Dear Sirs,
My daughter who is studying in Mangalore, is returning back to Mangalore from Kerala today (01/06/2014) by Airavat KSRTC. At the time of booking the ticket at Mangalore, the person in charge told my daughter that she has to inform the bus crew about her boarding point (Vyttila Hub). As soon as she got the crew's mobile no. [protected]. she called him to inform about her boarding point and not ask where the bus will stop at Vyttila. The person named Chandrashekar P spoke to her very rudely and cut the phone. When her uncle called him, he spoke to him also very rudely and said he cannot keep answering everyone's call. Pleas note that there was no enquiry made but only tried to inform the boarding point. When she boarded the bus too, he started talking to her very rudely asking her why she had asked her father to call him. He started talking in Kannada, when she said she can't understand Kannada, he told her "why are you going to Mangalore if you can't speak Kannada ?" Who is he to ask her such things ?
I am sure KSRTC has not given him such authority as to behave is such disrespectful manner.
How can we send our children in KSRTC buses if the crew is not trained properly to behave. I am sure you will agree with me that he was not doing any favour to my daughter by letting her board at Vyttila Hub.
I believe that you will look into this matter and take necessary disciplinary action, so has to help the passengers travel peacefully.

I had booked ticket from Bangalore to Kottayam online on 1-2-2015 for the journey on 3-2-2015.
My OB no is 14619939.

The transaction failed but my amount of Rs 1048 was deducted my debit card.
requesting to refund the same at the earliest.
