Initially I faced problem with placing My travelling Bag the conductor was so rude he didn't even guide me to keep where later on the passenger next to ME argued with conductor for the same and atlast he allowed to keep my baggage
The second thing was the seat handle was not IN good state it was broken to be slippery And the route I was travelling was charmadi ghat hence ghat section it was very slippery to me and skipped many times I asked the conductor to change the seating with one vacant seat but he told he need to sleep in that seat and refused
I don't know we pay a big amount for travelling in ksrtc and their is so many issues with seating arrangement and the person conductor is like I am not related to any thing happening inside bus he needs to sleep well very bad experience with KSRTC

I was traveling with my family from siruguppa to bellary. Below mentioned bus conductor was behaving rudely in accepting currency notes which was torn a bit. I was carrying only one 100rs note and informed the same but conductor was accepting the note and ask us to depart from the vehicle. Let me know that if there is any separate rules & regulations have been passed to accept the notes? Conductor is telling that it's his own wish/choice...

With reference to the above, I hereby furnish the following facts.

1. I purchased e-tickets through your KSRTC AWATAR Online booking on 24/02/2023 for my journey from Bangalore to KUNDAPURA on 28/02/2023 and back from KUNDAPURA to Bangalore journey
on 01/03/2023.

2. While boarding for tripcode 1923CDPBNG on 01/03/2023 at Kundapura Bus stand Bus no KA19F3517, the conductor, after verifying my identity card, refused to allow me to board the bus as the passenger name in the ticket was wrongly retrieved by the system as 'Shravanthi Crystal ' which was my apartment name.

3. The authorities at kundapura talked to their officials at Bangalore and agreed to take me against paying cash Rs 890/- for the same seat no 10 and asked me to submit claim for refund along with copy of ticket as advised by their Bangalore office.

4. Since I have paid twice for the same tripcode 1923CDPBNG, same journey date 01/03/2023, same seat no 10 from KUNDAPURA to Bangalore, I request you to refund Rs 890/- twice paid at the earliest and oblige.

5. I am enclosing copy of cash ticket dated 01/03/2023 for Rs 890/- and UPI transaction details (UPI Tran ID[protected] dated 24/02/2023 for Rs 895/-.

6. There was system error while retrieving passenger name when I clicked my mobile no displayed by the system which I admittedly failed to notice.

7. While I am willing to provide any proof to support genuineness of my claim, I am sure, reputed organisation like you, would not like to profit out of system error and by twice charging for the same journey.

8. I also request you to rectify system error, if any, so that passenger is not inconvenienced in future due to the same.

Therefore, kindly refund Rs 890/- excess paid amount at the earliest.

My from is Cowdalli and today morning I have to going to Mysore then morning bus Ponnachi to Myore route bus come then conductor come to give a ticket but I give him to rs 500 unfortunately I don't had changed so he angry on me so I requesting him please give me ticket today is my exam please give me chnage in myosre but he didn't agree he speaking with me very badly and speak about downwards on me and on the middle of journey he let me down from the bus in there is no bus coming I am very late goes for my exam very disappointed service from KSRTC I am requesting you to please take serious action against him... I am Veeresh L M, Traveling from Mysore to Shivamogga bus Number KA09F5388 ticket Number154133. I went for toilet with inoforming to the Driver but the driver has not waited 1 minute and he went. I am struggling to much in bus station. My Lagauge and laptop also in the bus. I need a compensation of Rs.2, 00, 000/- I am losing too much mush. This is the worst service you are providing. I don't have money to go on another bus. Contact Number...

I have a complaint regarding driver of the bus with registration number KA09F4728 which heads towards gonikopalu to madikeri via ammathi murnad around 3.45pm bus will start from Gonikopalu and as per driver he says he stops only bus shelters and in any other places he will not stop to pickup or drop the passengers and the same thing happened to us on 24th Feb 2023 we two ladies where waiting for the bus and the bus arrived on time at hosur jedi temple road bus stop we signalled with our hand to stop the bus to pick up us bus the bus moved with very high speed refusing to stop with no other option we had to catch the same bus because it was the last bus in that route to reach murnad latter we decided to catch the same bus with our Jeep from nearby town and we successfull to overtake the bus after 1km and I signalled to stop the bus driver to stop the bus pick up the passenger but again he overtook us and moved with very high speed latter we decided to go Ammathi which is around 3km and catch the bus and at ammathi bus stand I questioned the bus driver for not stopping the bus to pick the passengers driver was rude on me and he answered me we cannot stop the bus at every road to pick you people come and stand at the nearest shelters and their is only 4bus shelters from gonikopalu to ammathi around 12km route and as per me better to walk to nearby town than to walk to nearby bus shelter because both are of equal distance and requested the driver not to create nonsense without stopping the bus many age old people and labourers are depending on the last bus and if you don't stop it will create trouble but he was not ready to listen
Latter while paying bus ticket amount that's from ammathi to murnad again conductor told us we don't enter murnad bus stand we directly turn towards madikeri road from murnad again argument started and finally agreed to go murnad bus stop.
And now I have a question do we need to wait in the bus shelters only and if the answer is yes then no use of bus in that route for around 3km their is one bus stop
And it's a rural road usually have their houses around 1-2km inside from main road and it will definitely difficult to reach the main roads and again if the last bus won't stop that to in emergency situation what shall we passengers do
And this is happened many time and many time we have warned the driver not to repeat this in this route because it's a rural road .

Kindly take this matter seriously and please change the driver and conductor for this route and please warn them not to repeat the same and serve the passenger better because of such indecent driver the name of KSRTC will spoil

Please advise the driver and conductor to stop the bus as per convenience for the passengers because we pay for taking service from KSRTC or please stop that bus which comes from Mysore to madikeri and arrange a shuttle bus so they give sufficient stop to pickup or drop

Kindly take this matter seriously and please change the driver and conductor for this route and please warn them not to repeat the same and serve the passenger better because of such indecent driver the name of KSRTC will spoil

Buses going via solur not giving stop due to this we passenger facing lot of problems to reach home.
My humble request to instruct all buses to give stop at solur.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Today(26/02/2023) I happened use Chikmagalur KSRTC bus stand public toilet. While entering a ladies toilet room a man sitting in a chair stopped me and asked to pay Rs.10(for urinal). I paid but toilet rooms were disgusting and very unhygienic.
When a man demanded Rs.10 per person and that too for public toilet, I thought it should be very well maintained and hygienic. It is just some random people making money....

Treating driver and conductors like slaves and talking to public harshly about any details while asking kolar bustand incharge shivakumar please take action

There was waiting for Gulbarga bus at Shorapur Basavwshwar circle no people 10-15 passenger but this bus driver is not stopped the bus at 01:00PM (23/02/2023 ) and I am travel from another bus and reached to shorapur bus stop and discuss with that bus driver. He told there no stop. But there actual stop is there. And bus driver is roughly behaviored with me.

Highly irresponsible irritating behaviour of kolar bustand incharge shivakumar

While Traveling from Gillesugur Camp to Madhavaram i onboard the bus in Gillesugur Camp on 18/02/2022 at around 10.00 AM in the Bus Number KA-37 F 0711. Conductor misbehavior with me. and he tared the currency note and he is not allowed me to travel in the bus.I Demand appology from him i dont want to repeat any misbehavior from to any passnger kindly look into the matter.

Taking bribe from ksrtc drivers and conductors, please take action against him

Complaining on kolar bustand incharge shivakumar rudely taking to public

Hello KSRTC officers, i am traveling from sindhanoor to Mysore bus no is KA36F1473. Driver has to stop the bus for dinner at dabha . He is telling me to parcel the food at 10.40 pm .How can female passager can go out of the bus stand for the parcel that too during closing time of all hotels. Otherwise all other KSRTC buses travel for 12 hour long duration would not stop the bus for dinner. Please do consider this issue. Thank you

No control in seat inclination. Most of the seats are un controllable.
2215BNGTRH bus Always not in time and poor quality bus.

This is to register a complaint against a Bangalore Mysore nonstop Bus who started from the satellite bus stop at 6 pm today and brought us very slowly to Mysore at 10 pm. The driver as well as the conductor were rude in behaviour and stopped in various places. Though being a nonstop Bus, he allowed passengers to board on the way also. He stopped in maddur for dinner at 8:15 pm. Our bus had many ladies traveling and this was a crucial time. Kindly see to that such faults don't repeat.

Dear sir in kolar depo some conductor are harassing the ladies in bus and they are abusing customers simply without reason please take a action on the kolar depo conductors

Bus no ka38f979 from bidar to nanded
it took 1.40 hrs from bidar to bhalki.Taking stops in between to take luggage from shops on the road.
