I had booked 4 seats in a row in one of the club class semi sleeper ksrtc bus...the seats were worst with no push back and footrest ...mobile charging point was worn out... When the conductor was questioned his response was "yes the last row in any of the semi sleeper doesn't have push back, he can't help in this issue. Kindly raise a complaint regarding the same". Even though this issue is known, ksrtc is neither bothered to solve the issue or haven't reduced the bus fair for lack in facility...

    Hi,
    I have worst experience from ksrtc. That too 2 times. I have booked single ladies ticket and twice also male seat was allocated beside me.. for two times also I had to argue with conductor for ladies seat.. is this the security given to ladies passenger? Wht s government dng.. we think govt transport ll b safe but this is the worst. Please take this to consideration and do the needful or else u will loose your passengers.. this will be the last time I m traveling in ksrtc.. Government pls wake up and protect the ladies travel alone..

      On 16/11/206, I booked a ticket from Mantralayam To Bangalore, for a journey on 29/11/206, through my Corporation Bank Internet account no. [protected]. My account was debited under reference No, CH[protected], FFOR Rs 1602, but Idid not get the ticket to my E mail. I request the reffund, as I have not received the ticket, nor I travelled in the Bus on 29/11/2016.

        Sir as i was travelling from kengeri to ramanagar in bus KA-09 F-4855
        EVENING 6PM dt:8/12/16 after completing my official work, i found that i had no change for 2000 rs after boarding the bus, so i spoke to my husband he told me that no issue i will come and pay near the bus stop, luckily he was at home that day.
        when i gave 2k note to conductor no change, if you cant tender change "sit at home " it means by seeing a single women that to muslim lady in burkha he told me and to get down if not, i was so helpless i had only cards and 2k note, he took 2k note and gave ticket after conversation.
        in the bus stop my hubby came and paid the change and then he snatched the ticket from me and tore the ticket and paid the amount 2k.
        my question is if i have no change this is the way to treat public... i dont have ticket also.
        but my husband had called to ksrtc customer care that time he denied to speak to him we lodged a complaint no: 11155 but no reply...
        kindly help me and take action against conductor other wise i will take the matter forward
        Mangalore to Sajipa route conductors are making hefty money. They issue lesser value of ticket than the actual & do not refund changes to poor job going girls daily.
        You must take immediate action before people take law in hand.

          Dear sir/madam
          I have been traveling daily from kollegal to chamarajanagar.. But to my surprise there is no regular service from kollegal to chamarajanagar (Starting from kollegal).. Many daily commuters mainly office going women passengers have been put to hardship & wen many times same has brought to the tc @ kollegal he either puts fingers @ chamarajanagar depot manager or escapes giving answer as bangalore scheduled bus is expected or delayed... Why can't ksrtc introduces sufficient no of services from kollegal itself especially after 6.30 pm to 8 pm.. So on behalf of hundreds of daily commuters i request the concerned to look into it and do the needful.

          I travelled from Manyata to Silk board and I given 50 Rs.to buy the ticket. After that conductor didn't have me the change remaining 25 Rs.

            We travelled by KSRTC sleeper bus on 24.11.16 from Bangalore to Hospete leaving Bangalore by 11.15 PM. To our
            surprise we found the bus of vintage type to be condemned and sent for scrap trading and there were only 5 passengers including
            4 o[censored]s.
            The bus broke down due to break failure
            on the early morning hours near Koodlige
            and we were stranded for more than two hours . We hired a goods tempo and travelled along with bus crew to Koodlige

            and took a bus to Hospete. We incurred Rs500 for this and had to cancel our return
            Ticket from Hospete to Bangalore booked online for 27 th Nov night as on enquiry we were informed that the same decrepit bus
            will ply. We incurred Rs800 as cancellation charges for 4 o[censored]s. I strngly appeal for the refund of cancellation charges and additional cost of Rs500 incurred by me

              The most horrible volvo multi axle bus. I could not sleep the whole night as it was very noisy, which disturbed my sleep. After arriving at Tirupati, we were alloted a single room and that was for 3 o[censored]s. The guide asked us to get ready by 4:15 AM. we were late by three minutes I. e. 4:18AM. the driver, travel guide and the conductor left us at the accommodation site and proceeded to. We had to catch a taxi by paying 900 rupees and reach the destination.
              I try to book the ticket from SHIMOGA to Chennai while payment process the amount caught from my account but ticket not booked refund my amount of RS 1105 I try to ask from ksrtc office no response is there on SHIMOGA refund amount as much as earlier

                This is my 5th or 6th time traveling in this schedule. Every time I see this bus reaches the spot at least 30 mins late. There is no proper shelter at this point to wait for even, people will be waiting for the bus in the hot sun. The Even bus won't stop for more time at this point to come back from a shelter. Sincerely requesting to change the time or make it on the right schedule.

                  I and my wife travelled from madikeri to bangalore by express bus leaving madikeri at 21:30 pm (via virajpet). vehicle number was kao 09 f4453. both o[censored]s are senior citizens and i showed our voter id cards. the conductor refused to accept this though ksrtc website clearly admit ts this. after argument i produced my ksrtc id which was accepted. however my wife had no other proof so i had to pay rs 258 for her instead of rs 194.
                  I demand that the excess fare collected by ksrtc in violation of its own circulars be refunded to me immediately.

                  I have all the required proofs if required by appropriate authority
                  While doing online ticket booking I selected window seat 16 which was having in 2 seats row on the left hand side of driver but during departure seat was on backside of driver which was 3 seated rows and seat numbers were not in labels instead it was a hand writen numbers

                    Dear sir/madam

                    due to note change of 500 and 1000 rupees central govt has ordered not to collect toll fees at toll plazas.
                    ksrtc bus service is collecting toll fare in the bus charge. but they are not paying toll fees. they should remove toll fee from the bus tickets but that is not done please do needfull to remove toll charges from bus ticket charges in ksrtc
                    I had booked a sleeper class bus ticket but KSTRC sent a ordinary bus which cost less and which don't need early booking. I had sent a mail for which ksrtc support had replied that they will refund in 15 days. It's been 15 days and I have not received any money back.

                      Yesterday i reached tinfactory at 10pm and waited for almost 45min, then i got the bus and i get inside the bus without asking whether it will got to my village narasapura because the board headed by bus is 'Bangalore-kolar' without even mentioning non-stop. After hoskote conductor enquired where you want to go and i said narasapura. He said this is thirupathi bus and it will not go.

                      I had a argument with him for sometime regarding the board he is displaying & why you don't go. I asked him to provide trip sheet also.

                      But despite all my efforts, he said he can't provide trip sheet and said sorry about wrong board displaying and made me get down in middle of highway near some village & he said other buses are coming and they will stop.

                      I waited in highway and buses are passing in 60-70 speed atleast. I waited for around 45min there and i got scared also. since no other person is waiting for the bus.
                      Finally some auto guy helped me to drop at home at took 200rs.

                      This should not happen to any other person what if i was robbed there in highway as i am the only person waiting there. All the KSRTC buses from kolar deppo should give stop to my village narasapura. But these conductors change the board so that they get some more collection for thirupathi route. Most of the conductors and drivers are doing this and placing us into trouble. Please take a action on them so that other conductors will work prominently
                      For more than three months, unable to reserve a ticket in KSRTC new website using Debit card payment. Only net banking works. There are many people who use only Debit cards and dont have net banking. When i called the customer care they said they will fix the issue, but it has not been resolved.

                        I used to travel always in ksrtc to my native, I Was travelling on Oct 28 for deepavali holidays. My bus was at 9.35 pm. usually I get a message when the bus arrives.But on that day i didn't get any messages till 10 pm.I asked kstrc employees available in platform for arrival of my bus at platform but they told due to traffic all the buses get blocked and will be delayed.At 10.03 pm i got message from ksrtc about my journey and i searched for the bus and called the conductor number mentioned in the message.But conductor was very rude and he told me that we waited till 9.45 pm and left from mejestic and bus is on the way near navarang theater .If you want come by any alternative since we cannot wait for you.Usually we will get calls from conductor if passengers are not come on time.But in this case conductor never bothered to call me when bus leaves from mejestic. Then i took auto from mejestic and chased the bus till Gurugunte palya signal and paid 500 rs for auto and bus was moving and conductor was very rude.

                        Once i get the bus i had an argument with conductor and he was very rude and not accepted his fault and he told me that we will not call anybody if they are not available when bus arrives .This is the first instance happened to me in Ksrtc.

                        I request you to refund my auto fair Rs.500 at the earliest.

                          We are both lady travellers. We will be travelling to Goa on 24th November 2016 and return on 27th November 2016. The gender mentioned is wrong even though I remember changing it to female while booking the ticket. The pnr number is J61494359 for 24th November and J61494360 for 27 November. Customer care asked me to cancel ticket. But why should I do it for no fault of my own.
                          Please advise.

                            Kindly do not destroy the time of passenger while the corporation is receiving full ticket from passenger.sir we are regular coustomer of NEKRTC.travelling daily from Bidar to Humnabad.The RTC is running very old buses on this route for example bus No: KA38F521 is taking 2 hours for a run of 45 Km that is Bidar to humnabad .the driver is unable to drive it. But the RTC is making him comple to drive it.we the passengers strongly oppose to run such buses since we are loosing our time due to your bad services. Kindly all old buses .make u r institution image satisfactory.

                              I got into the bus at 7:30 in Hebbal to reach the destination of badrappa layout - we have given money but the conductor didn't provide the ticket for which we were held responsible. He didn't stop the bus but forced us to travel along the bus and started to blame us. He was pathetic in sense and had no ethics. He took the money from the Conductor and left him and made us to roam all over without a solution for us.
                              May god bless him to have painful life in the world to get some valuation in life.
                              It's hereby informing that, some of the depot are taking unnecessary extra charges. Gokak depot bus taking 56 rupees instead of 52, which is fare from Nipani to Kolhapur.
                              Please take necessary action.

                                Im kashif faraz, im a regular traveller from from k r puram to kolar, on[protected] at 9:45 a bus from chintamani depot came there was tirupati board on it the bus no was KA 40 972, i asked to the conducter will he go kolar his rply was no i want go kolar, but every bus of tirupati has the stage to kolar, dear sir plz take serious action on this becoz after 9:30 we have only express buses from bangalore so u need to no the problm plz make sure every bus wich has stage to kolar shud pickup the passenger from the bus stop .

                                  Hello all,
                                  I traveled from gangavathi to bangalore yesterday night. I saw some failures/mistakes from the ksrtc reservation portal. I was shocked seeing the seat being allocated to a male next to a lady passenger in a double seats.
                                  Ladies were uncomfortable with travelling and had to discuss and argue with the bus crew to get their seats exchanged.
                                  Suggestion to ksrtc : please allow only female passengers to book the seats next to already reserved passenger. Else people will need to fight for the seat to be adjusted. Some times the bus crew behaves so irrresponsible that they just tell go and contact the people sitting in a reservation counter. And when we go to the reservation counter they yell at us and ask to drop a mail. Ladies will be very much uncomfortable with the services.

                                  Recently I travelled from Mys-Bang by KSRTC Mysore depot Rajhamsa bus The adult fare was Rs.198/- and ticket issued was for Rs.200/- with rounded amount of Rs.2/-. We were 4 adults and total Payment made is Rs.800/- but actual fare is Rs.792, the conductor intentionally printed 4 seperate tickets cheating public, Please take necessary action.

                                    Traveled from sagara to bangalore in ka42, f1532, ksrtc bus on 1st nov.2016. I did online ticket reservation from ksrtc.in and i booked seat num.25 as window side seat, while booking time it had displayed as window side but after on boarding the bus seat number 24 was window side. I compared with the few other seat also it was also mismatching with the seat layout of online and actual seats inside the bus. Please do the currect way of representation as soon as possible.

                                      This has reference to the ksrtc bus : pnr :j61342552, journey dated :28-oct-2016 23:32, trip code :2313bngsmg, bus number :f1233, depot :shivamogga, crew mobile no:[protected]. happy journey.

                                      When i called at the time of departure, i happen to hear that the allocated seat no. 25 was given to someone named mamatha and the above crew asked me not to wait anymore for the bus that too after 2-3 hours of continues follow-up. it was a bad journey in the middle of night 1.30 am, i happen to board local bus to my destination
                                      Request you to refund my unused pnr as it was totally misled by ksrtc personnel.
