I am not getting public utility service which k. S. R. T. C is supposed to give to commuters travelling from fortkochi to eramallur, thuravoor n cherthala because all the shuttle services end or start from thoppumpady. I have to commute by two buses for a distance of 4kms gap from fort kochi to get to travel to above mentioned places upto cherthala. This is poor service for daily commuters from morning7am to 9.15am n evening 5pm to 9. 30pm. Please provide above connectivity or else permit private bus service to operate along n. H. Upto cherthala.

    Generally prefer kstrc for travelling for your service and safety.
    Keeping this in mind we choose ksrtc again for tirupati package but we had very bad experience with this particular package.
    Food was pathetic either the breakfast or lunch and the hotel was equally bad, very unhygienic. Public toilets are far better than this hotel washrooms.
    Accommodation given for very limited time (Just 45 min) which was worse again in terms of service and cleanliness with this the guide is uncultured to the core, he literally harassed us with all possible vulgar words.
    To be precise the whole package is not the worth the cost.
    We have great regard towards kstrc and services.
    We request you to take this mail on high priority and resolve the same for comfortable travelling in future.
    Looking forward towards your positive and quick response.
    Ps: many of our co-passengers had similar complaints.

      I was travelling from tumkur to bangalore via ksrtc ka06f905 nonstop/flyover catch bus on yesterday night (24/06/2018 b/w 9pm-10:40pm), one of passenger took ticket till tollgate stop and he was about to step down next to that, hardly 2 km next to tollgate stop..
      Conductor started arguing with him and demanding to take ticket next stage, looks like passenger don't have enough money or not intended.. Conductor picked passenger mobile and argued with him to take ticket... Passenger requested kodana kodana (Give me bro). While handing over, conductor slapped passenger 3-4 times on his face and hit through his legs on passenger chest while he step down.. Look like passenger is helpless for his goondagiri behavior and mean while driver closed the door.. Bus was around 55+, i was standing middle of bus..
      I protested with conductor for doing as such under deciplinary and behavioral conduct... He was not behaved like govt employee in entire bad incident...
      I request ksrtc department to do preliminary investigation and take necessary action for such assaulted behavior..
      In my career, this is the one such bad incident i never noticed in ksrtc

        I booked for bengaluru to gudalur
        Pnr j70916517, bus had to depart at 6:18am but no information till 6:35 checked with email enquiry informed bus is under repair it will be late, every time its 10mins it will come. The way the person informed is not the way to inform was rude to state you need to wait no other choice. Will there be any action taken

          I have a great pride in ksrtc bus service but last trip was very disappointing, i felt suffocation inside the bus when the bus was coming down the hill due to breaking of the tyres.. Hope this doesn't turns out to be life threatening when older passenger are inside the bus. It's a serious warning signs as the passenger chamber is not completely closed from external environment.. Very rude behavior from ksrtc bus staff on handling this issue and while removing the luggage as well.. Ksrtc buses were very well known for its service compared to other state services bus no : ka 01 f 4899 journey date :15/06/2018
          Chennai to banglore(10am[protected] Airavat AC Semi sleeper Club class multi axle bus(KA-01-F-9290).
          Is this AC bus or Heater Bus?? Onboard passengers 31..AC COMPRESSOR failure(@Sriperumbudur)..poor maintainance and worst service by KSRTC !!
          kindly maintain the quality of the bus volvo !!

            I have booked a ladies seat but the crew made one men to sit beside to me. Either dont give that option or provide correct facilities. Really this is very ridiculous.

            Bus details was ksrtc bus : pnr :j70806699, journey date :14-jun-2018 17:20, trip code :1720bngdvg, bus number :f 1375, depot :davanagere, crew mobile no:[protected].

            Please this is the second time it is happening.

            Ksrtc bus number KA 63 F 0011 date 41/6/2018. They take money for ticket but they won't give ticket if ask for ticket they tell bus is rush.. This that... This is not first time many time it has happened. So take any action. I wish this not happen again.

            Bus has to start from infosys @8:15 pm and has been cancelled service with out prior notice. Since there is no private bus after 7:50pm, it's difficult for techies to reach the city

              Gundlupet to mysore route ordinary bus not go to nanjangud bus stand. They directly go to musore without go to the nanjangud bus stand. Customers go to stond throug auto or by walk. It is far from hullhalli circle. Customers paid more than the bus fare to auto to reach bus stand. It is problems for customs. These days many bus gave these problem to customer.
              Bus number is ka 10 f 0084. So please solve this problem as soon as..

              I have enquired the in charge about the bus timing for Arakere from Mysore city bus stand. The Person said every Half an hour we have bus. From last 1 week im travelling i will be at bus stand by 8:30 every day. till 9:30 none of the buses will come.

                On 8th june 2018 i was waiting for the bus around 5pm at gorgunti palya bangalore to go hospet, ka28, f2404 (Bangalore to sindagi) passed gurganti palya at this time, and conductor was sleeping and not even noticed my hand signal, then i took local bus till jalahalli cross and boarded same bus and was asked conductor about his negligence but instead of accepting his mistake he simply argued like illitrate fellow and asked me to get down from the bus, even drivers behaved same, after waiting 1 hour to get bus ad endes with pathatic service, will ksrtc take this complaint up?

                  I was travelling with my mother by ka 23-f 953 bus from dharwad to gokak at 4.40 pm. My mother is senior citizen. She had not carried her adhar card. I had her adhar card downloaded from internet on my phone. I shown this to bus conductor. He refused to accept the adhar card from phone which had her picture and all details like original.
                  I requested him. My mother also looked old. I m disappointed with his behaviour. Rules are there to help senior citizens not to exploit them.
                  I have used the same downloaded one from phone to several places including your hubli region busses no problem. Why is this a problem with ka 23 conductor.

                    Hi. I booked from apathy to mysore in ksrctc. Timing 5:30am. Date 3-june-2018. Usually bus came inside the sathy busstand but today bus didn't come inside busstand and conductor didn't call me. Bus crossed 1km away from sathy and stopped because i call conductor and enquire about where is bus location. Any how i take auto and catch bus. But when i reach bus driver talk anger to me and didn't give respect. I am waiting to catch this bus till 5am. Bus timing 5:30am. Pnr:j70657063, tripcode:0430cbtbng. Please do needful.

                      I'm traveling pune to gulbarga by non ac sleeper bus on 31/05/2018
                      I'm not reserved a seat, i got a direct ticket from conductor rs.683/- bus i given rs.1000/- conductor returned rs.300/-.
                      I asked for remaining change. He prepaid me i given u a window seat and u asking me a change??.. What is this this a real indians corruption.. Please take care of it please, and that conductor is behaving with other passengers also.. So please please take care...

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        I am feeling sorry to write this email at 3.38 am. Now i am travelling from bangalore to hyderabad by airavata clubclass bus bearing bus number ka01f9265, trip code 2121bnghyd. Pnr number j70576657.
                        While we boarded the bus on 28th night at bangalore at 21.30 hours, we observed low cooling effect. We thought it will be ok after some time. But it remained same and by 3.30 am, it became intolerable and we couldn't sleep as ac is not working and we are setting inside theac bus!!!. I walked down to driver and told him the same. At that time, ac temperature on meter was showing 25 degree where as in reality, only blower is working and not ac. For my complin and request to reduce temperature level, driver was least bothered and asked me to go and sit in a rough voice. Few more passengers also complained on same and no result yet.
                        Even now i am continuing the journey with the same suffocation inside the bus. It is worse than a rajahamsa bus in present condition. I[censored]s is checked for proper condition, why it came on road? We pay for comfort with this kind of suffocation, we can't even sleep throughout night. Better we would have travelled by sleeper class train!!!
                        Hope you take this message seriously and take corrective actions.

                        I booked a bus from ratna bus goregaon East but bus driver called me and said that come 1pm other wise we will leave and bus timing is 1:20pm so I reach there on time but he left before time and denied to wait and I miss my urgent bus I want to amount refund or book other same bus.

                          I booked 3 seats for mysore tour package on 24 may 18 for 26 nay 18. My money rs 2850/- was deducted by inb citrus payment solutions vide tx id igadozsd4. I could not get any message from kstdc for ticket booking. I contacted to kstdc but they replied there is no any booking from my mobile no [protected] or gmail id [protected]@gmail.com. My journey became horrible. Please help me to get my money back.

                            @ksrtc_karnataka as i am government servant and have monthly pass vijaypur district muddebihal depot bus number ka 28 f 2372 travelling from vijaypur to muddebihal on 26/05/2018 at 7.30 am the conductor of the bus denied to allow monthly pass as it was not allowed because the bus was nonstop but on the pass itself is written that pass was issued for non stop and express buses but still the conductor not allowed the pass, so concerned officers plz take necessary action.

                              I had booked a airavat club class ticket for trc Bangalore 9 PM bus for my wife Lakshmi M.
                              At 9 PM one Ernakulam Bangalore Airavat club class bus had come at KSRTC bus stand, Thrissur. As there were no message notifications to registered mobile number I tried to talk to the conductor by saying "Excuse Me", after I said 2 times he shouted and verbally abused us shooed us away from there as he was irritatedly checking the passenger details while the conductor was not found anywhere.
                              Please explain how to trust such people who are driving the bus we opt for travelling. We are frequent travellers and travel to and fro every week to Bangalore.
                              Such drivers should be penalised and punished as part of good governance.

                                Sir i boarded ksrtc bus at shivamogga at 18.49.52 on 16.5.18 no. 010941 and was to alight at tumakuru bus stand. When bus moved without touching bus stand, i collected my baggage hurriedly and rushed to door requesting the crew to stop the bus. The conductor in humanly at the add hour started argument as if he is ever right and the commuters always wrong continued over carrying me. Realising no chance of bus stopping, i returned to seat politely informing i am not going to buy ticket for the over carried journey. After the bus moved about 4 kms the bus ws stopped. Luckily i got an auto and reached home safely just now. Pl advise crew to behave humanly. Good night.

                                  I cancelled two tickets from bangalore international airport to mysore on 2/5/18. And i was to receive a refund of rs. 395 on each of two tickets within 7 working days. But the refund has still not been credited, i also reached out their customer care and they are saying that the refund has been processed. But i have confirmed with the bank and they say they have not not received any refund under my account.

                                  Traveling Bagewadi to Nidagundi via Hangari it daily first was 45 minutes late so later all trips r becoming 45 minutes late it is big headache for traveling to duty daily ...so please as early as possible solve this problem...

                                    On 12-may-2018, friday vehicle (Bus) number ka 42 f 2124 had left from magadi to bangalore at 5.40pm. The conductor of the above said bus had been shouting and abusing the passengers. He did not listen to passengers destination details properly and he himself assumed and issued tickets to most of the passengers to a particular aligting point. Passengers whose journey upto the bus service destination were forced to avail fresh tickets. Its passengers responsibility to avail tickets for which everybody will oblige. We were threatened that he push us outside the bus. This kindly o[censored]nruly behaviour of crew members are not acceptable. At majestic bus station this was notified to depot manager but in vain as he supported his staff members.
                                    Due to bad behaviour of crew people the organisation name is let down.

                                      Boarding time for rajhamsa bus at laxmeshwar is 10.05 pm. But bus is not arrived even after 11 pm.

                                      Is it free government bus provided or wat?. No timings for it. I prebooked it and horrified to see bus coming like for marriage and it is reaching bangalore 40 - 60 mins late. Which is causing problem for working professional who have to go to their jobs in morning.

                                      Take strict action against bus authority and mantain proper timings to avoid inconvenience to passengers.

                                      How it is resolved within 2 mins of raising the problem request . Reopen it and take necessary action against concern department to solve issue .
                                      Conductor is so irresponsible writing the change in ticket and not providing the change, we have to demand him for change even if it's 9 rupees ticket he is not providing 1 rupee change so even behavior is very rude please look into the matter its a regular issue which is occuring

                                        As i m traveling in ksrtc bjp to hyderabad rajahamsa executive bus. Bus no 2314. I just asked conductor to switch off the lights at 1.46 am politely. He suddenly raised his voice & arguing with me as i know when to switch off the lights u don't need me to teach. Please kindly take necessary action against the conductor. He should be taught with some disciplines & talking manner towards customer.
