Wrong Timings mentioned in your website KSRTC.IN about bus arrival & departure

But now bus conducter called & asked me to come at 1.30 AM (23rd April 22) & bus will reach belagavi at 8.45AM. On asking he said that this is the actual time. Bus conductor...

Please change the refund return policy based on hours before leaving the location from where you reserved for boarding.
I have cancelled the tickets after 5 to 10 min of booking they are providing only 50% of the basic fare it's too much for the middle class people their are charging based on the hours before the bus leaves from the location. If I booked tickets before 1 hr or 2 hr & cancelled due to personal issues 100% of the money is deducted what is this law are they looting money from poor ones, what kind of law is this it's totally a fraud. We need justice.

    Today I was traveling to Zahirabad from humnabad, and I told conductor to stop near the bidar cross flyover, there is a stop here but he was refusing to stop, he was telling that I'll not blow whistle was asking to get off from the moving bus very disgusting conductor (third class), here I'm attaching the ticket for the proof, please kindly take strict against about it

      Waiting for a positive reply to my complaint.
      Don't want an established compant like KSRTC to come on social media because of complaints of so many consumers remaining unresolved.

      If any more delay, I have to ask for compensation for the trouble caused by your staff.

        I have booked a bus for today morning 9:35am. When I tried calling the bus person number which I got from sms immediately after booking my ticket, but the number was switched off. Later I tried another number which I got after 9:30. They didn’t wait for me and they left. They asked me to come to other stop when I reached the other one they left. I need refund for this inconvenience.

          Yesterday 18:04:2022 night i was waiting for bus in Dharmasthala bus stand for my wife who is heading to Bangalore. As our house in poor network area we couldn't book the ticket for her . So we decided to visit the bus stand and go in ksrtc bus. When we reached the bus stand there was 2 bus ready to leave Bangalore and it was full so i went near the enquiry office to know the next bus timing. When i went to ask the offer the TT of Dharmasthala bus stand he was not even listening to my word he was shouting at us, at the same time an uneducated man also came there to know when is the bus to his place, this officer said to him go and sit there you dogs bus will come when it comes . Is this the way how a government staff treat public? We the people also paying money for ticket. Even the office given ticket to another person at the same time by taking cash from the passanger when want to travel rather than the ticket money . If a poor family wants to travel he wll have to give him money to get the ticket for bus rather than the ticket price. How much money does he makes like this . We people surely report this to the law . We also need good people treated by good once not the demon's like him who is making money illegally.
          I hope this report makeup some response and action to or else we wll be going for law, any how i have to pay him extra money then atleast 10 people shall come to know i have paid extra.

            As the mention in subject, that bus is long route bus from Haveri to Gadag. It's not Local Bus, it's an express . As I know commonly these types bus Speed 70km/hour, but this bus runs below 50kmph and driver drives it slowly.. It takes 1hour time to travel 22km Haveri to Bankapur..

              Address: Puttur

              Express bus from Mysore to Udupi which passed Nagara, Puttur at 5:10pm on 19 April 2022, didn't stop even though 4 passengers were there. This has happened many times. We pay for the express monthly pass and the bus won't stop what's the use of pass then?? During issue of pass they say stop will be given in Nagara Puttur.
              Hereby request to look into and do the needful.

              Complaint not yet resolved again the same problem caused. At same time 5:20pm the express bus from madekeri didn't stop in Nagara Puttur. KA 19 F 3165 was the bus.

                I boarded the KSRTC bus No: ka 01 f 9162 from Koyambedu on the 13th of April.
                The bus was to start at 3.5 pm but took off at 3.30 pm.
                It did not pick up speed and stopped at every restaurant.
                I had told the conductor that I wanted to get down at silk city a few times.
                Since I am nor aware of the points, it was indeed harassing when at Silk Board I asked the conductor to stop at Electronic City.
                He coolly said Electronic City already crossed.
                In the long distnce buses I have travelled, the cunductors announce points in a loud voice.
                This conductor hardly got up from his and also did not announce.
                When I got down at Silk Board, the useless conductor was not even bothered to ask about my luggage.
                I had to tell him I had luggage.
                The bus reached 2 and a half hours late at 12AM.
                Kindly refrain from appointing such conductors in future.
                I request you to let him off with a stern warning and not fire him from his job.
                I really should ask for a compensation for all the harrasment and mental torture.
                Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

                    But while returning time in ksrtc gave Bangalore to nellikuppam lot of time for u r reference i attached ticket also

                      Sir/Madam
                      I always been admirer of KSRTC bus service and I know that our KSRTC is the winner of many accolades at national level.
                      But due erring of some of the bus operators it good deeds are fading away.

                      Sir I am regular commuter from HALIYAL(PIN 581329) TO YELLAPUR(581359) and fully depend on BELGAUM-SIRSI bus whose departure time from HALIYAL is 0815 hrs(MORNING)

                      But departure timing of this bus is depends on wish and will of the operators of the bus.
                      Sometimes it departs early (on two occasions 0814 and 0812 today) and some times too late.

                      Late departure to some extent ok but it is too wrong and problematic departing early as next bus for this route is at 1015hrs which creates problem for people like me to maintain proper duty time.
                      Please solve this problem or next time I will be writing directly to concerned minister.
                      Thank you.
                      I too have traveled by KSRTC buses but the bus I traveled last proved to be a big black mark on KSRTC service.

                        The bus was 45minutes late. When they stopped the bus for breakfast, they didn't even give 20 minutes time to freshen up and have breakfast instead started the bus and threatened us. When asked about this, both the driver and conductor were very rude and had a fight.

                          KA01F4898 This Airavat bus travels from Sirsi to Mangalore without taking online bookings it leaves Sirsi at 5am and in morning[protected]we came at 4.45 and waiting for bus door to open to go n get a seat.. But the conductor and driver alrdy booked 6-8 front seats by keeping their own belongings... For the passengers who were not in bus stand also... He is taking bookings over phone calls for his needy persons.. When we fellow passengers asked this he is talking without sense it clearly shows he took money from those and talking in their favour.. Warn him not to do same again..

                            Vehicle no KA 42 F 1040 from Bhatkal to Bangalore, on 17 th April 2022 . This operator not given a dinner break to the long journey, After requesting he had given a rest stop at 2.30AM ..

                            What is this? This is very bad
                            Might be special bus bus but this is shame to KSRTC
                            The Airavat I traveled in last week was a contrast.
                            The bus stopped at all restaurants and I felt it that a snail moved faster.
                            I had requested the conductor to announce EC when it came.
                            The bus reached Silk Board and when I asked the conductor why he did not announce EC he was the least bothered.
                            He was not even aware of my luggage.
                            I had to request him timely before the bus got away.

                            The bus was supposed to reach at 10 pm reached at 12 Pm.
                            The conductor did not announce stops and I was put to inconvenience when it crossed EC without my knowledge.
                            Truly an unholy time for a lone lady to reach her destination.
                            It was sheer luck I called my son from Silk Board or else I would have been the only passenger in the bus.

                              Bus was scheduled from madurai to Mysore via Palani.

                              Bus conductor called me and told as only 2 seats are to be picked up from Palani, you have to come to Oddanchatram main road.

                              This is completely un expectable from the crew. We were a family of 3 Myself wife and my 5 year old kid. I had to go to job on 18th apr, there was heavy rain on that night had to struggle and beg the auto and bus drivers to drop me at Oddanchatram Bus Stand.

                              I have tickets of Palani to Oddanchatram Bus Stand. The details of the trip are as below.

                              "KSRTC Bus PNR: J87175600, DOJ: 17-Apr-2022 23:26, 2056MRIMYS, Bus No : F 1049, Crew Mobile No: [protected]."

                              [protected] I got a call from this number.

                              I will be filing a harrasment case against KSRTC if no disciplinary action taken against crew.

                              They have changed the route the bus should have followed and may be even worse if there had been any accidents on the route.

                                  Driver have damaged to car by driving rashly while driving towards Bangalore route on NH in the middle road between Srirangapatna and Mandya after which he didn’t even stopped vehicle to apologise vehicle number KA 40 F-1096 serious action to be taken against driver for being so careless instead of being responsible of so many lives. And also damage expenses has to be borne by the staff. When we went to enquire with driver in Maddur bus stop he started arguing as vehicle was not touched but when passenger agreed that vehicle was touched he escaped from the spot... take serious action on this staff.

                                    Myself X, I am from tirupathi ..on date[protected], 11.40 Pm ...i was decided to go to mulbagal through KSRTC RED SARIAGE BUS ON tirupati bustand, ...but the bus having KA40F1373 ...BUS DRIVER OR CONDUCTOR ..WAS NOT ALLOW ME ON THE BUS ...THEY TELL ONLY BANGLORE PASSENGERS ARE ONLY ALLOW TO MY BUS ...HERE MY QUESTION ...RED SARIAGE BUS IS ONLY FOR PASSENGERS WHO WANT TO GO THEIR PLACES AS PER RULES ...BUT HERE THE BUS DRIVER OR CONDUCTOR ALL NOT FOLLOW THE RULES...SO PLZ ...TAKE NECCESSARY ACTION ON THEM ...THANK YOU
