I was traveling to Chikmagalur from Bangalore on 3rd Feb 2017 in a Rajahamsa Bus (KA 01 F641) and I found a bedbug on my seat and when I tapped the seat, dust from he seat was oozing out. We prefer Rajahamsa with the expectation of more clean seats and comfortablity than regular Sarige Bus. What is the point of charging 1.5X price when you can not provide clean seats and curtains in the bus? And one more thing, usually I find one or more...

Dharmasthala to Mangalore : ther is no bus in the morning time for students and workers, the people hear are so irresponsible and careless, there will be no satle bus for around 2 hours and there will be 2 express bus for every 2 hour which is insane . So I am requesting you to provide, or else we will cancel our bus pass and we will start going in private buses . Thank you...

The driver use bad langauages and hit me on that time I capture photo he take my phone and use bad worlds I am the grand son of prime minister like that, you dont have common sence to take uneducated road rowdies as a employee...

On 23rd Jan 2017 i travelled by KA 05 AE 5449 from KIA to my residence at SLV RK Signature Hennur Main Road.
The total fare was Rs 810/- + Rs120/- toll charges. For which he did not take the receipt from the Toll Booth. When I asked him he said he forgot to ask for it.
The driver gave me a cash receipt fro Rs930/- no 2655 dated 23/1/17. He gave me phone no [protected] and his name as Venkatesh.
Please look into the matter....

Hi Team,

I am a regular user of KSRTC service in Bangalore – Ernakulam route. I am receiving the confirmation message from KSRTC soon after booking the ticket. As per the expectation traveler should receive an SMS from KSRTC 30 mins before bus arrival on travelling day with bus number and crew mobile number. But I am not getting that message and hence it is difficult to find which is the bus and causing severe difficulty...

I have booked three tickets in AIRWAT class of service for travelling from Kollur to Bangalore for the journey on 12th January 2017 through online vide PNR NO J62485320 Trip code 1959 CDPBNG by paying Rs2232/-, in Kollur bus stand till 10-00 PM, It was regretted the Bus has not come and the crew Mobile No sent to my Mobile No is wrong, and the officials present at Kundapur as well as Mysore division are least bothered to give exact information...

My wife and 4 children are traveling from Vijayapur to Nesargi on 27/10/2015 at 3.30 p.m by BHALKI-BELAGAVI bus (ticket No.209302) . I requsted to driver and condutor to drop at NESARGI bus stand. But they drop before 10km Nesragi at Halki cross at 8.30 p.m.
Then they travelled by bus from Halki cross to Neasargi at 9.00 p.m (ticket no. 173455)
For this I submitted complaints to the concerned authoriy but...

Respected sir I am new to Bangalore and I want to go out. So I came to Richmond bus station and I am asking the the person in ticket counter section, where bus number 13 comes. Mr. Raja is one person not gave rude reply stating " I know only telengu, kannada and Hindi, he started shouting and staring at me because I spoke in English. I am attaching the photo of him....

I had booked 4 seats in a row in one of the club class semi sleeper ksrtc bus...the seats were worst with no push back and footrest ...mobile charging point was worn out... When the conductor was questioned his response was "yes the last row in any of the semi sleeper doesn't have push back, he can't help in this issue. Kindly raise a complaint regarding the same". Even though this issue is known, ksrtc is neither bothered to solve the issue...

I have worst experience from ksrtc. That too 2 times. I have booked single ladies ticket and twice also male seat was allocated beside me.. for two times also I had to argue with conductor for ladies seat.. is this the security given to ladies passenger? Wht s government dng.. we think govt transport ll b safe but this is the worst. Please take this to consideration and do the needful or else u will loose your passengers.. this...

On 16/11/206, I booked a ticket from Mantralayam To Bangalore, for a journey on 29/11/206, through my Corporation Bank Internet account no. [protected]. My account was debited under reference No, CH[protected], FFOR Rs 1602, but Idid not get the ticket to my E mail. I request the reffund, as I have not received the ticket, nor I travelled in the Bus on 29/11/2016....

Sir as i was travelling from kengeri to ramanagar in bus KA-09 F-4855
EVENING 6PM dt:8/12/16 after completing my official work, i found that i had no change for 2000 rs after boarding the bus, so i spoke to my husband he told me that no issue i will come and pay near the bus stop, luckily he was at home that day.

I have been traveling daily from kollegal to chamarajanagar.. But to my surprise there is no regular service from kollegal to chamarajanagar (Starting from kollegal).. Many daily commuters mainly office going women passengers have been put to hardship & wen many times same has brought to the tc @ kollegal he either puts fingers @ chamarajanagar depot manager or escapes giving answer as bangalore scheduled bus is expected...

We travelled by KSRTC sleeper bus on 24.11.16 from Bangalore to Hospete leaving Bangalore by 11.15 PM. To our
surprise we found the bus of vintage type to be condemned and sent for scrap trading and there were only 5 passengers including
4 o[censored]s.
The bus broke down due to break failure
on the early morning hours near Koodlige
and we were stranded for more than two hours . We hired a goods tempo and travelled...

The most horrible volvo multi axle bus. I could not sleep the whole night as it was very noisy, which disturbed my sleep.
