I asked the lady in the counter to give me a airavat ticket from Bangalore to Mysore and asked me to get into the bus standing in the front . Ticket price 230 taken on 10/09/2016
I got into the bus and conductor asked me take a fresh ticket and said my previous ticket was total waste as it was for different bus. I took second ticket worth rs.290

I had to buy from my pocket because of the mistake of the counter lady.

I need refund of my first ticket

    Students bus pass, changing of route in the bus pass

    I am a student in dharawad district, Karnataka state. I have taken KSRTC bus pass in July 2016. And I changed my home on September 2016. Now I want to change my bus pass route( that is, from current home to my college)...
    That's why, i gone 3 times to dharawad depot to change route...1st two times the supervisor was not there and I asked about supervisor to manager and other people but they didn't responded well...3rd day I got supervisor...

    Hi,

    I booked an online ksrtc sarige bus ticket to travel
    From coimbatore to bangalore
    Journey date & time: 05 sep'16 @ 21:35
    Tripcode: 2135cbtbng
    Pnr: j60454910
    Bus no: 9104

    We boarded the bus, but as soon as we travelled for 5kms, bus had some problem and it was stopped and not operated.

    No alternate bus was arranged.
    So many people (Including women and kids) were there.

    We were asked to find alternate arrangements by ourselves and the driver / conductor informed that ticket bookings made online will be refunded to bank account.

    I request the concerned authorities to take necessary steps to refund the booked amount for all the on-boarded passengers.

    Also, some mode of alternate arrangements has to be done since it was a long weekend, almost every buses were full and we (Including women and kids) find very hard time in reaching our destinations at very late time with sleepness and tired.

      I was driving back from mysore to bangalore in my car. Stopped at signal in mandiya near bus stop and bus driver was crossing my car by damging it. Even after my horn he didnt stop the bus and conductor was lauging seeing our struggle. I immediately took left after crossing signal and bus left without even stopping. I want you to take action on such driver as if he has done bymistake we cant do anything but even after watching my struggle he was repeating same

        Dear sir today i will going journey in ka13f2021 from mysore to chikkmagalor i will sitting in this bus 12 05 pm i will ask this conductor he tell bus will leave in 10 minutes he is tickets issued timeing is 12.30 again i will asked he is telling this bus timeing is 1. O clock. I will ask him why are you doing legthis plz tell me the proper time. He is telling what u are doing go and do cumplaint i don't care i will tell this rout tc he is telling i don't go tell to ksrtc office. I don't no what is this hell are. And this conductor and driver is shouting in bad words and treat this customer like a good shek dear sir plz take this cumplaint and take action to this problem. Thanks

            On 03/09/16, i planned to go to tirupati along with my friends.
            Some of my friends booked ticket online for ksrtc rajahamsa bus no.684 (Spcl bus), trip code 2236bngtpt. The online price when they booked was rs.480 only.

            Rest o[censored]s went directly to take tickets from conductor himself. Though online price is 480, he asked us to pay rs.580 per ticket. When we refused to pay commission and argued about price, he refused to give us tickets and asked us not to board the bus. He is asking for 100 rupees commission per head and behaved very rudely with us including girls.
            He used abusive language and pushed us out of the bus.

            Because of him, our trip got spoilt. All the arrangements which we made went in vein. We did not have any other buses to go to thirupathi.
            We had a very bad experience with ksrtc.

            Hope higher authorities will respond to this and take severe action against the conductor so that he wont trouble anyone else in future.

              None of the buses from Bangalore to shimogga will come to Bmtc ttmc bus terminal yeshawanthpur.but we have this pickup point in online booking.

              I booked a ticket with this pickup point. I reached bus terminal and called conductor to ask platform no. He asked me to come near yeshwanthpur metro station. Why ksrtc is providing Bmtc ttmc bus terminal Yeshwanthpur as pickup point. It is causing incovinience to passengers.

                Hi,
                This is Siddalingesh Kori B with pnr: T60534715 travelling in bangalore - gadag AC carona sleeper( KA 26 F 945 ).

                There are too many bed bugs in the bus all over bed, curtains etc. When all the passengers complained to conductor and asked him to call his higher authority for arranging new bus or refunding, the authorities by name Nadgoudar and Muzamdar didn't respond properly and kept theie phones switched off.

                Do people pay 850 rs to get their blood drink by bed bugs and wish to take them home also??? What is the govt doing when it is taking extra money while reservation for maintenance???

                Very much disappointed.
                This is the request from all passengers to address this issue ASAP.

                  Now we are travelling to Kurnool and here in the bus conductor charging more than the cost of the ticket fare, if we ask for the remaining change he simply saying that the extra money is for toll gate. He is not giving the remaining due.it's happening not only with me.he collects the from every one. Then u can think how much he is cheating he collected 370 for Kurnool actual fare is 356

                    Especially on[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] during 06:45AM to 08:15AM the frequency of the busses is less.

                    ...
                    Frequency of number of busses from Doddaballapur to Bengaluru is LESS during peak hours i.e., morning & evening.

                    If so, the fitness is not in good condition for the available busses, which breakdowns on-the-way... that too on the busy route of the city...KIAL route.

                    Eventhough, many busses will be dailing giving their services from Gworibidanur to Bengaluru, but they never passes through and stops at the DODDABALLAPUR BUS STAND in the town... which in return leading indirect loss to the KSRTC by plying the busses with vacant seats & direct loss to the commuters of DODDABALLAPUR town(especially to the Office goers).

                    Being DODDABALLAPUR TOWN is one of the sub-urban town near to the Bengaluru City and whose 'Headquarters' itself is BENGALURU City. Hence, many of the passengers from Doddaballapur are Officials, Business persons, students, etc., who needs to commute for gaining the better service matters like Office, business, studies, etc., in the land of BENGALURU CITY from dawn to dusk. Hence, need of travel raises during morning and evening.

                    Kingly look into the service metter of KSRTC in the interest of the public of the state/country.

                        I booked ticket for 15th aug night 12:15am from shimoga to bangalore (Rajahamsa bhatkala deport), when ireached shimoga bus stand to pick up point. I called crew person that time, he told your booking is cancelled due to ksrtc server problem and he told whoever booked on that day to tht time bus, all the person booking has been cancelled. Then he told to contact the ksrtc for reimbursement money, please refund my money as soon as possible.

                          With pnr j60391534 travelled from bengalur to nellore on dt.[protected]. Bus came to boarding point kr puram by 10:35 pm against 10.10 pm messaged. However, the crew stopped at some hotel adjacent the highway at 11.03 pm for their dinner and again moved on by 11.28 pm. Unfortunately, by 12.33 am (Ie.0.33 am of 31.08.2016) i had to discharge my urine, as i being a severe diabetic patient and requested driver. The way in which he responded for the request was non-courteous and the same thing repeated in tirupathi bus-station also, where he did not place the bus in the point enabling the passengers to go to urinals. Only when he got the pressure to pass his urination, he stopped outside tirupathi that too for his sake, we, the passengers had to. The arrogant behaviour of the driver is intolerable for passengers who prefer to travel in airavat class by spending higher ticket cost. By not placing in point at tirupathi, ksrtc was also forced to reach nellore with only 6 passengers. Ensure' advise of courteous attitude to drivers' towards passengers, who expect minimum courtesy. Avoid arrogant drivers to club class vehicles.
                          For diabetic patients travelling in Volvo buses such behavior of Drivers is un warranted.
                          Passengers chose Volvo buses for courteous service from the crew. They should not behave odd.
                          Generally Literates prefer Volvo Club Class Journey from Bangalore. Crew must not be arrogant towards them. Driver seemed Arrogant.

                            I am writing this mail with lot of grievance for my journey twice with the same bus and bus conductor.

                            Instance 1:

                            With above trip i had booked ac sleeper online but the bus turned out to be non-ac sleeper and also on mticket 23hrs was departure time however the bus came at 12hrs an hour late at night.

                            When enquired with the bus conductor he rudely answered the bus was intended to be non-ac sleeper and timings at 12 o clock and not at 11 pm even after showing the mticket. Waiting at late night ksrtc is responsible for the wrong information and fortunately no wrong instance occurred.

                            With the above trip again it turned out to be non-ac sleeper, i had a confirmation mticket but the surprisingly bus conductor said no ticket was booked by me and refused to enter the bus even after the confirmation message (No cancellation message received), i tried to reach out raichur transport manager he refused to comment/take responsibility and routed me to contact helpline but helpline was not available and told rudely told were u have booked there only you go and ask can i go to internet and ask they do even have sense to talk?. I had to buy new ticket and no refund is done till now.

                            With all the above lot of system issues and more importantly i was harassed by bus conductor who spoke to me with such vulgarity with open public which is not at all acceptable from a public service company (Ksrtc).

                            I am highly disappointed, frustrated and need an explanation within 3 days and strict action needs to be taken against the ksrtc bus conductor who doesn’t have any respect for others and himself as being the govt. Servant else i would have no option but to go to media.

                              We traveled from gubbi to jalahalli cross in bus ka42 f1533 at early morning[protected]:00am. We asked ticket from gubbi to jalahalli cross but he is telling we don't have any stage to jalahalli cross, after nelmangala and gave ticket directly to majestic. This is not correct as we are travelling almost every week we use to take ticket to jalahalli cross but this bus conductor didn't give the ticket.
                              All ksrtc buses follow same stage routes or not?

                                Me, my husband and our friend travelled in airavat club class bus on 28th august 2016. (ksrtc bus : pnr :j60426611, journey date :28-aug-2016 23:00, trip code :2243bngchn, bus number :1580, depot :shivamogga, crew mobile no:[protected]). we had seat numbers 26, 31 and 32. we boarded the bus at around 23:15. we had 3 bags and a suitcase. we placed the suitcase in the compartment below the bus and back pack was placed in d luggage tray inside the bus. (right above our seat). we slept around 12:30pm. 5:25 pm i woke up from my sleep to find the bus entering the koyembedu stand. we stood to get our bags and to my surprise i found that one of my backpacks were missing. immediately my husband went to the driver to report the incident while me and my friend started searching. but the driver and helper was in no mood to listen and was in a hurry to ask passengers to get down. initially we thought somebody had unknowingly taken the wrong bag. but then immediately one of our co-passenger also raised alarm saying her suitcase also placed on the top luggage tray is missing. we asked the driver whether anybody had got down before koyembedu bus stand and he said everybody had got down at koyembedu. but then i had noticed that the person who was sitting right behind me was not there when i woke up. when i asked about that he said he got down at poonamale (place before koyembedu). we felt that the driver and helper was just trying to avoid us.in fact they were proudly saying this is very common in chennai bangalore buses and the previous trip 4 laptops were missing. if this is a common thing then the bus helper and driver should be more alert. we did not see any pro activeness in them even when my husband went and told him. he seemed least bothered. my bag had items worth around rs8000. i remember that the bus had stopped around 15min at a petrol pump at night 3pm (had woken up from my sleep then). but i did not check my bag then because not in my wildest dream i though my bag would get stolen. when we pay so much money and travel in airavat buses there is a minimum safety we want to be assured off. i think the bus crew is also supporting the criminals. i request you to rake action against them and help me find my bag.

                                  The worst online service provided by KSRTC. Which will not allow to book return ticket if the return date is not with in 15 days from the date when you are bookin. When we go to some other place you want us to stay there only? Ppl are frustrated for govt sectors and KSRTC is the absolute example for this. Think logically before bringing the rules. It should be convenient to the passages also.we are paying extra charges still not satisfied by the online service. from past 4 years I never been in any other private bus Because of this online service I wanted move to private bus. Atleast they concerned about their travels.

                                      This is the complaint about driver's rash driving and rude behaviour, this complaint about the driver who was driving ka-09 f-5243 on the date 22 august 2016 ksrtc mysore to coimbatore. He was riding very rashly all along the whole way, no matter it's a hill station any thing he wasn't willing to release the accelerator, an old man ask him to ride slowly he didn't listen to tht man rather he was scolding his also, as an younger citizen of my country i have to rise this complaint, it's not the matter of life of conductor and driver it matters the life of whole 64 passengers, he was taking the turn in tips of hair pin bends of sathi hill station, requesting for the change of route for that driver,
