my name is kedarnath. i have lost my ksrtc buspass on 02/03/2017..
my village is in bidar district.
plz do provide me duplicate pass

and i am a disable person.cant hear properly. conductors used to make fun of me everytime when i travel with some words and reactions. that i can understand. i have handicap bus pass. so do treat very badly.
please take it serious.

last day journey also it happened and i slept during the journey that time i lost pass

please do issue duplicate
Sir the bus charge of Bijapur to Gulbarga and gulbarga to Bijapur is Rs.165 in NEKRTC.

And for NWKRTC the bus charge is Rs. 160.

Why this difference ? Without any notification.

And stops are too much (almost all stop), even it is express
The bus which leaves from Goa, Panaji at 6:00pm is supposed to reach Bengaluru at 5:30 But the bus normally reaches at 7:00 am or more they don't maintain the speed at night which is required at night and is going very slow at night

    It really feels very bad that ksrtc has become torture to students.though we take yearly pass its of no use. The way conductors n drivers behave with students is really inhuman. I am a student who has stopped going to college in ksrtc because of the torture by conductors n whole ksrtc department. I should travel from bangolre to ram nagar Ghousia college. Where route change is bidadi and the last stop is Ghousia college.which means i should take ticket from bidadi to quaters stop else i sud board shuttle from bidadi. And there is no frequent shuttle buses as well. I know my concern would not even bother u. Still gave a try to make u understand situation of a student who undergo such ill. Can't stand cheap behavior shown by conductors n drivers.

      I had boarded the bus from Swargate (Pune) bus stop on 24th February, at 10pm. While boarding the bus, I had put my luggage in the lower dickey.

      While deboarding at Majastic bus station (Bangalore) next morning, I realized that my luggage was missing. There were three different passengers whose luggage went missing at the same time. The bus crew apparently had no clue about the missing item.

      When we went to the KSRTC office to complaint against this careless behavior, KSRTC decided to not take any responsibility and put the entire blame only on the crew of the bus (3 drivers).

      We tried lodging an official police complaint, but only to realize that there is going to be no good coming out of it. Police gave us clear indication that they won't put much effort searching for 3 missing bags. The only outcome of it would be the drivers losing their jobs. The police suggested us to take some compensation from the drivers and not file an official FIR. Well, we all know how our legal system works...so no surprise.

      Details of missing items:
      * 1 white color duffle bag (adidas brand), with 5 shirts, 3 pants, a few Tshirts, 2 pairs of shoes and 3 PS3 gaming consoles.

        HI KSRTC Department,

        I am Krishnan, Bangalore person working in Oracle Pvt Ltd, Bannergatta road, today morning traveled in KSRTC (Magadi Unit), Bus KA42-F0244, my ticket number 256675, dated 28/02/17 06:03:11. from Hosur to Dairy circle.

        He gave ticket and wrote 5 rupee change on the back side of the ticket, I asked the 5 rupee change in Christ college (Dairy Circle). Conductor, gave torn 5 rupee note, and took my ticket, holding it (he will use this ticket those who are travelling from Gharebhavi Palya to Lakkasandra or further ((today nearly 10 people got into this bus, he didn't give ticket, he returned to everyone 5 rupee coin, for these kind of activity, he have change, but, for us he don't have change). I requested him to give my ticket back to me to get down and me other 5 rupee ( I understand there is an problem for change, but, when he have lot of change for others, those who travell in between stages, conductor won't give ticket) .

        He got angry one this is I requested him to return my ticket for that sake he gave torn 5 rupee note and shouted on me, and I told him, don't shout on me, i[censored] don't have other 5 rupee. He keep on shouting and holding my neck to push me out from the bus, till that time, great driver on call from Hosa Road till dairy circle, he off the bus and getting down and both of them are behaving like a gundas (not like a professional).

        Is this is the way to treat passengers. I hope they will be punished. If they are government servant, will they can do all these kind of activities and public can't ask for justice, If public like us ask, we will be pushed out by conductor holding the neck.

            Hello,

            I lost remote operated toy car worth of 2K in KSRTC bus, on 24/02/2017. If it can be tracked and found it will be helpful. Bus number : KA 01 F 0001.

            Actually i was in hurry to get down from bus in Mandya bus station, and forgot to pick my electronic remotely operated toy car which was kept in the over head luggage stand in bus.

              Misbehaving and scolding Infront of other customers
              I enquired the conductor that wheather the bus will travel to tumkur or what?
              He told that yes it will go...And the bus was empty
              As the bus got filled and told me that sir sorry this bus ll not go to tumkur and he lied to me. I silently got down from the bus and asked in polite way that, why you lied to me and why u r behaving like this... He all off sudden got angry and started to scold infornt of others. He misbehaved with me...
              I need to lodge complaint against him

                Dear ksrtc team,

                My spouse and me (Preetham) boarded the 12pm bus (Pnr: j63105970, seat no. 33 and 34) from bangalore to bhadravathi instead of karnataka sarige because i had high fever. I think the driver and conductor knew the air condition (A/c) in the bus was not working because they did not turn on the a/c until 12 for departure even though the bus was boiling due to the high temperature and no windows in the bus. I have usually observed the crew members of the bus turn on the a/c at least 10 minutes before departure.

                Once the bus started we were relieved as they turned on the a/c which obviously wasn't working. The driver and conductor kept saying all the initial part of the journey that it will cool now due to the high temperature outside. Once we were in the outskirts of bangalore they said that a/c is not working and at this point they knew we were helpless and couldn't demand a refund and get a different bus. It was like traveling in a boiling vessel. There was just hot air coming from the outlets. All the passengers old and young were suffocated. So i decided to call the ksrtc helpline which out of 5 numbers one worked. I spoke to the guy in depot (Mobile:[protected]. The person from depot called the driver and few minutes later they stopped the bus and pretended to fix the a/c which obviously they were not capable of. I called the depot person and i'm not sure what is the adjustment he has with driver and conductor, he said the technician will fix it when stopped for lunch.

                When stopped for lunch i asked the conductor about the technician and his lame response was "sir, it's too far and nobody around the place would know about a/c". Please give him a salute from my side. And when i asked for refund he said please adjust madkoli. Dear sir/ madam, adjust madkoluwa haage idre karnataka sarige bus hath irlilwa???

                I am still in transit, going through the extreme torture for 6 hours in the heat. You can only imagine what all the passengers here are going through. My family and me are frequent travels in airawat and i did not expect this from you all. And thanks to the crew members for making my health even worse.

                I am very adjustable kind of guy but this negligence or irresponsibility from crew members and taking passengers for granted was most terrible thing.

                I am sure the team will take honest action on this matter and won't leave us disappointed like the bus crew members. (And no, i am not exaggerating one bit, every line above is bitter truth)

                  My name is hema. I was driving on doddaballapur road, crossed avalahalli. There is a double road work happening so the road is narrowed down. This ksrtc bus with no. KA01 F 1152 hit my two wheeler and ran away. I fell from the bike and shouting. He just ran away. This happened at 1.45 pm today (18 Feb 2017) when I was driving towards vishwa vidyapeet junction.

                  Pls take action and reply to me.

                    Bus timing given wrong in online booking, bus reached 1 hour late to bus stop and conductor is telling we can not do anything you to wait, but as per our plan we have to catch flight from next stop, if flight miss who will give flight charge, Bus is from Satelite bua stop Bangalore to Chennai, KA -F- 8306. please take corrective action . bus yime we got 10.15 Dep to arrive chennai at 4.30 morning, conductor is telling 6.30 we will reach again there is a delay

                      Today(10th Feb 2017) morning at around 10am near nelamangala Bangalore bus number KA 40 F-1107 driver was driving extremely rash on the road. This driver was so careless that he did not even bother to look in his mirror while overtaking to his right. Bus would have completely crushed my car and my family in the car. When I later stopped his bus and asked the driver he says that he was forced to overtake because the truck ahead of him was very slow. I m not against overtaking ...but one has to see in his mirror while he wants to overtake. He also threatened me that he is from my hometown and he will show what he is when he comes to Belgaum.I m very disappointed with this incident and wants higher authority to take some strict action against such careless mannerless useless drivers before they crush and kill innocent people and families.

                        Have a good day...

                        On 09.2.17, we waited to catch the bus @ Kythasandra bus stand to move towards Bangalore, Bus no. KA-17, F1477 from Tumkur came.
                        In kythasandra stop around 10-12 people are waiting to go towards Bangalore, Driver on Right side went away, in-spite of our stop signal, he is not bother.
                        Then i took drop to tole gate by two wheeler, i catch the same bus, in the bus around 20-25 passengers only, i asked conductor, why you have not stopper bus @ kythasandra, many passengers are waiting there, he shown finger on driver, driver shows finger on conductor. They are just joking each other to insert me.

                        We request you to take actions, to stop all buses in kythasandra busstand, This is our humble request.

                          Today I was traveling to tirupathi in KSRTC sarige bus, nd the bus stopped in Balaji hotel for lunch. And I went to have food in the hotel. The service of the hotel is very bad and the food wat dey gave me was very bad the taste is too bad. And I paid 80 rupees for food, my wife who is pregnant nd she is 6 months, she felt bad of the service nd the food, so please sir I request u to change the hotel, because of this many people are facing a lot of problems... So do this favour for us
                          Some of the Ksrtc buses which travel from Mangalore/state Bank to Bcroad or puttur do not pick students at evening.
                          According to KSRTC all blackboard and express buses must pick students from adyar.
                          But some bus drivers are not following this rule.
                          Please take some action regarding this.

                            I m requesting to KSRTC to pls provide water bottles in airavata buses.

                              Dear Sir,
                              We use to travel frequently from Bangalore to Hassan atleast weekly twice or thrice. KSRTC buses travels in this route are leave buses in some authorized hotels for lunch /breakfast. The shops run by these hotels are charging excess than MRP. If we questions, they don't care and starts arguing. Kindly take necessary action.

                              I am a resident of Bellur cross, Nagamangala Taluk, Mandya District, Karnataka, India. Each day I use to buy Nandini milk products from Nandini retailer at Bellur cross or AIMS campus. But they were charging more than MRP atleast two to three rupees on each product. Kindly take action against them

                                This is a complaint against fraudulent and arrogant staff of KSRTC who did duty on 5th Feb 2017 in redbus bearing no ka09F5241 at 5PM from Sighandhur to Shivamogga of bus route Sighandhur to Shivamogga to Myso really.
                                Myself with my friend got into this bus on
                                5th Feb 2017 at 5 pm from Sighandhur when driver told he is going to Shivamogga, is express hiding the actual route details as besides this bus there was a private bus going directly to Shivamogga via Sagar which is a shortest route thinking that we may not get into his business if truth is revealed, when after 10 minutes journey conductor asked to pay 282 for 2 tickets (141×2) after giving tickets, we resisted as we spent only 95 INR per ticke(total 190= 95×2 tickets)in the morning to reach from Shivamogga to Sighandhur, reason for huge difference, then revealed that he is going through another route via Hosanagar and pay more.We in fact asked why this was not told earlier, conductor arrogantly answered that he can't tell daily for 200 customers and argued that we should know before, when we told not to cheat the customers in future like this, Driver said harshly and threatened if we speak further he will stop in the middle and make us to step-down in dark while driving neglecting the safety of passengers travelling in the bus.This was a very rude behaviour of the staff-conductor and Driver who spoils the image of KSRTC and other punctual staffs.Though board was express stopped in almost all villages reached Shivamogga at 9.20pm which we were supposed to reach by 8.15pm if had we travelled via Savarkar route.Please concerned officials take necessary action to maintain good image of KSRTC and take disciplinary action against such arrogant staff.pls give feedback to my email Id- [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I was traveling to Chikmagalur from Bangalore on 3rd Feb 2017 in a Rajahamsa Bus (KA 01 F641) and I found a bedbug on my seat and when I tapped the seat, dust from he seat was oozing out. We prefer Rajahamsa with the expectation of more clean seats and comfortablity than regular Sarige Bus. What is the point of charging 1.5X price when you can not provide clean seats and curtains in the bus? And one more thing, usually I find one or more seats damaged in their push back seat system and the whole journey we need to adjust.

                                  Because of bedbugs I couldn't sleep whole journey with the cautiousness of bedbug bites.

                                  Please provide better services to customers when you are charging the extra money for the same.

                                    Dharmasthala to Mangalore : ther is no bus in the morning time for students and workers, the people hear are so irresponsible and careless, there will be no satle bus for around 2 hours and there will be 2 express bus for every 2 hour which is insane . So I am requesting you to provide, or else we will cancel our bus pass and we will start going in private buses . Thank you

                                      This is manjunatha d and family we are travelling on road at mandya and bangalore road at mandya your ksrtc bus driver rash driving and touch our vehicle he ask why you people acting like that. The driver use bad langauages and hit me on that time I capture photo he take my phone and use bad worlds I am the grand son of prime minister like that, you dont have common sence to take uneducated road rowdies as a employee shame about the ksrtc the bus number is KA 57F 860, may it is ramanagar depo I think please terminate immediately I will take leggal action about that drive I am also government employee grand children, please take care him and put some other village routs my humble request.
                                      This is Dr. Manjunatha, we were coming towards Mysore 12.30am at Srirangapatna your ksrtc bus driver was rash driving and took close overtake to our vehicle. I took right close to divider and totally slowed my vehicle and avoided accident. I tried to stop bus but he never stopped. I put complaint to traffic police control room. I strongly demand for his suitable action for his irresponsible and rash drive.
                                      The ksrtc the bus number is KA11F 0338.
                                      I am central government employee and class 1 officer. It's my personal and social responsibility to bring it to your kind notice. It's should be lesson for all these kind of driver.
                                      Concerns Depo authority should take serious action and its my humble request.
