I was travelling from tumkur to bangalore today by ksrtc bus bearing no ka06f1005. I boarded the bus at 5.45pm in tumkur. As we neared bangalore, about 1km from gorguntepalya bus stop, the conductor and driver decided to go to majestic via malleswaram instead of via navrang theatre. I asked them if the actual route was not via navrang. The conductor behaved rudely and told me that going via malleswaram was the actual route. I then requested the conductor to drop me at yeshwantpur metro station but he said that he will stop only at goverdhan. Then i told him to stop at gorguntepalya bus stop but he told me to get down at the signal. I refused and told him to stop at the designated bus stop, which he did. I then went to the metro station, caught a train and then reached my home near navrang theatre at 8.15pm. I was put to a lot of hardship both in terms of time and money. Does'nt ksrtc have dedicated routes for its busses or does it depend on the whims and fancies of its conductors and drivers? A reply is solicited at the earliest

Just now I got Airavata bus towards Pune from Bangalore but the driver did not going on tumkur nelamangala toll road he is driven on service road why this is happening see the passangers are traveling in Airavata bcz of timing he is taken 1 hour time in service road this non sense and irritating to passanger

    I have observed that almost all toilets in ksrtc bus stations are in deplorable condition, whether it is bangalore, mysore or any bus stand in between such as channapatna, ramnagara, mandya etc which i recently came across during my travel from mysore to bangalore. All bus stands between mysore and bangalore are horrible. Most of these are highly unhygienic with conditions shocking in days where we are talking about swatcha bharat and shouchalay requirements. They smell so badly, no disinfectant used, hardly any water except we see a guy sitting outside to collect 2-5 rupees. I wonder if any concerned authorities ever visited these toilets. One can smell from a distance on the location of these toilets. Many food shops are very close by making things very dangerous. Why such a pathetic condition? Who is responsible who need to take care? If one has visited bus stands such as raichur, gulbarga etc (Which ii have visited a few years back and it wouldn't have changed) it is shocking. If serious measures are not taken to rectify, there is no point in adding costly buses and boasting of clean city, silicon green city etc.

      Dip college students ksrtc bus pass applied at sges rural polytechnic, tarihal on[protected] as 1st year diploma student for the academic year 2017-18 and paid bus pass fee and relavant document to said college.
      On[protected] dept of technical education, bangalore 3rd round counselling my diploma seat re-alloted to govt polytechnic, vidyanagar hubli. On same day sges rural polytechnic, tarihal authority get a student bus passes from ksrtc, new bus stand hubli.
      And said bus original surrendered to the ksrtc new bus stand, hubl on[protected] due to college has changed.
      Now govt polytechnic, vidyanagar hubli principal through with relavant admission fee, aadhar card, allotment letter etc submitted to the ksrtc, new busstand student bus section, hubli. Ksrtc authority refused to change the address of bus pass and rs.900+80+50=1030/- also not refunded.

      Kindly refund the same amount as earliest as per norms. If not refunding said rule copy please send for our reference.

        Sir i live in chetana colony and i had stop at gandiwada in bus

        Sir i come from anandnagar to railway station, so when i was coming from railway station to gandiwada. So sir i was waiting for bus in front of railway hospital then the bus came at 4:50 but didn't stop at railway hospital

        So sir i had go by walking to chetana colony
        So sir please look into the matter please
        Ticket no, _7338, bus no-ka01fa_1332, coundertor taking more money and refuse to return. Time 11.54 am on22-07-17.from maratalli to silk board
        I am Praveen Patel. I was travelling from Banashankari, Bangalore bus station to Konanakunte Cross bus stop. Conductor has taken 20Rs from me but he didn't give ticket. I have asked two times again, still he didn't give.
        I'm complaining about 412 and MS-8 buses are not turning up on time from indira nagar to kalyan nagar and vice versa.So many people are waiting for these buses more than 1hr!!! Four buses crossed from kalyan nagar which is last destination but dont know what drivers will be doing!!! It sucks!

          I booked a 22:40 departure bus on 23rd july 2017 from chennai to bangalore. The bus is an ac bus. I am sitting next to the emergency window which is opened in all the corners and letting in all the hot air from outside so much so that i am drenched with sweat. I didn't pay for this terrible service and would like to get a refund immediately. The conductor came and put 3 blankets in attempt to stop the wind coming in.. One of the most stupidest things ever.

            Today conductor behaved rudely for asking change of 80rs telling that she gave money to another passenger. I said i don't know kannada the started scolding me that i abused kannada. When i asked driver for bus number she hold my collar and started shouting me again and even she tries to hit me. She has to check while she she giving change to a passenger. Instead of giving change she behaved rudely.
            Please take action on her asap.

              sitting space in bus

              The space between two seats in karnataka buses is too less. As i face this problem every time when i travel in karnataka buses. My height is 6 feet and each person of my height cannot sit properly between two seats. So i kindly request you to increase space between two consecutive seats in upcoming new buses and if possible modify current ksrtc buses.

              Respected sir,
              This is sangamesh from bidar district. im a youth party member for the protection of senior citizens or physically handicaped persons.
              yesterday(7-7-17, 7pm) it was shocking to see a conductor o[censored]r esteemed ksrtc group was using very 3rd rate words to a physically handicaped person. He made fun of his disability. and it was very shocking to see his 3rd rate character towards women travelling in the bus. He was starring very ironically again and again to a group of girls.
              Bus number- KA 38 F 855 .its a bidar to hubli bus. i dont know name of a conductor but his appearance was black in colour.

              This type of mischeavious behavior is not acceptable by our party . it will be better i[censored] authorities issue him a memo . and he should and must meet that disabled guy and apologise in a very short span of time else things go worst. i[censored] want to maintain your ksrtc name and fame make sure he apologise. and he should be trasnfered to some other locations without delay. the bus daily runs through our area so villagers and our party members might cause any trouble or unruly activity towards that conductor given if he fails to apologise.

              we would have made clashes with conductor yesterday in bus itself but we didnt because KSRTC is a very famous and known for its sincerity in providing a very good facility for passengers, so we kept faith and hope that your group will give a justice

              we have collected handicapped passenger details photo and phone number .we will bring him when conductor comes to apologise.

              All parties that attend the convention are required to protect, promote and ensure the accomplishment of the rights of disabled people. They also need to ensure that these individuals are provided with full equality and respect for their dignity.
              This convention is known for its guidance on the civil tradition law. The United Nations Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities guiding principles are the following: No discrimination, equality of opportunity, equality between women and men, effective participation in society, accessibility, respect for children with disabilities to preserve their identities and acceptance and respect for individuals with disabilities.

              Ensure non-discrimination and monitoring of rehabilitation schemes (schemes under the State Government and the Govt. of India)Ensure qualitative services are provided by the voluntary sector in the field of disabilities.

              STATE POLICY FOR SENIOR CITIZENS/ DISABLED

              The Karnataka State Policy for Senior Citizens has come into force on 5-9-2003 as per Govt. order No. WCD/314/SJD/2003.

              please do take this issue seriously and rectify it as soon as possible .

                Dear Sir, Along with my family traveled from Chennai to Mysore on 23rd June 2017 by Airavat club class bus, Bus No KA 09F 4753. PNR No J64929334. And our seat number was 33, 34, 39&40. My daughter who was at seat No 33 left her spectacles in the pouch at her front. While we got down at Mandiya in the early morning, missed taking her spectacles. Contacted the conductor around 5 hours later, but he could not able to locate. Appreciate your assistance to locate the spectacles.
                Ksrtc call the application for the job in the January month year of 2016 but till now they can't process any further process more peoples are waiting for this jobs so please rise the complaint and give the solution

                  We travelled in Airavat bus from Bengaluru to Medikeri on 30-06-17 departure timing from Bengaluru at 8.00 from mysore satellite bus stop.Details of bus as follows:
                  KSRTC Bus : PNR :J65081515, Journey Date :30-Jun-2017 08:00, Trip Code :0800BNGMRC, Bus Number :f8437, Depot :MYSURU RURAL DEPOT 2, Crew Mobile No:[protected] .
                  They have not locked the luggage cabinet due to rash driving the luggage fell down from cabinet and completely broken apart.To continue our rest of iur tour we had to buy new luggage and the luggage which got damaged was expensive.we want compensation for the same.we tried calling [protected] they didnt responded, he was only passing calls from one another and there was no proper solution.

                  We want compensation of luggage orelse we would esclate this matter in social media .this is jusy a negligence and this is not expected from reputed bus service.
                  Luggage got damaged was costing Rs 5000...will send image of the luggage for ready reference.

                        Hi, the bus details was not provided from ksrtc to both passenger and conductor after the reservation and not even before 1 hour of boarding of the bus. Because of this conductor did not allow us to sit the seats which we had booked. Why was the bus details not given to us? Below are the pnr details:

                          I mr. Rijaz travelling from suntikoppa to bengaluru in airavat vide pnr no j65040520. The bus was supposed to reach mysore and again start from mysore at 19:45 hrs. But the bus reached mysore at 20:50 hrs. Throughout the route he was driving at a speed of 40-50 kmph, where as it wasn't raining and the traffic was very less. The important point to be noted is that, only driver was available. It's the passengers who takes the water bottles and asking the driver to switch on the ac when not working.
                          After reaching mysore, we reported the same to the ksrtc employee in the counter at platform no. 1. He enquired to the driver and then the driver replied that the bus is very old and it's the passengers who are always late by one hour making the bus to wait at the bus stands. (I have never seen a ksrtc bus waiting for someone for than 10 minutes, and they should wait also). We boarded at suntikoppa and waited for 15 mins for the bus to arrive. Such lame excuses hurt the passengers feelings towards the government establishment and it's employees. Further, the employee at ksrtc bus stand refused to lodge a formal complaint and asked us to get in the bus and told that now on the bus will go fast and reach our destination in time (Which is not safe). On departure from mysore, the driving was rash driving as if he has vengeance for us complainants.
                          I would like the complaint cell to take action on the following
                          (A) non professional driving.
                          (B) if the bus is too old and not suitable to drive fast, then the bus should be changed. It's not like the passengers are shelling out the money for fast and safe journey and not being provided with.
                          (C) ksrtc staff at mysore refusing to lodge complaint and mutually solving the issue by not actually solving it. We passengers are limited to our time issues to argue with all your staff.
                          (D) rash driving from mysore to bangalore after the complaint, which shows the arrogant attitude of the employee to the passengers.
                          (E) refused to give seat to public at mysore bus stand stating that there is no seat available, where as there were around 8 seats vacant (It is strictly limited to the department, but loss to govt)
                          My point (B) should be addressed at the earliest as it matters lives of around 45 passengers...

                            Sir,
                            I am lloyd george from ernakulam. I booked a ticket from karnataka ksrtc website for ac sleeper bus from vytilla (Kerala) to bangalore on 26.06.2017. The ticket was booked on 29may 2017. When i booked for ticket, first time i selected seat no.19 and it showed my transaction failed. I got failed message and i am holding the screen shot for proof. But my account was deducted by rs.1399. Still i didn't get any successfull message. So i booked seat no.26 again since last transaction was failed. I got successfull message and received pnr number j64610552. I lodged a complaint via email on 13.06.2017 to [protected]@ksrtc.org after waiting for 7 days for refund of my rs.1500 which is deducted 2 times for 1 ticket.

                            After 4 days, i got a call from ksrtc saying that my both transactions were successfull and 2 seats are allotted to me. They said that this happened due to site technical issues and they promised to cancel one ticket and refund me the same in few days. Now when i boarded the bus no. Ka 40 f 1208, vytilla to bangalore sleeper, at 7.25pm from vytilla hub on 26.06.2017, i came to know that 2 seats are there against my name as per the conductor list. He cancelled one ticket and allotted me seat 26 against pnr number. He himself allotted seat no.19 (Pnr no-j[protected] to other person and collected cash. When i asked for refund, he asked me to contact customer care. I contacted customer care and they asked me to forward me email and i forwarded the mail. I want my money back. I can't suffer for the negligence from the part of ksrtc for refunding my cash. This is total injustice and i informed that i will approach court against it. How can they cancel a ticket by yourself and sell to others? If this is experience for a public servant like me, what about the public?. Kindly find the attachment of screen shot as proof of failure while booking seat no.19. Since there is no action from the side of ksrtc, i am forced to register complaint with you in order to get justice from you. I request you to take strict actions against concerned officials and reimburse my money back at the earliest. Thanking you.

                              I took ksrtc bus no. Ka 17, f 1615 from bangalore to chitradurga which left bangalore at 12:00 pm.. Conductor said it is non stop after bangalore next stop will be hiriyur and next will be chitradurga.. It was non stop till sira after that driver started stoping in almost every village, when i asked about that then i was told to get down if i want to..

                              Didn't ever expected this kind of worst service ever.

                                This is regarding the bad experience of my father, mother and my grand mother had during the bangalore darshan on 09/june/17

                                1. At the start of the trip:
                                The guide asked my family members whether they know hindi or kannada.
                                Being from andhra pradesh village background they don't know both languages and conveyed the same and told him that they know telugu.

                                But the guide made fun of them that they don't know these languages and they have wasted their money by boarding the bus.

                                That day all the tourists on the bus were from telugu background and even the guide knows telugu language. Later he started to describe all the thing in telugu only.

                                He has know rights to humiliate tourists like this.

                                2. Later during the visit to iscon temple

                                As my grant mother is a aged person (Age:70) it was difficult for her to take steps for going up and down in iscon temple.
                                So my family members were 5 minutes late to report at bus after temple visit.
                                For this with out giving consideration for her age he keep on shunting them that they are late to board the bus. And keep on disturbing them during the tour up to afternoon later which he got gown some where.

                                Sir these type of behaviour by a guide is uncalled and he should be punished for his mistakes.
                                This kind of experiences will bring bad name to ksrtc. Please take necessary action against him.

                                  Hi team, i booked a ticket to travel from bangalore to pune and kstrc ppl canceled the ticket saying that the bus is under maintenance and there are no other but going on that route. They did not arrange any transport for us.
                                  Also when called to the customer care number people started speaking to us rudely. Saying you need to arrange a travel. Also could when give to maintenance team the person was not able to speak and convey anything nor he was understanding anything.

                                    I travelled from airport to bangalore on 16th june, 2017 by kstdc taxi number ka 41 a 4096. The driver told me he would provide me an onspot bill for my travel as i was on an official trip. But he did not carry a bill book & i called kstdc at first they kept giving me other numbers, finally when i somehow got to the right person he said the driver's phone is not reachable, it was a bill for ₹950 from airport to my drop location. Nobody is answering my call. Its not as much about money as it is about honesty issues here, no body takes the customer seriously. As far as i am aware provision of bills is mandatory as per indian regulations too, look into the matter & provide a solution so that all this trouble is not repeated for anybody else.

                                      The buses or not coming or arriving on correct time and after 6:30pm there is no bus at all if we get the bus also they will not complete the trip they will stop in the middle of the way. Today (16/06/2017) the 6:30pm bus came early that is on 5:55pm the bus number is 122 and ther is also other bus like 122a, 122c think the problem will be rewsolved soon..
