised private buses, this raises lobby of department people with private buses, and being a district head quarter all inter state buses at least the buses of our depot should pass through our bus stand but most of the buses like, mantralaya, ananthpur are bypassing our city though they have option of chikballapur ticket, and we have very minimal number of non stop buses compared to tumkur, many buses gives more than 15 stops from chikballpur to bangalore but collects express charge, many passengers fight with conductors for the delayed journey (Takes 2 hrs for 50 km). Kindly increase the number of buses, and reduce the number of stops or ticket fare

            The bus driver on this particular ksrtc bus travelling from bangalore to panjim dated 28th september 2018, time of departure: 8.30 pm was driving very rash and was very rude with fellow passengers.
            Request you to randomly contact any traveller on the bus that day to get proof as he misbehavior was with many and driving was a serious risk to everyone inside.

              I was traveling from mysore to ernakulam. I had booked my bus for airavat at 8:30. At 8:30 when i asked about the bus they said that it was late after few minutes when asked they said that the bus has already left. I also didn't get proper information of the bus nor did i get the driver contact details. I missed the bus out of no fault of my own. The authorities were also not helpful. As a lady traveling alone it was very difficult for me to find a bus and was stranded in the bus depot

              The above mentioned bus conductor has behaved very badly with the lady passenger travelling to attibele on 26/09/2018. He started abusing the lady just because she was talking over phone. Kindly look into the matter. hoping to take a quick action from you.

                Hi,

                I had made online booking on Sep 10 at 8.13PM through UPI payment, the amount was 2996 and it was debited from my account and was also credited to ksrtc, however ticket was not booked and i had to book again.

                Its been two weeks since than but i have not received refund for the same, i have followed up with accounts team, refund team and all the possible teams but have not received my money back yet. Every time i have been told it will be credited in two days or three days and i have been waiting for that for more than two now.

                Seems like this a trick from ksrtc to hold up people's money, and it is very unethical and outrageous, i hope this post will get noticed by ksrtc officials and will get my refund as soon as possible.

                I am adding image of mail that i have recieved form ksrtc as well.

                I was travelling to mysore in a bus with student bus pass, the conductor asked to show the collage id which i was unable to bring because of some reasons, she stoped the bus in middle road and urged me to take ticket forcfully, i was not having money to take ticket.                   Today 26th sep 2018 around 10.30 i was travelling in ksrtc bus which is operating from hosur to bangalore daily. The conductor is not giving tickets when i was travelling from hosur to attible in ksrtc bus (Ka 42 f 745) which is operating from hosur to bangalore daily. Most of the bus conductor doing the same taking money but no tickets. More than 10 persons need to get down in attible, so he got more than 100rs without account to ksrtc department. I am sure this will reduce ksrtc revenue and will create bad image to public. Moreover he didn't stop in attible bus stop. Conductor asked us to get down in attible tollgate itself. We didn't get ticket as well we didn't get down in correct place. So please take necessary actions to this bus conductor and also bus driver to make sure this kind activities should not happen here after. This kind of activities happening some if the bus which is operating from hosur to bangalore. They always stop who is going to attible from hosur. They always say don't get inside if you are going to attible. At last they allow to get into the bus, but they are not ready to give tickets. What kind of ethics this is?

                  Please take immediate action this bus conductor and driver. I have attached the bus conductor picture and bus number pics. Please find the attached photos. Please call me or send an email for further communication. Please take necessary actions so that this kind of activities will not repeat

                    On 20/09/2018 i boarded a ksrtc bus from mysore to virajpet. The manner of driving was absolutely reckless, violating trafic signels with impunity. The driver exceeded the speed limit all the time driving dangerously without lowering the speed at speed brakers. The passengers were experience horror. Added to the above driver uses his mobile phone while driving.
                    He is a dangerous driver to be allowed to drive a vehicle on public road.
                    I boarded the bus from hunusur road opposite southern star hotel at 11. Pm. Reached virajpet at 2 pm. I'm in possession of the bus ticket and have recorded his usage of phone while driving. Please hold an enquiry against the driver and i'm willing to participate in the enquiry.

                      I booked a ticket from cannanore to bangalore on 12th september, the bus did not arrive at the bus stand. It's been 15 days since, yet i haven't received back my booking amount which was rs.2600/-. I have been calling ksrtc customer care and they keep telling me to wait for 7 days, after 7 days they took a complaint saying my money will be refunded within 2days. It's been 7 more days after i lodged a complaint. This is totally unacceptable, the bus gets cancelled on it's own and when i ask my money back i am not getting it. Such low morale of ksrtc.

                        Am shashikumar. Teacher in sira tq, my request is about 90 more employs are daily travel from hiriyur to sira, but the buses of challakere depo, davangere depo, chitradurga depo buses will come to hiriyur then all of them says our bus is nonstop, even if depo manager told to go driver and conductors refuse their order also, for this we are facing many problem in morning time even we are taking monthly buspass also, plz give clear guidelines to them sir, hope you solve our daily problem

                          I have booked a bus ticket from payyanur to banglore (Trip code:1945knnbng) and the bus was not in service. There was not even 1 message that the bus got canselled. So after 3 days i got the message that the bus service is cancelled and the refund has been initiated and the amount will be credited within 5 days. But now it's the 6th day and i didn't get the refund.

                            Dear sir,

                            My name is kubendranath bg. My age is 73 plus years. I am a citizen of bengaluru since my birth. I studied in bengaluru, served for 42 years in hal, bengaluru, and presently staying in a. E. C. S layout, bengaluru-560037.

                            Regularly me and my wife smt. Jayalakshmi visit horanadu, chikmagalur dist. Every year during september.

                            As usual, this year also on thursday the 20th september, 2018, me, my wife (70 years) and other 6 family friends (Above one lady of 59 years and other 5 are of more than 65 years) travelled in 7-30 hrs. Ksrtc bus no. Ka57 f 2546 to horanadu. The bus driver and conductor was polite and friendly behaved. We had our breakfast in the bus. The bus reached & stopped in beluru bus stand at about 13-30 hrs. We requested the conductor for the lunch break. He refused and told that he will allow us to have the lunch at moodgere. The bus reached moodgere at 14-30 hrs.
                            Six out of we eight are diabetic patients. We were very hungry and could not consume sufficient food.

                            On 21st september, 2018, we travelled in 9-30 hrs. Ksrtc bus no. Ka57 f 2546 from horanadu to bengaluru. Again, the bus stopped at beluru at 13-45 hrs. We requested the conductor to give time to have our lunch at beluru. He said in another 15-minutes, he will stop the bus for lunch break,
                            But, he stopped the bus at 15-15 hrs. At some place. We could not get proper food. All the few items were cold. We questioned with the conductor why he has not stopped the at belur at 13-30 hrs for lunch. Politely both the driver and the conductor answered that they were instructed by their higher ups not to give lunch break at beluru and to give at other place.

                            Further we have not discussed and told him that we will contact the ksrtc people..

                            Sir, every year we visit horanadu sree annapoorneshwari temple during september since 1980, earlier we use to take our lunch in the hotel in beluru bus stand. The quality was good. About6/7 years back we rented a ksrtc bus, about 50 devotees visited horanadu. On the way we all the 50 passengers had lunch at beluru bus stand hotel. The hotel owner given a very good service. Food was also of good quality. He had charged rs.43/- insted of rs. 45/- oer lunch.

                            At last, me and our friends request the management of our (Namma) ksrtc to provide lunch break at beluru only not at any other place.

                            We have very good opinion about namma ksrtc.

                              Good day..

                              This is regarding the documents need to be carried while renewal of monthly pass.

                              Is there any necessity of carrying bus id card for monthly pass renewal is required, as i have showed the national id card confirming the right holder of the pass, since i was not carrying the bus id card during the time, the concerned person need to check with records about pass issued. Since i got irrelevant answers and justification from the incharge person please consider this and provide feedback as per rti.

                                I have noticed that the driver is driving very rashly.. Where he is overtaking every vehicles in the road. The passengers who were standing were troubling like hell. And even having a mistake he spoke rashly towards passengers. This is not fair. Where if passengers met with an accident it's really a bad name to ksrtc. And route was from magadi to bangalore.

                                  I have booked bus ticket in KSRTC for the date 10 Sep, unfortunately due to bandh, bus has not came and i waited more than two hours for the bus, due to which I couldn't cancel the ticket. So I sent mail to KSRTC and called them, there is response came from KSRTC, each time I send mail to KSRTC, I am just getting one auto generated mail and whenever I call them I am not getting proper response from them, they are just saying from depo, they didn't got any update wait for some more days.
                                  Please help me to get refund.

                                    It is to request to the concerned officer of ksrtc to arrange to give a stop at checkpost at koorgalli industrial area before lingadevaru koppal stop. Many people who are employed at the garment factories, vinyas innovation technology, zigma modular systems pvt ltd, etc i-e., 1 to 1.5 kms by walk from checkpost request daily for the bus drivers and conductors to give them a stop. As you are aware we employees have to punch sharp at 8:30 in our respective factories. And for every 3 (Three days) late punch our half a day salary is deducted. It takes 4-5mins of walking from the actual bus stop (Lingadevaru koppal) to the checkpost place.

                                    As every minute is precious for us in the morning to reach the factory in time by hook or crook to avoid late punch, we humbly request you to please provide us the requested facility with immediate effect.
                                    I am from Vijaypur and I study in Belagavi. I and many of my friends face problems regarding bus travelling between Vijaypur and Belagavi as there are no rajahamsa busses operating between these two cities in day time. I kindly request department to start rajahamsa bus facilities between these two cities.

                                      This is with reference to the ticket was booked in ksrtc in sleeper class buses there is no option to select only option is sleeper hence then the ticket was booked in ksrtc website assuming the quality of bus will be good then private buses, but when bus was boarded the interiors of bus very old and rusted body in running bus sound was disturbing the sleep and water entry from ceiling ac filters was splashing water while applying brakes

                                      This was the worst experience in sleeper class for 2 adults passenger boarding in ksrtc bus at rs 3562 and getting this type of difficulty is a pain for passengers

                                      Never plan to board sleeper class buses in ksrtc not worth
