Complaining on kolar bustand incharge shivakumar rudely taking to public...

Hello KSRTC officers, i am traveling from sindhanoor to Mysore bus no is KA36F1473. Driver has to stop the bus for dinner at dabha . He is telling me to parcel the food at 10.40 pm .How can female passager can go out of the bus stand for the parcel that too during closing time of all hotels. Otherwise all other KSRTC buses travel for 12 hour long duration would not stop the bus for dinner. Please do consider this issue. Thank you...

No control in seat inclination. Most of the seats are un controllable.

This is to register a complaint against a Bangalore Mysore nonstop Bus who started from the satellite bus stop at 6 pm today and brought us very slowly to Mysore at 10 pm. The driver as well as the conductor were rude in behaviour and stopped in various places. Though being a nonstop Bus, he allowed passengers to board on the way also. He stopped in maddur for dinner at 8:15 pm. Our bus had many ladies traveling and this was a crucial time....

Dear sir in kolar depo some conductor are harassing the ladies in bus and they are abusing customers simply without reason please take a action on the kolar depo conductors...

it took 1.40 hrs from bidar to bhalki.Taking stops in between to take luggage from shops on the road....

Bus conductor misbehaviour. Im frequent traveler of KSRTC today unfortunate incident happened at karkala. He was denied to pickup from regular stop. If there is no pickup point then rule should be same for all bus/any depo. All buses are stops and pick up passengers and issue the tickets. But this person denied to pickup and misbehave with me and man handled me which is absolutely unacceptable.

Please arrange the screening to the windows or use cooling glasses .it is so irrating to travel without screening to the windows. During afternoon it so irritating & it. Rises headache as sun radiation falls us directly.so please take measure about this issue .use cooling glasses....

I am travelling from Siddapur SRS(581355) to Bangalore every month from past 2 and half year. There is only 1 sleeper bus at 9-50 pm.

1. Always this bus will reach to Siddapur after 10-30pm and will reach Bangalore around 6-30am to 7am.
2. If possible can we have extra sleeper busses from Siddapur to Banglore at least during weekends.

If we come late to bus stop KSRTC people won't wait for any passengers...

I have booked Airavat club class bus on[protected] ticket but with out our knowledge it got cancelled and when we checked in counter they are telling due to bus got break down its cancelled we didn't got any call from KSRTC and I have booked behalf of my parents and they waited for 5 hours waiting for it.(do you peoples know what time value of this waiting time??)

KSRTC not going to refund my service charge...

The bus departure timing was 1.26 on ksrtc website and bus came at 2.45 to bhadravathi as i have to go to kerala today night only that bus is at 9 25 and this driver is saying that this bus will go at 9:00 this is not good atleast they should mention the timing before only...

I, Poornesh D, residing in 680, Priyadarshini Nilaya, 1st Main Road, H D Kote-571114. Myself and my driving was travelling from Mysore to Kote on 30.01.2023 completing eye surgery. I was travelling in the speed limit between 60 to 70 Kmph which might have saved our lives.

The driver after refilling diesel in one of the private petrol bunk he just entered the main road without seeing both sections...
