Yesterday ( 6th april 2016 ) around 9 am our servant maid aged around 50 years got injured in the forehead when the driver applied sudden brakes near venkateshwara temple in vonti kapool.There was no first aid box equipped with first aid medicines in the bus nor was she taken care off other than giving her a used towel for wiping off the blood stains.Today also she reported swelling in her face.

    Hello to no one or if some one get a chance to peeep this mail,

    Anyhow i was just checking whether is there a diff b/w Karnataka SRTC & Private buses.

    Can u xplain me why there is a Rate Fluctuations (RF) happening on every weekend or any other special days. RF should happen only if there is a special /extra bus introduced. But why the hell you guys keep changing the rate each and every often.

    Also, if there is a sudden increase in oil prices then again inflation but if the oil prices dropped then no change in the fare.

    Please give me an explanation on this, if i wish you replied to this. But anyhow that is not going to happen.

    I don't know whether who ever is raised this question or not. But please do let me know the answer for this..

      While travelling from Kudatini to Daroji from Bus no.KA 34 F 0274 on 5th April 2016 @ 8am, conductor asked me for ticket bit due to change problem he told me to wait for some time to collect from others..but after some time @ Rly. Crossing near Daroji Rly. Station two people came to bus for checking and asked me for ticket and looted forcely 150/- in the name of penalty as still I haven't taken the ticket . I was shocked... he insulted all the people's of Karnataka by his misbehavior...its not a train, bus instead..when the tickets are selling inside the bus than what's the meaning of no ticket...

        Fly Bus from BIAL to Mysore on 27th March 2016, KA-F357. Dep 21hrs. the bus was filled with Urine smell and on request the driver just opened the main door and roof windows for few minutes...however it did not improve the Air condition. In addition, the driver was having a ear plug connected to his mobile and listening to songs...for which I do not have any problem..but the driver was soo relaxed that he was more concentrating on listening to songs and driving the bus at 60km per hr speed...he reached the mysore main road at 22.15...but he reached mysore at 12.55am.!!! can the authority look into matter. If this continues, majority will not prefer to travel by fly bus.

          Hi Team,

          I lost my Laptop from KSRTC bus the only one man entered into bus from somewhere near to selam and got down at Hossurgate.
          And the funny thing is he just travelled with out a registered ticket.

          No proper response from KSRTC as they asked to register a case in Police station.
          As I can see this is not first time Laptop missing from KSRTC (Karnataka RTC).

          Dell inspiring, red, 15" screen.with charger.

          below are the details of my travel:

          And I have to appreciate this driver as he said he can come to any Court supporting me.

          This was a big eye opener for me I have been traveling in KSRTC for 5plus years never came across such situation.
          KSRTC are not taking care for any sort of action towards these complaints.
          I will never travel in KSRTC from now.

              I am P. Muthukrishnan, I am working in Bommasandra industrial area. Regularly coming by Bangalore to Hosur KSRT bus, usually in working days they will give request stop near bommasandra flyover (Since no. of people will be more), but in week end or holidays conductor not responding, the same kind of incident happened today also, I travelled in K R market to Hosur bus get in lakkasandra at 10:15AM Bus No. KA42F 1771, I request conductor to stop in bommasandra flyover but he didn't respond then I gotdown at hebbagodi take another bus and reach the bommasandra, Laksh of employees working in Bommasandra industrial area using KSRTC bus from KR market as well as Hosur, So I kindly request you to include the bommasandra stop as a "Request Bus stop" lists in KSRTC buses by that number of employees will get benifit and instruct the conductor and drivers the same. It save huge time of employees.

                Hello ksrtc authority,

                Hope you will take this seriously. Bus no. Driver and conductor were so negligent about reaching the passengers to destination. They were to reach bidar at 9:30 but i am suspecting it would reach by 11:30 if they continue like this. If asked they say they can't help. They unnecessary made us wait for 1 hr at solapur and they are waiting at basavakalyan bus depot and dropped all the passengers at bus stop and are filling air. I am travelling with my mother from pandharpur started at 2:00 pm it's just a 5 hrs journey now it's 8:30 pm waiting at basavakalyan bus stop. If you are providing this kind of service how do you stop crime and security threat.

                And being authority you should be aware that there are no buses from bidar to aurad after 10 pm in the night.

                I know that you won't give any solution for us right now but i hope you understand the situation and take an action on this.

                  I am travelling from bangalore to hyd.PNR:J56455033, Journey Date:19/03/2016, Trip Code:0906BNGHYD, Bus Number:KA-984, air conditioning work properly for 2 hrs of travelling after that it is not working at all. Better than it I would have paid for non ac bus and completed the journey. I claim my money back for this inconvenience.

                    Today while travelling from ontikoppal to aishwarya petrol bunk(mysore), ksrtc bus conductor is not ready to give tickets after taking money, me and my friends asked him 3 times, actual cost was 21 rupees, but i gave 20, he kept that money for himself, so i raised my voice and finally got ticket.. Bus no.KA-09-F-5023. Please take action on him, , stop corroption

                      Hello, I'm a regular user of public transport, usually I have to wait for buses for at least 1 hour thanks to ksrtc. Better not give such service, at least people will find private vehicles and reach their destination on time. Hunsur being a crossing junction, each Monday we have to be waiting, such a waste of public transport, if it's not useful to the public.

                          TURUVEKERE DEPO Buses Not Given Stop in MARUR HANDPOST MORNING TIME,
                          Iam Travelling Daily From MARUR HANDPOST to Bangalore Morning Time @ 6:40am 2 Buses Coming from Turvekere to Bangalore this buses Not given Stop in Marur Handpost.
                          Many People Waiting for this buses BUT DRIVERS NOT STOPED BUSES.

                          Why this bus drivers not following Rules.???

                            Non AC bus is at 7.32 pm from shimoga to gulbarga on[protected], but bus conductor told that bus will start at 8.30pm because one bus got fail. And bus started too late of around more than one hour. This is not proper public service. I travel frequently to this route and facing same kind problem again and again. Kindly resolve this problem on priority otherwise I have to go consumer Forum court. I have to pay amount and facing this kind problem nougat all acceptable.

                              Ticket cancelled but didnot get any mail
                              I had booked a ticket online on ksrtc website on 25th february 2016 at around 21:09 p.m .
                              The PNR of the ticket is : J56109868. Name: satya prakash paul.
                              i cancelled the ticket around 21:20 p.m and it showed me the cancellation is done and you will receive a SMS shortly, but i did not receive any SMS and emails but the website showed the cancellation is done and to confirm which i had been trying to call the customer inquiry number and awatar as well but i got no response as the line was busy all the time i called. Around 11.30 p.m i got a call from KSRTC driver and the conductor of the bus to board the bus soon !!! but i had already cancelled my booking and they said its not cancelled yet. i tried all the numbers and process to inquire awatar and KSRTC to help me from this grievance. later i got connected to a number and they asked me to call in the morning as awatar is not available now. today i had called up awatar and they assured me of the refund and to send a mail regarding the faults of the website. but at the end of the day they are saying its not website issue and nothing can be done.

                              sir/mam,
                              i request you to help me get the refund money back regarding this complaint i hope you would help me get my refund amount and build a better relationship with the customer in helping sorting this type of grievance... hope for a positive reply.

                                Rajahamsa services between coimbatore and shimoga

                                There are two Sarige services between Coimbtore and Shimoga, but no Rajahamsa services. Total journey is of 12 hours, it is not comfortable to travel 12 hours by Sarige and old aged cannot travel by Sarige. So either introduce a Rajhamsa or upgrade one of the service to Rajhamsa....

                                Hi Team, Good Morning, Now I'm traveling from Bangalore to Marur Hand Post, I use to take Turuvekere Name board KSRTC Bus for Traveling. I Came to know from conducter following mentioned.
                                1) There is No bus stop facility in Marur Hand Post only Morning Time.
                                2) is there any exemption for this buses?
                                3) if yes Pls specified why different RULES for same kind of buses stop availability.

                                Morning Time 06:35am - 06:40am 2 Buses Runing in Marur Hand post. Many People Waiting for this Buses but Drivers Not Stoped Bus.

                                    Rash driving from driver of bus KA.09.F.5002 on 22nd February around 7.30 am near Bidadi, on Mysore - Bangalore highway . He was driving in the most negligent manner putting life of the road user at risk, He was criss crossing the bus at more than 100KM/Hr speed, he had almost hit my car, if I had not braked suddenly, Then after few KM I overtook the bus, made the bus to stop and confronted the bus driving for driving rashly, I told him to get down of the vehicle on which he slapped me and started abusing me. Strict action should be taken so that there is no future incidents.

                                      I have a complaint: I booked a ticket to travel on 18/Feb/2016 from Bangalore to Chennai for the total amount of 615 INR (including all charges), In Ticket I am seeing the class of service as Airavat Bliss, but the bus we got was Airavat Club Class. Apart from this other passengers who came direct and bought tickets from bus conductor for 540 INR. I have the ticket details below

                                      1. I would like to know whether the details provided on the website was wrong?
                                      2. why is the online bookings charged more (Online the ticket costs 590 and direct customers are getting if for 540)?
