In the name of ‘ volvo ac bus – cheating by state carriers, looting customers by “ brand name volvo ac”- health hazard for asthmatic passengers –vomiting, headache, boiling heat, no ventilation, inhaling rubber piped rotten smell air (Desert cooler with rotten water) no humidity control, driver keeps open his windows inside full diesel smoke.
Ksrtc club volvo bus – ticket enclosed ooty - mysuru-bangalore bus.
Dear sir,
I wish to narrate the horrific journey from ooty – mysuru by ksrtc club volvo ac bus (Airavat)
On[protected].
The driver did not switch on the ac till 10/15 km of city journey is completed. By that time everyone including children became restless, red rashes appeared. He switche on a button, it showed 24 and always it is constant “24”- a dummy. The air was havig bad rotten rubber pipe smell (Coming from old desert cooler), no way to get any air through the opening. My child & many othes vomited, headache, no humidity, driver switches off ac to save fuel in between. My asthmatic child could not be comforted due to the bad air, no ventilation and after reaching mysuru i took her to a doctor for emergency help so that i could reach pune by swarna jayanthi express. After bringin her to pune i had to put her on a month’s treatment for lungs cleaning, moisture inhalation lead to pneumonia.
The service engineers, qc dept which certifies an ‘ac volvo bus “ all are working bogus. Tthe engineer who modified with the cheap watr filled cooler should be dismissed as he does not understand any ac, humidity
Sir, if you hire private operators to run buses, please put some proxy persons to travel & take feedback.
If you do not take action, it may one day lead to a volvo team inspection & certifies the fraud. Then the chairman has to apologise as in the case of “ toyoto’ volkswagen - for cheating customers and pay in millions as damages.
So please take action as your own children, family will become a asthmatic/pneumonia victim.
I will never take a ksrtg volvo.in pune-aurangabad, pune-mumbai, i travelled many times and people pay any money for a volvo ac bus – the brand image.
So please alert your team to inspect & punish the guilty or oneday a newspaper correspondent will post a cooler photo in volvo cheating “ will appear.

    Hi team,

    This is a complaint regarding the misbehavior of driver which happened today at around 5:30pm while travelling in ksrtc volvo bus (Mysore to bangalore) (Volvo no:045446 date: 28/05/17 14:18:49). While travelling, my wife wanted to use rest room (Pass urine) and requested the driver to give a stop near a hotel. The bus driver not only refused to give a stop but also misbehaved with her and asked her to get down from the bus and take different means of transport. Even after humbly requesting the driver twice to give a stop and understand the severity of the situation, driver denied and made my wife get down in the middle of her transport near bidadi and left towards bangalore. This is an intolerable act and the driver should be punished for this. Kindly do the needful and take strict action against him.
    Earlier providing blankets in sleeper buses and giving mineral water now a days all they stop but prices all same this is our government achievements only take money increase ticket prices every 6 months and if travel volvo buses from Bangalore to shimoga they need 6 to 7 hours to travel 280 kilometres this our latest technology same to say

      Hi, my name is Sudarshan. Every weekend I travel to my native pavagada. Friday and Saturday night there will be very few busses going towards pavagada. Please add few more busses to pavagada. The buses which goes on this route are all full that too people were standing. Full rush not even able to board. Requesting to add few more busses to this route.

        Dear sir/madam
        I sameer ulla shariff travelling daily from mysore to k r nagar (up and down).today board to Hassan depot bus from mysore KA-13F 2099 when enter to k r nagar first stop gave near KEB and 2nd stop which is near DLS Theatre there is a official sign KSRTC stop board is there, conductor was not given stop there, when I asked conductor regarding stop he was talking rudely with me and when I went to k r nagar bus stand to give complaint about this and asked him to come with me to talk with TC, he said I don't have time i[censored] want bring TC to here and he was scolding to ksrtc management that they don't sense where ever they want they will put stop boards, when I complaint k r nagar TC then he said send one complaint letter..Is this is the Govt conductor manners they don't have how to talk with passengers.I hope u will take action against these types of conductors.

          Dear Sir, I travelled from Hyderabad to Bellary on 18/5/2017 at Mehaboob nagar their was checking squad and inspected & found in laguage difference booked by courier, how come a conductor is responsible for that when it is booked by courier and issued a memo and forced collected the amount by passenger which is not right and using abusing language by the squad is very bad manners... Which shows the disrespect and bad experience about the dept. Hence pls ask ur squad to change his attitude and behaviour

            I had travelled from bangalore to mangalore on 20 may 2017 in bus no ka 57f1710 multi axle. I had paid rs1000/_ the conductor gave ticket for rs 840/_ and wrote bal 160/_ in the ticket. However i could not collect the change before getting down. Tha conductor was not to be seen at the time of getting down. The bus was also slightly late. Please assist me in getting the amount back. When contacted ksrtc mangalore they are asking me to go to bangalore along with the ticket to claim the refund for which i need to spend another 1500 rupees.

                Conductor is miss behaving with most of the passengers, he used to take only shivamogga passengers, only he was allowing long journey passengers. For handicaps person he is not allowing for 100kms. If i ask he was told that his bus is special bus itseems.in his bus he won't allow 100kms itseems. Please take action on particular conductor. He had stopped only 10min for breakfast and fought with passengers on timings.

                  The staff refused to load my personal language and when asked to do it they behaved unprofessional and when to threaten me that you can't do anything".
                  The issue pertains to the banglore to hyderabad bus on eighteenth of may at six o clock.

                  Thanks to your well trained driver this will be my last journey in your so called airavat.

                  And they charged rs 60 for language, good knows where is this policy mentioned from your end.

                    Respected sir, i am rajesh i booked online ticket from bangalore to mangalore with my wife and daughter jaagriti. She is 5 year and 8 month old. Conductor forced to buy half ticket to my daughter. Finally i brought half ticket worth rs 490.00 as per your child travel criteria need not buy ticket up to 6 year old.
                    The conductor don't know the ksrtc basic rule. Kindly refunds my cash.

                      Hi this is prajwal from bangalore. I booked tickets with pnr : j64335551. We booked airavat bus for safe and friendly journey to my parents and trusting ksrtc.
                      Our actual ticket is from kbs to karkala. But this bus goes to kollur via hebri, we asked the driver to extend our ticket from karkala to joduraste junction. Driver asks for money from my parents 50 rs per head. Is this the pricing???
                      Actually joduraste junction belongs to karkala prominence, but these guyz asks
                      For more money without ticket.

                      If govt employees are doing this, this is really pathetic and i definitely need a answer regarding this query... If i didnt get any response, i have so many social medias to report this.

                        Iam right now 14/05/17 travelling in ksrtc bus PNR No J64274624 hyderabad to bangalore which started at 19:15. It started raining mid way and the whole has leakage and 90% of the passengers are affected. The driver and Conductor doesn't give a damn about. So called up the 24hrs helpline and their response is the max they can do is stop the bus for sometime. How irresponsible these ksrtc people can be. There are small children in the bus suffering. We all are drenched partially and not even seated. What if there is a short circuit? Can someone do something about it???

                          Yesterday my wife had to sit next to a male passenger. And the conductor was very negligent and least bothered to solve her problem. And the male passenger was behaving inappropriately which the conductor ignored when brought to his notice. My wife went through all the horror and ksrtc team did not bother to solve the problem.

                            Me and my family were stranded in the middle of the night at 11:30 PM in Tiruvanamallai bus stop till midnight 12:30 PM with ladies.
                            The reserved bus did not reach the pickup point. After repeatedly calling the conductor he responded saying he cannot reach the pickup point and
                            told me that I had made a wrong choice by booking a KSRTC from Tiruvanamallai to Bangalore. After much argument, he said he is already waiting in Chengam.
                            If we reach there soon then he will pick us otherwise he would abandon us and he is has informed the new pickup point also he does not bare any responsibility after this.
                            There were very few buses all filled and autos charging an exorbitant price. After much struggle we managed to get an auto for Rs 100 pp.
                            I had to shell out Rs. 300 to get to Chengam. When me and my family reached Chengam the bus was not there. Again after repeated calling he said he will be there in 5 mins.
                            Then he reached the location at 1:10 PM.

                            It was a very disturbing experience with KSRTC. If the bus cannot pickup passengers at the designated pickup points why do you have bookings for the place.
                            The conductor was very unruly and a liar. All the time he was lying that he was blocked in Chengam and the cops are not allowing him to go any further
                            and that is the reason he cannot reach the pickup point. But actual truth was that he had never reached Chengam.

                            I request a severe action to be taken against such people who leave passengers stranded in the middle of the night.
                            If this is not the fault of the conductor but the organization as a whole is working like this then tell what action would be taken to
                            resolve such issues in future.

                              I have booked a ticket for my family carrying pnr number j63888517 from trichy to bangalore with journey date on 08th may 2017 in ac sleeper.

                              The bus was supposed to start from trichy bs at 22.00 hrs on 8th may, few hours before somebody from ksrtc called and said that since there are no other lady passengers in the bus other than the two they would organize another bus. Later we came to know to know that it is not the real reason but the bus itself is cancelled.

                              We waited in the trichy bs from 10 pm to 11 pm, people in the ksrtc counter never gave proper response as when and where the bus will come, the message received in the mobile with the bus registration number never came to the point. After so many follow ups suddenly ksrtc people told we have to go to airport to catch the bus. At 11 pm with lady passengers there was doubt in the mind whether this was genuine call. We had no other option but to return back home without carrying out the journey.

                              Our ticket is booked from trichy bus stand and there is no reason why the start place can change and that to without any prior information

                              As you know the ticket cost is rs 1600, i don’t want to lose this hard earned money for none of our mistake. Please refund the total amount to my account and confirm. Also consider strict action on the ksrtc personnel in trichy bs who never took proper responsibility for the journey of the passenger.

                                I booked a ksrtc flybus from mysore to bengaluru airport on 6th may 2017 - 6pm in the evening.
                                The luggage was kept in dicky. Later the bus staff has given some on the spot tickets to passengers who dropped off the bus before airport.in this process one of the passenger has taken away my luggage, leaving theirs in the bus. The entire flybus team was not able to track the passenger.
                                Bus no was 1907. Let me know how i am getting my luggage back.

                                Hello sir/madam,

                                We experienced rash driving of Ka06 f940 on the NH4 highway. The driver was changing lanes at will and then hit the lorry mirror in front of my lane and debris flew all over. The driver did not even bother to stop.

                                  OB24918974 and OB2488316 which was cancelled on 13.04.2017 was not yet credited back to my account after so many inquiries and calls. They replied as the amount has been refunded to my account on 15.04.2017. But it was not reflected in my account. I send so many mails and phone calls regarding this issue but no positive response.I send my bank statement to them but for all my mails they replied the same content as 'Check with your bank'.Most importantly the customer care is the worst at its best. They are replied very rudely .

                                    KSRTC employee housing society, Hassan formed a layout where no basic amenities like road, power, water connection, drainage.We approached Mr. Honne Gowda (president) & Secretary - Mr. Range Gowda both were not willing to take complaint and they threatening along with group of KSRTC employees going to kill us.We tried to meet DC KSRTC division office, HASSAN who is refused to meet.

                                      We as a family traveled from bangalore to badiyadka for a stay of 6 days in the bus (Ka19 f 3036) and booked a return. While we on the way to badiyadka the driver (Mr. Shamshuddin) and the co-driver/conductor (Mr. Manju) of our bus confirmed that our luggage is missing and it might dropped down somewhere in the middle of the road (Between shakaleshpura and shiradi ghati) and as per them the locker of the bus cabinet is opened. Now one is taking responsible we even called on number [protected], as per the person whom i talk asking us to lodge a compliant against the driver who is responsible. Kindly look into the issue and advice at the earliest, as we (Family) have nothing to survive for these 6days in badiyadka and helpless. Attaching photo of the bus, fyi.                                         Sir, i took a bus from Bangalore to gangavathi, at morning 10.30 am and my ticket no is 276810 dated 26.04.2017 price is rs 334.00. i had to go to hospet.
                                        during the meal time at ksrtc mid way mea plaza . {athitya resturent} after hiruyur, the bus was stopped for meal, as routine i got down had a meal and came, and saw bus was moving in front of me, i could not stop, the i contacted the controller at the hotel got his contact number, followed the bus, could get the luggage, at hospet bus stand.

                                        from the above incident i could make out that the pressure of the counductor to get the amount target, he does not care for the earlier passengers, as he is busy in overtaking other buses in collection, etc.

                                        instruct all the conductors count and confirm while leaving the bus at the meal stop.
