OB24918974 and OB2488316 which was cancelled on 13.04.2017 was not yet credited back to my account after so many inquiries and calls. They replied as the amount has been refunded to my account on 15.04.2017. But it was not reflected in my account. We as a family traveled from bangalore to badiyadka for a stay of 6 days in the bus (Ka19 f 3036) and booked a return. While we on the way to badiyadka the driver (Mr. Shamshuddin) and the co-driver/conductor (Mr. Manju) of our bus confirmed that our luggage is missing and it might dropped down somewhere in the middle of the road (Between shakaleshpura and shiradi ghati) and as per them the locker of the bus cabinet is opened....

I am a regular traveller from belagavi to udupi/mangalore. The airavat bus plied on this route on 23/04/2017 night, the leg space in between the seats is very minimum causing numbness and pain to our legs. When passengers stretch out the seats, the back of the seat touches the person sitting behind causing undue misery. Any request for changing the inclination is not entertained by the passengers. Bus# f-9342 was supposed to pick is up from kr puram bus stop around 10 and it reached only at 10.30 and when asked to wait for 10more minutes the driver n conductor behaved very rudely. Not acceptable behaviour and customer service! Although the customer was 2mins away the bus did not stop and rather asked the passenger to overtake the bus and catch it if they can! Today I am travelling to Bangalore from thrissur on sleeper .Athens bus stopped before palaghat for dinner as usual I got down and sat next to the driver and conductor for food.they were served food immediately and I had to wait a bit to get mine I didn't wait much finished my food and came out .To my surprise the vehicle had left.

Mangaluru, Apr 6: The long-expected Kudla Express train between the city and Bengaluru, which will bring down travel time from the current 12 to 9 hours, will begin operations on April 9. It was not happy journey... It was really sad to see the rude behavior of conductor towards lady traveller with kids.

I had to complaint this so that no other lady traveller...

To concerned authority nagamangala depo bus bearing no ka 11 f 0154 is violating plying time from Bangalore to nagamangala he has to leave market by 10:45am but he will be arriving to sumnalli junction by 10 :30 am I have permit plying at the same time to devlapura so suffering losses due to plying violation by nagamangala depo bus I informed regarding this to depo manager many times but no use so kindly requesting to concerned authority...

I am complaining about KA 42 F-354 bus which plies between kankpura and kalisipalya.
The bus conductor didn't pick up me at Kr market bus stop at 7:09 am even though I was holding the door handle for about 10 seconds.
Please take serious action against the corresponding conductor of the bus and make sure that it doesn't happen for other passengers.

Hunsur depot bus the time was night at 7:15pm. Started journey from Mysore to Bangalore. In the tea time the bus stops in Maddur.
