Bus conductor pushed me down from moving bus while I am entering bus at Chennai circle, Hubli. He was scolding and insulting me infront of bus passengers.

Rowdism

Myself Mrs. Swetha K.R., Assistant Professor at BGS Institute of Technology, BG Nagara. I have obtained Official Bus Pass (P0010323) to commute from Tumkur to BG Nagara. Today (21.05.2022), I have changed the bus in hotel stop at Kunigal at 1:30 pm. During this time one of bus conductor (KA-18; F-1061) abused badly and stolen my bus pass and asked me go to TC who is issued pass and complaint. Before obtaining bus pass, I have discussed with bus pass issuing Authority about change of busess in hotel stop, they confirmed that as it is official bus pass can change the busses in hotel stop like that. But above mentioned bus conductor abused very badly and scolded in-front of co-passengers, it hurt's me lot. In this regard, I request you to take necessary action on above mentioned conductor and instruct other conductors to allow pass holders to change buses in hotel stop.

KA-40-F-851 THIS bus is not in a condition to take a passengers. The body of bus is broken and the rain water is coming inside the bus all around. driver's all metre are not working and it's very unsafe to passenger to travel in this bus.
Kindly take into consideration of this complent and repair it. If something happens to passenger KSRTC will be the responsible

ಹರೀಶ್ ಎಂವಿ ಎಂಬ ನಾನು ದಿ 13/05/22 ರಂದು ಸಂಜೆ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ ದಿಂದ ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಕ್ಕೇ ಬಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಗಾಗಿ 500 ರೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ನಂತರ ಕೊಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನ ಹಿಂದೆ 100 ರೂ ಎಂದು ಬರೆದು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ಗೆ ನಾನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು 500 ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದೆ ನಂತರ ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಬರೆದು ಕೊಟ್ಟರು ಆದ್ರೆ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು ಮರೆತು ಬಾಗೇಪಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆ ಹೋದೆ. ಬಾಗೇಪಲ್ಲಿ ಬಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಅದರ ಅರಿವಾಗಿ ಮಾರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಡಿಪೋ ಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡಕ್ಟರ್ ನಂಬರ್ ಪಡೆದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಫೋನ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮಾರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಬರಲು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಮಾರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಮತ್ತೆ 100 ರೂ ಬಸ್ ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ...⇄ ಬಂದು ಫೋನ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಮಾರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಫೋನ್ ಪೇ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು ಕಳೆದ ಒಂದು ವಾರದಿಂದ ಬರೀ ಸಬೂಬು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದು ಈಗ ಫೋನ್ ತೆಗೆಯುವುದು ಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲà²...⇄ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮತ್ತೆ ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ...⇄ ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನನ್ನ ಹಣ ನನಗೆ ಕೊಡಿಸಿ.

Yesterday (18th May'22) me and wife travelled in KSRTC bus from Bangalore to Madurai, my bus no F1112( pickup time 10.15 pm at electronic city, PNR No : J[protected]On that pick up time we have moved next stop of electronic city due to confusion. Then we catched the bus. At that time the bus conductor did very worst behaviour to me. because of I am changed the bus stop. I informed my apologies for that. Then, he didn't stopped scold me. Continuously scolding infront of public. He didn't treat even some respect for passenger. So, Kindly do take action to him.

I today 18/05/2022 travelled from Mysore to Kanchipuram by Airavat Dream Class bus 2029MYSCHN. While boarding we asked the staff what time it will reach and will it go to the kanchipuram bus stand. They today yes it will go to the bus stand and the reaching time was mentioned as 5.30am were as the bus schedule shows 3.30am which does match. Once the bus reached Kanchipuram the bus stopped at a bypass and staff said they will not go to the...

The driver of this bus KA40F1414 seems very impatient at signals. There is an extremely loud and shrill sounding horn on this bus and the driver kept honking at a red light. The horn was so loud and deafening.
On the 11th of May, I was standing at the signal opposite to RNS motors, Gorgontepalya at around 10pm while this bus with destination displayed as "Chintamani" pulls up behind me and instantly starts honking at me to move out of his way.

The signal is still red and there's a count down timer too. The driver gets very close to my bike from behind and after the signal turned green, he comes beside me and starts hurling abuses in very profane language.

I think these drivers should be schooled on traffic rules and regulations and not to honk at a red light in turn causing discomfort and inconvenience to other responsible road users. Also, the loud and shrill horns of this his must be removed.

I was traveling from Shahabad to KALABUARGI the bus is over load type full of passengers standing and very very slow and takes irregular stops

Bus no. KA 42f 1664 is not a fly over bus but the conductor not allowing students those who have pass because we didn't want to pay money so that I can't get my attendence this issue is not only happening in this one bus but also in many busses please do consider this issue though we have ksrtc pass it has no value at all...

Kind information to Ksrtc. Bus number KA 18 F0899(Arasikere depot) . Tonight[protected] I was taken ticket at 10:46pm from Belur to Bangalore. Then bus reached Hassan bus stand. Immediately I was informed to conductor & went for urine pass. I came back within 2-3min. Nobody is there. Please help me my valuable things is there with laptop & 2 bags. I never seen this type of non common sense conductor. Whole things is there... Pls revert me as soon as possible.

Traveling in bus no. KA 57 F 3918. Udupi to Bangalore. There's leakage in upper berths of the bus due to rain (as per the staff information). This disrupts the convenience of having taken seats in a sleeper bus. There's no action whatsoever from the staff. No other berth provided as none available which we understand. But one cannot expect the travellers to keep holding a cloth so we don't get wet and not sleep the entire journey. Then what's the purpose of booking a sleeper bus at first place.

Today on 16.05.2022 at 8:30 pm in Nanded bus depot bus number KA-38 F-1061 from Aurad depot was parked on platform number 02 in Nanded depot. The bus was carrying 30 to 35 passengers. As soon as I told him that the bus would not leave, I asked him why he would not leave, but he came to me and started talking loudly. So, I request you to take action against them and give justice to me and those 30 to 35 passengers.

The toilet condition in Sirsi bus stand is very dirty. Lot of men and women are facing problems .They charge INR 5 for every women and when complained about the dirty toilets the money collector laughs. There are faecus and dirty things seen in toilets due to which lot of women are getting Gynic problems. KSRTC need to look into this to protect its travellers

I have been travelling in airavat from honnavr to Mangalore KA01F4896, boarded at 8.30 am from honnavr. I had the reservation so i was Able to get the seat l, but the bus conductor keeps taking people and bus is filled with crowd standing. Airavat is a bus which doesnt have standing option because of too many people it's too suffocating Inside and many had vomitted and the smell circulated throughout.Its horrible to travel as i m still in the bus while i write this complaint, please take strict action and not to fill the bus beyond the number of seats

I was traveling from Atmakur to Nadikotkur on 16.05.2022 Bus number KA28 F 2462 morning 10.00am. the Bus conductor was used very harsh language with passenger.
