Today around 17:00 I tried to book a bus from Pune to Belgavi by using official website of KSRTC and after completing all process and even after completing payment the ticket did not got generated. For you reference i have annexed a screen shot of payment completion receipt

    I have booked a bus ticket from Bengaluru to Hyderabad for Oct-05.
    My money has been deducted and not got confirmation of ticket.

      Address: Puttur

      I was travelling from Puttur to Sunkadakatte starting 4:15pm from Puttur in BUS No. KA19-F3231. When conductor came i gave the money to get ticket, but conductor didn't receive it. Instead he issued the ticket and told that he will receive the money later.

      After crossing Anekallu stop he arrived and asked the money and the ticket. When i gave the money he refused and told to give ticket with the money. So i took ticket and kept with the money and gave to him. He took all in hand and made the ticket fly away. He told me to run after the ticket. I am 65 year old and i couldn't run after the ticket. He started to scold me that i have purposely gave him ticket in such a way that it flies away and i am totally responsible for that and need to pay the penalty for that. Driver also started to scold from his seat. At one point the Driver stopped the bus and turned around and told that I am travelling without and need to get down. My co-passenger told me that this conductor and driver plays this game almost everyday. Later the conductor gave another ticket From Vittal to Kadambarmj worth 29 by scolding in very bad words. I gave the price and got down.

      Please note that the Driver is supposed to drive the bus, instead he also started scolding to me in travelling which was unnecessary. Both Conductor and Drivers are unfit for their jobs. Please take necessary actions against them. I have attached my ticket picture for reference.

        Very rude behavior of driver Raghavendra Huddar KSRTC BUS Depo Ilkal, bus is Ilkal to Mugalakhod morning 7.35 from Hungund to Bagalkot, he is abused me by vulger words and tried to kill me by driving bis on me in Navanagar Bus stop. Kindly take strict action against him.

            Worst experience.
            Driver using slangs and not behaving professionally. Dunked driver.
            Bus delayed for 10 min, when asked for reason he started using bad words.

              As we noticed there was no seats available in the ksrtc bus only last row was there but due to health issues and conditions it was quite not safe, so reported this to ticket counter women to either cancel this ticket or to give the ticket of next bus, so that we can choose our seats but she reacted very badly and replied in a very rude way, and just because amount was paid, i am supposed to sit in last row which is quite unhygienic as well, literally very disappointed and dissatisfied with this service.

                    For service from mantralayam to bangalore with service number 34930 doj 22/09/2022 conductor misbehaved with the passengers forced the passengers to change their seats and sit in back seats with recklace behaviour with ladies. Hope justice is prevailed

                      I want to book a ticket online with the following details:
                      Journey: Puttur to Madikeri
                      Date: September 30, 2022
                      Return Date: October 1, 2022
                      Trip code: 0600MNGBNG
                      Time: 7:15 AM
                      Bus: Karnataka Sarige

                      But it shows all seats are booked.
                      When I change the filter to Mangalore - Madikeri, I can see 38 available seats for the same bus.
                      Why can't I book seats from Puttur to Madikeri?

                      Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                          In taluka chincholi [585307] bus stand is so unhygienic and dirty. even running roads are cleaner than bus stand. timing of buses are not so satisfied whenever we ask about the timing the informer is either absent or if he is present he just say it will come in 10 to 15 mins. the behavior of conductor/ticket collector is very rude, even some times some conductor speaks abusive language to the passenger. the bus from inside is so unhygienic and smelly, some windows are broken and some windows are not sliding properly. conductor doesn't wear proper dress code and shoes. even some conductors chew tobacco and pan masala.

                            I Always prefer & enjoy KSRTC Bus Journey.
                            On 20th Step.2022 Airavat club class (Bus No. F1818) Night bus from Mantralaya reached Bangaluru early morning at 04.00 Am, didn't go inside bus stand & left us in front of Shantala Silk, really a scary place where passengers get attached by people posing like auto drivers for snatching things...
                            Please instruct Bus staffs to go inside bus stand a better place for alight.

                              Rude behavior of bus pass pass counter employee of ksrtc mangalore

                              Today my doughter visited ksrtc mangalore division for bus pass. But the counter staff rudly behaved and he do not know what are all the documentsvrequired. And even he is laughing along with other staff with lose talks and insulting the women instead of guiding. Why ksrtc hiring half mental staff across the counter. My requrst is please advise them to see a mental doctor or a good phycharist. 100petcert they are mad.

                              Bus number KA 13 S 2399 route from hosdurga to tumkur at 4: 15 pm does not give stop at university college of science, b h road, tumkur daily. Even students sign to give stop by raising their hands the drive does not stop and even slow down the buss.There will be no one standing in the bus and so much free space will available even though they do not give stop at this buss station

                                Ksrtc bus driver and conductors refusing to come inside moka because in moka bus stand reporting officer not taking reporting entry. We are daily travellers from Adoni to moka if bus is not coming inside moka means we will suffer a lot ..please help us to travel only in RTC to reach home safely.

                                  On 17th sep.22, I myself along with my husband and 22 months daughter started journey from Majestic, Bangalore to pune. Our PNR NO. J89491141, SEAT no. 17, 18. The bus time was 8.pm but started 8.15 pm as they wanted to collect more passengers. Thereafter took dinner break only for 15 minutes & started further journey at 10.30 pm. In mid night they took break for changing driving shift, but neighter they asked any passenger for washroom break nor they informed. As the passengers are sleeping, they should have asked the passenger for washroom break. After waiting, On 7.30 am when bus was stopped on road side, we asked them whether it is washroom break or what ? they replied that they are waiting for courier and very soon they will give washroom break, which they gave on 8.30 am. So from 10.30 pm to 8.30 am they have not given any washroom break. How the passenger will hold the washroom for 10 hrs. IS this kind of service you are providing a customer? How the ladies and small child will travelled from your bus when this kind of service is available? Expecting your favorable reply.

                                      We request you to kindly arrange a full refund of my ticket as you have being us to travel in ordinary bus instead of Airavat club lass .and also taken time more than 5 hrs .
                                      I hope you ll consider my request and do the needful at earliest.
