Bus conductor misbehaviour. Im frequent traveler of KSRTC today unfortunate incident happened at karkala. He was denied to pickup from regular stop. If there is no pickup point then rule should be same for all bus/any depo. All buses are stops and pick up passengers and issue the tickets. But this person denied to pickup and misbehave with me and man handled me which is absolutely unacceptable.

Same informed suila depo manager also. Hope strict action will taken against him.
This kind of experience first time in KSRTC.

Please arrange the screening to the windows or use cooling glasses .it is so irrating to travel without screening to the windows. During afternoon it so irritating & it. Rises headache as sun radiation falls us directly.so please take measure about this issue .use cooling glasses.

Conductor asking seat for the non reserved seats for the favour of other people who seemed him innocents. My parents are forced to wake up from the seats of 21 & 22

I have travelled from Kengeri to Kollegal on 06-Feb-2023 around 6:42PM (Bus No.KA 10F 0364) and sharing one of the bad experience here.

I have boarded bus at Kengeri and conductor shared the ticket from Sattelite Bangalore (140Rs instead 133Rs). I asked why from satellite and conductor told that he will share the 7Rs Change. At the destination(9:30PM), asked him the change and he stared behaving rudely and scolding with harsh words infront of everyone. He told me to get down from the bus by refusing to share the change. People around me scolded the conductor to share the change and finally he shared with scolding.

I know for some of them 7Rs is not matter but few of them it's a need. Also majorly it's a concern here that the women travel alone at night and it's matter of the safety and respect of the person.

Just wanted to notify since it should not repeat with anyone and women will feel safe. Thanks

I am travelling from Siddapur SRS(581355) to Bangalore every month from past 2 and half year. There is only 1 sleeper bus at 9-50 pm.

1. Always this bus will reach to Siddapur after 10-30pm and will reach Bangalore around 6-30am to 7am.
2. If possible can we have extra sleeper busses from Siddapur to Banglore at least during weekends.

If we come late to bus stop KSRTC people won't wait for any passengers but if bus is always coming late its creating problem for passengers. Can you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I have booked Airavat club class bus on[protected] ticket but with out our knowledge it got cancelled and when we checked in counter they are telling due to bus got break down its cancelled we didn't got any call from KSRTC and I have booked behalf of my parents and they waited for 5 hours waiting for it.(do you peoples know what time value of this waiting time??)

KSRTC not going to refund my service charge which charged while booking at least for that seek you can call or notify us right? At least can arrange some alternative Bus or arrange alternative bus ??

why you peoples are so careless about passenger

And finally tell me how to get refund my money??

The bus departure timing was 1.26 on ksrtc website and bus came at 2.45 to bhadravathi as i have to go to kerala today night only that bus is at 9 25 and this driver is saying that this bus will go at 9:00 this is not good atleast they should mention the timing before only

I, Poornesh D, residing in 680, Priyadarshini Nilaya, 1st Main Road, H D Kote-571114. Myself and my driving was travelling from Mysore to Kote on 30.01.2023 completing eye surgery. I was travelling in the speed limit between 60 to 70 Kmph which might have saved our lives.

The driver after refilling diesel in one of the private petrol bunk he just entered the main road without seeing both sections of main road.

I came directly towards my approaching car. I managed to avoid collision to bus by applying huge brakes.

Almost 50 passengers where in the bus.

My questions is

1. Whether KSRTC recruiting skilled drivers or not?
2. Why KSRTC filling diesel with passengers on board making their precious time waste?

I, request you take strict action on the drivers and teach basic driving skills.

Because once bus hits another vehicle damage and impact to smaller vehicles will be large.

Jan 20, night around 10 20 me and my friend was standing in kundanahalli bus stop, it was a bus stop and heavy traffic time .This bus didn't stop and kept moving, as it was traffic all the vehicles were moving in inches.
we walked 0.5km in side pavement to get this bus and asked bus conductor about our destination place, he didn't give any response .very frustrated with this conductor .this bus stopped in next stop and we got inside the bus. we asked about our destination place, still no response, he just got the money and gave ticket. Later he started sleeping.
very stressfull with this type of conductor who didn't give response and who made us to walk even though it was a bus stop he didn't stop the bus.

I have catched bus from Dharwad bus stop to Alanavar, Bus is running from Hubli to Punaji KA 25 F 0833. Conductor told bus won't go inside Alanavar bus stop, and he taken money but not given ticket 46/-. mid night 12:30 they left me on middle of the toad, if any one of your family members traveling means you people do the same? and they thought I will acknowledge ticket for complaint that's why not given ticket. they do theft company money, and they protest for salary hike. Worst service.

The ksrtc bus driver was rash, rude and used vulgar words. The location was near Nayandahalli, Bengaluru. The time was around 2pm. Just by fraction of second we missed crashing. The bus number goes like KA 42 F 2108. The public never need such illiterate driver.

Ka 57 F 4348 Bangalore to Pavagada bus .Respected sir, conductor of the above mentioned bus instead of balancing the public today in bus though there was place in the center of the bus he is quaraling with public stating that there is no place or else you go ahead.Sir as you know today is important day for teachers to be in time for republic day and this bus is 20 min late also and this late becomes punishable for we teachers .pls take some action during these important days .it's a request.
