About cloak room services at satellite bus stand bangalore

Cloak room services guy is not providing bill and is charging 30 rs per bag. Please let us know wether the charge is rs 30 per bag per hour... They also are not giving bill to avoid tax.. It's very unethical to do so.. This incident happened today 29th june at satellite bus stand bangalore... Upon repeatedly asking he gave a bill raised on some others name by striking previous name and writing my name on a carbon copy.....

A ksrtc bus numberd ka.19. F.2920 running route from kasragode to manglore.Insident took place at posoat on 27/6/2016 around 10:04 am, there were 5-6 people's waiting for the bus, the bus came very speed and they given a stop signel but bus dint stop and but in the bus 1 passenger was took ticket to posoat means he had get out in this stop suddenly bus stopped a that man came out and these passenger (Bus waiters) ran to catch the bus and they are rhigt ner to bus 1 man had just hold and the bus took away incredibly he got in but the rest helpless the bus took little front and again slowed the bus and the rest ran to catch the bus again he took the bus no 1 gets in the bus they feel like insulted infront of everyone. So as public its my duty to complaint. And no bus were stopping in the bus stand and they drive very speed no rules they maintain. So i request the government to take an action against this incident. Thank you

    Respected sir/madam,

    We were travelling from Salem to Bangalore in ksrtc bus numbered KA 01 F9217 @11.30PM on 16/05/2016. There was no display board or any mention on the bus to notify passengers that it was a special bus. Before the bus was opened passengers, the conductor and driver had discussion on setting the fare. After every passenger boarded into the bus while issuing tickets the conductor announced that it was a special bus and mentioned the ticket fare is 220 rupees. But the issued tickets are from Karur to Bangalore instead of Salem to Bangalore. I'm attaching couple of tickets for the proof of this.

    While we inquired about this with the KSRTC customer care, we were informed that there was no special bus announced on the day.
    We are regularly using KSRTC buses as it is well maintained and comfortable for travelling, but incidents like these exploiting common people circumstances and collecting more fare illegally is displeasing the passengers and we request you kindly to take strict actions against these type of incidents. And it would be great if you can inform about the action taken for this particular incident.

    I have sent the above mail to the authorities requesting to take some action, but no action has been taken till now even after number of follow ups. It's been a month now.

      Bus route 304 plying from Mysore city bus stand to KRS Via Hinkal post has been discontinued owing to bad road condition. Please note that the road has been repaired and is ready for use since last 6 months.. Earlier Two busses were plying on this route, Now only one bus is plying on this route.         Respected sir,
        I madhusudhan (Student) is a daily traveller of ksrtc (Karnataka) bus, from t. Narasipura to mysore (Nh-212) and vise versa nearly 70 kms (Up and down) and with me there are 600+ students who are travelling from t. Narasipura to mysore and there are 2000+ travellers other than students per day.
        The main problem is buses are not coming to bus stand properly. That too kollegal (From mysore) and chamrajnagar (From mysore) busses never came to bustand, they will say "this is express and it moves on 'bypass' only". Bypass is 2 kms distance from bus stand, when it comes to the individual places bypass is far away from where the population is more in town, and it is out of town. Only 2 or 3 busses come for bus stand.
        Please take this as serious issue and i kindly request you to sort out this problem and make the busses to come for bus stand.

            Today (17/06/2016) i am going to my office from hosur to boommasandra on ksrtc fly over bus (No: ka 42 f 022) on 8.20 pm.
            I have giving rs 30 to conductor for ticket.. After he is not giving ticket to me.. I have asked many time for a ticket and he return rs. 5 to me... After that he told, pls adjust that ticket and you have also gain rs 5. But i return that 5rs and asked one more time.. He collected that money from me. But did not give any ticket. I have got my bus stop so i have not chance to argue with that conductor..

            O kindly scold that conductor to dont behave for that in future,.. And he is must be punished

              Sir,
              I took online ticket on[protected] in ksrtc deluxue rajahamsa from Kottayam to Mysore. the deluxe bus got breakdown one day before the journey and they replaced that with an ordinary bus. They didn't ionform this and last moment I didnt get another ticket also. I went to kerala for my back pain treatment and i had to report at my company on monday morning, ie,[protected].
              because of the travel in ordinary bus my backpain increased and i couldnt report for my job also. they made us wait for half an hour at gundelpettu and changed bus. the changed bus got breakdown after sometime and we had to wait for long time in the road and we reached mysore by standing in ordinary bus. insted of providing a low class bus, they didnt even give the amount back to us. Please take necessary action for the inconvenience and loss because of this journey

                I am T. L. HIMESH KUMAR took a tickets for Tumkur in bus No;KA06F0952.today 11/06/16 17:43:34and tickets no;751651.After I requested to give stop at the HMT STOP. HE argued that the stop is denied. And gave me in middle. I walked from the same. Please let me know and activities of Conductor's behavior. Take action to the right . I requested him to get stop at right HMT STOP, but he didn't. So please let the buses to get stop in HMT .
                PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON CONDUCTOR'S BEHAVIOR. OR, SHALL I FORWARD AL THIS TO MEDIA.

                  I am travelling from bangalore to tiruvannamalai on ksrtc bus no ka 40 f 1169. I gave rs.500 for bangalore to tiruvannamalai ticket which is 150, conductor said will give ticket as soon as he got change. Later i asked him he told me to wait. Again i asked after 10 mins, he asked money for ticket. I told him i gave. Since i don't know kannada, i was not able to communicate to him.
                  As soon as i asked again, he raised his hands to me. He was scolding me and with help of one translator, we checked the sum of tickets he given and money he had, finally we found that difference is 500 extra. I don't know more about conductor no and all. His experience is 30 years

                    I have booked my return ticket online on 5th june for my travel on 6th june from iritti to bangalore. Details of the ticket is as below.

                    I have waited in the stop from 9pm till 12:40 pm, my bus was supposed to reach the pick-up point @ 10.05 pm. There were 3 airavat buses passed by, i have checked with all 3 conductors with the ticket copy and id card but they told me that this is not the bus, i have to wait for another bus which comes from payyannur. But even after waiting for almost 4 hours with family, no other bus came. I tried contacting ksrtc customer service but was unsuccessful. Finally i could get some one on [protected]. I understood from him that the trip which i have booked was cancelled and my ticket was moved to a different bus. But there were no message sent to my mobile due to server issue at ksrtc (This was told by the ksrtc customer service representative). Finally me and the gentleman from ksrtc customer care have contacted all 3 conductors (Of airavat bus) and understood that they have not received revised list of people who are travelling in their bus. This is the reason why they have not allowed me to get in. It was such a terrific day for me and my family as we were sitting in the town at midnight without any help. Finally with god's grace i could get another private bus at 12:45 am and i had to pay a much higher ticket charge (As they knew we did not have any option) and sit in the driver cabin for next 300 km's (8 hours). I request your support to get the compensation from ksrtc including the ticket fair and additional charge which i had paid to the private bus. Please support.

                        Sir, I am adam basha from bellary i am seeing from last 10 years our KSRTC Bellary Depo having very old Buses compare to other Depo. Our Buses are not having clean, dusty, old, without glasses, seats, etc.. I am travelling daily Bellary to Hospet, gangavathi and Hubli aswell bcz i am the sales man to take care all these cities. If i travel thru Hubli Depo, Gadag Depo and Karwar buses i feel happy and there buses having new one. But our buses old even Luxury Buses also. Once i travel to Bangalore thru Rajahamsa Bellary Depo's Bus 10.30pm with reserved it was leaking water. I asked conductor he told me in rainy season what to do we got these buses only there is no option.

                        Pls look into this request/ suggestion and provide us new buses for city as well as villages also.

                          I have booked a ticket for 3 passengers with KSRTC in Mysuru on 01-June-2016. Its a Non Ac sleeper bus with each ticket fare as 715. Total amount should be 2175 which includes Journey fare and Res. Fee, but Total Amount(Rounded Off) to 2180.00. This is cheating from KSRTC to round off 5 rs after ticket booking. There shouldnt be rounding off of amount. Kindly address this concern.

                            I have booked a ticket with PNR NO; J58072976 from kurnool to Bangalore. The date of journey is 05.06.2016. Due to domestic reasons I have tried to cancel the ticket but failed. some times it's coming as credentials not same/invalid PNR NO.

                            plz advise me how to cancel my ticket.

                            It is cumbersome to cancel the ticket in ksrtc. I have scan copies of messsages i have received.

                              Sir, i have booked ticket from bellary to vijayawada(non ac sleeper) with pnr number H58025756 on 30/05/2016, the bus reporting time is 5:30pm, but bus was reported at 8:30pm, again bus troubles at vinukonda, finally we reached at 11:30am next day, actually bus arrival timing is 5:30pm and destination time is 4:45 am. This much late service bus causes so much discomfort to my journey. If we ask anything to driver or conducter they simply says give complaint, depo was giving worst buses what can we do. So please take this issue to higher authorities and resolve inconvenience to passengers.

                                  Dear sir/madam
                                  I had travelled from Udupi to Bellary on 29/05/2016 at 8:40PM boarded at Santhekatte and kept my one bag in the deck of the bus but the careless crew did not lock the deck, when the bus was moving in the ghats and took a deep turn then the bag fell down and I lost it. My bag had valuables worth Rs. 4850 Not only myself but also my fellow passengers also lost their bags which had many valuable items including their original documents such as marks card etc. Totally four bags were lost.So I kindly request you to reimburse the cost of the items contained in the bag worth Rs.4850.The items are 2 ladies dress materials, one set of bedsheet, etc, rice 10 kg bag, jack fruit, vegetables etc.

                                  In this regard police complaint submitted at malur (Thirthalli tq) to police authority Mr.Devaraj (Cell no:[protected]) has received the complaint. Crew details are John Pinto, driver (Cell no: [protected]) and Vasanth, conductor ( badge number 1039, cell number [protected]). Bus number KA 19 F 2907.

                                  In reference to the complaint above the bag which I had lost was found by one of the passer by and has hand overed it to me.So I would like to withdraw the complaint.
                                  Complaint Status ID 1297558, comblaint about Carelessness by KSRTC Driver and conductors.
                                  As mentioned above my complaint about loss of bag, was found by one of the passerby and he has handed over the bag to me. Since I have received my bag I would like to withdraw my complaint.
                                  Management of ksrtc today that means Monday[protected] I travelled in ksrtc bus between 8.20pm to 9 pm, I felt really very bad that krstc providing very very very poor service to the passengers for a driver patience is the most important thing, which he have to became a driver but I think your employee I don't know that idiot name but I know bus number KA 13 F 1947 which belongs to hassan dipow driver don't have a common thing In his soul to give the stop at even in krishnarajanagar bustop 571602 he is not able to drive properly rash driving just because of his behaviour with the passengers I felt very bad on whole ksrtc ...                                     Dear sir,
                                    I have booked a online ticket in the website of ksrtc for journey from hyderabad to bangalore on 06th may 2016, for two people my family vide ticket no. J57532080 dated 06/05/2016 and i had booked one more ticket for myself. During boarding, the bus conductor did not allow my family citing that they were not carrying govt photo id, whereas they had photo id of a school. He forced to buy two manual tickets instead and hence we had to pay twice for the same journey.

                                    I request you to refund my money for the online tickets no. J57532080, seat no.43, 44. Date of journey 06/05/2016 from hyderabad to bangalore.

                                    The conductor was also highly abusive and threatening, he even alighted my family. I some how brought cash from a nearby atm after searching, as many atms were out of cash within the departure to pay for the manual tickets. The ksrtc staff and their officers were very rude and disrespectful of the customers. This incident has left me in great distress. Also i have emailed their company website at email id:[protected]@ksrtc.Org, they are simply mailing that they will investigate, but now there is no response.

                                    Please kindly help me on this issue for refund of my hard-earned money.

                                      I am very sad to let you know that the bus in which i and my father who is a senior citizen traveled, driver and conductor were very rude. They stopped at a place for break and were shouting at the passengers to come back soon. Also they never drooped us to Majestic Bus stand, en-route the dropped since Police had blocked the way., however at 4:30 Am there were no Autos for us to reach Majestic, finally after waiting for 15 minutes we got an Auto, by the time we reached Majestic the same bus in which we had traveled was waiting at Majestic. This is very unfortunate that you guys dont educate your driver and conductors to behalf properly with passengers. They treat you like they are doing a favour to the passengers. I request you to take proper action against the bus driver and conductor. Awaiting for your positive reply .
